Who Called Us

I've been getting calls at 2 or 3 a.m. and although I turn off the ringer on the phone and go to bed with one earplug in, they wake me up with loud beeps from the answering machine in my home office. There are two numbers these calls originate from, the (732) number during the day, and a local number at night. I called the (404) number below, and pressed 3 till I got a rep - he says it may take up to 24 hours, but they will block all sales calls that go through their system. These calls area supposed to go to fax machines, but sometimes go to people's phone numbers instead. We'll see if this stops it...

1-404-815-1998 and keep pressing 3 on each menu and you get to talk to a rep and they will remove you right away. i guess they are getting a lot of calls, so they know what to do right away.

I called the 732-542-3012 number after receiving 4 calls within 15 minutes. It goes to an automated system that asks you to enter the fax number you would like to be blocked. After you enter your number, it politely says thank you and that "you have been placed on our do-not-call list and will no longer receive fax calls to this number".

Then... as soon as I hung up it called again. And again. And again. Now it's calling about every 3 minutes. Lesson learned.

i called 404-815-1998 and talked to customer care and they said they would remove my phone number. they also said it is their customers, not them, who are calling everyone's numbers with the fax machine stuff. so i don't know how taking my number off of their calling list keeps their customers from calling me. sounds a little fishy, but i don't know. either way, i hope it stops. i'll be back here if it doesn't. these kinds of calls have happened to me before and it has worked to get my name removed from the list..i never got any calls again...so hopefully it will work the same this time.

When i get the calls, i hear only a fax beep. the caller id says Opt and then the number (732-542-3012). today is the first day they've ever called my number and it is like every 10 minutes. i'll try calling the suggested numbers and see if i can get taken off the list.

You can also call 1-866-849-3243 and they "SAY" that they will block your number. It is all automated

I called the number 1-404-815-1998 and after the list was called out I hit 3 and just ignored all of the other stuff that kept coming and finally a customer service rep. picked up told me that he would block my telephone number from the list. But he kept telling me that I most likely had requested their services and information and that someone in the company most likely had been given my phone number. Then I asked him about the thousand other complaints about the samething and he finally admitted that there was a roto-dial that calls number after number. Hopefully his block will work. I am tired of wasting paper and ink.

I am constantly receiving a fax call from this company and my computer considers it JUNK FAX and wastes a sheet of paper telling me this. They just keep calling and calling. I have not asked for any information from them and I am sick of being bugged by them.

Okay, this may work. the Company is Premier Global Services, as we all know. but instead of talking to a machine call 404-815-1998, that is their real number. Hit "3" for customer service. You may have to wait a bit but you get to talk to a real person.

And don't forget to go to the FCC site and fill out a Form 1088. No matter how you look at it these calls are illegal since they provide a phony Caller ID. Report them, maybe the fines will put them out of business.

Caller id showed OPT. Called around 12:28pm and just heard a fax machine. They called back at 12:37pm and just heard a fax machine. We didn't answer either call. It's what our voice mail recorded.

I e-mailed Global last week telling them if they didn't stop I would file a claim with Monmouth County. No calls this morning. Well, that's ONE!

this call came from Premeire Global on 11/12/2008 the call was faxed and printed copy of health insurance flyer. I have received at least five or six calls. I have not been in contact with any of the literature that they send.

I'm from SPAIN and I'm having the same annoying problem. They have been calling me for months, sometimes from 732-542-3012 and another times from 999-999-9999.

Yesterday my b/f and I both received calls from the same company (Premiere Global 702-366-0961) 4 times a piece on our cell phones. I looked up this number on 800 Notes, and then reported them to the Federal Do Not Call List, which I am also getting ready to do with this new number (732-542-3012). I also found a "do not call list" number for Premiere Global to end the calls. So far, it has stopped on my phone. But my boyfriend did not call to have his cell phone put on the list yet, and he received 4 more calls this morning from a totally different number, the one that is mentioned on this thread 732-542-3012. I am thinking from what I have read on here, and from him still receiving calls, but from a different number, that this is the same "company". I just called the "do not call list" number for Premiere Global and added his cell phone number now to see if it stops. Here is that "do not call list" number if anyone wants to call it and have their number blocked to see if it stops these annoying phone calls.

The robo caller wanted me to give the number I wished to opt out from. This is just a way to obtain a database of phone numbers. I found out online who the caller was. This is a company number and it's disturbing my work.

I just got 4 calls from this number in a 15 minute period. I called the number back, and it was a recording to opt out from this fax number calling. I entered my phone number to opt out, hung up, and then the number called again about 3 minutes later!! After receiving three fax tones on my voice phone in one hour, I used the Internet to find the main voice number for xpedite systems. It's 1-732-389-3900. Basically, they're a fax spamming business, but if you tell them that they're sending faxes to a voice number, they'll remove it.

We get calls from this number quite often.The only thing I hear is beeping, like a fax machine. They usually call back a few times a day.

Type 'save on faxes xpedite' into google. You'll get a whole bunch of information. It looks like the Fax2Mail division is operated by Xpedite Global.

This number is the fax number from a company called SaveOnFaxes. It is an email fax company. They translate your digital email into fax and fax the information to the fax numbers you provide. (I believe they are being bought or sold to Fax2Mail because I get links to both companies in my when I send a fax with the service). I just signed up for service yesterday, and when I tested the service out by sending a fax to myself I got the 732.542.3012 number in the 'subject' field when the fax was delivered to my inbox.

My belief is that people are just signing up for the service and spamming you. This is really the only way I can believe that such a great volume of spams could be generated and not have been shut down. Spammers sign up for the service needing only an email address with no identity verification, they sit at their computers and send out thousands of emails knowing that when you receive their fax the only thing you'll have to contact them with is a fake email address they made when they opened the account. IF you follow the trail you'll just be returned to the saveonfaxes number, which is who you should call: 866-924-6096.

I just signed up for this e-mail fax program (saveonfaxes.com) which allows me to send and receive faxes from my email account. When I submit a job a digital copy of my email is sent to SaveOnFaxes, and they actually fax it out. I sent a fax to myself just to test that the service was working, and when I received the fax back to my inbox the subject of the email says "## page document from 7325423012" My fax number starts with 866. So the 732 number must be the fax machine that saveonfaxes is using to send out its faxes. This is why you guys are getting spammed all day with solications from this number. Spammers sign up for the service and just send thousands of faxes out to random numbers. These spammers are just sitting behind a computer and they type your phone number in the format ##########@my.saveonfaxes.com and then saveonfaxes tries to deliver the fax with the content of the email and any attachments to that number. The saveonfaxes website has a disclaimer saying it is illegal to spam people by fax, but no enforcement They spam you and you never can find out their phone number: heaven for a spammer. This was a Spam FAX for Healthcare Insurance packages. I filed a complaint at fcc.gov which seems to be very thorough in receiving complaints. Living in North Carolina, I also filed a complaint at nocallsnc.com, which then links to the National Do-Not-Call registry where you can file a complaint. To get to the National Do-Not-Call registry directly, go to donotcall.gov.

Despite being on the Do Not Call list I got so fed up with all these unwanted calls (including from 732-542-3012) I found this neat little unit that can be programmed to either block or send unwanted calls to your answering machine without your phone ever ringing! You can add as many numbers as you want and even program it to have ALL 800, 888, 877, & 866 numbers dumped straight into the answering machine. I’ve had it about three weeks and love it. Been receiving the annoying fax calls from this number, showing on ID as Xpedite Sys. Googled them and found 1 732 389-3900 listed as a phone. Just called and hit 0 for operator and she said she'd remove my number from the list. Hope it helps.

i have had another instance of another number doing the same thing. i put it on my call block and have not had them bother me since!!!!!!! i did the same with this and hopefully it doesnt happen again.

I have been calling 732-389-3900 and pressing 1 to get options. Then press 6 for dial by name and randomly call. So far I have left a message for Richard Benson by dialing 236 and next will be Melanie Anderson also using 236. If they want to randomly call me I can randomly call them. If we all do this we can load up as many voicemail boxes as possible. Have fun!

I called the number back and got the option to block future calls via do not call list. I just did this today so we'll see if it takes but its worth a shot.

Call came in while I was on another call - did not answer it and the uninitialized Verizon voice mail would inform the call waiting caller (732-542-3012) that I have not yet set up my mailbox. If I receive anymore calls from this number I will report back. Thanks

Received the call from this number this AM. Checked this site, then called the number. It had the option to put my "fax" number on the Do Not Call list, so I did. Hopefully that will work.

I have received numerous calls from this number, each time sounding like it is trying to fax. I called the number and it had a prompt to have my number deleted. But this has not stopped the calls.

I have returned this annoying call three times only to get an automated "opt out" message. Each time that I have "opted out" nothing has happened.

My wife and I have the misfortune of having the telephone number 732-5423 outside the 732 area code. Whenever a local recipient of these outrageous calls or faxes uses *69 to tell Expedite to stop harassing them, they get our number. We have received about 100 of these calls and, until this week, knew little or nothing about the party initiating the harassing faxes aside from their complete phone number. Someone woke us up at 5 this am asking for Expedite so, apparently, he knew more than most of the recipients. Needless to say, we have been threatened with criminal complaints and, at least once, were the recipients of several early morning calls to "get even" with us for the harassment.

I assume that many, if not all, telephone customers with the number 732-5423 have the same experience. I would change our number immediately but my wife has 100s of contacts and would likely lose touch with many if we went that route.

After reading your blog, I have more information to offer the next person who calls "the harasser" provided that I am awake enough at the time to recall what to say.

Well I'm sad to reply that following the instructions of calling the company and asking to be placed on the DNC list did not help. The calls stopped for a brief period, but have started up again. This is completely ridiculous!

We get several calls a week. I will be contacting (732-260-2500) D&R Comm LLC owned by David Schoonmaker and Redie Rosen, suggested by "wasting time", warning that I will contact (732-431-7160) the Monmouth Co. Prosecutor if the calls do not stop. We are also on the "do not call" list.

This # has called my house twice in the last 20 minutes and the CID says Eatontown, NJ. When we answer it's just a fax tone and when it rings it gives the double rings that indicates I have a fax trying to come through. I have no idea who this is and they need to STOP IT NOW. Frustrating!

I had a user at my company complaining about this number so I followed the instructions given here that say to dial the receptionist at 1-732-389-3900 and all she did was tell me to call 1-732-542-3012 and follow the instructions to add my number to the DNC list. I asked to speak with someone that could give me an answer as to why we were receiving these calls and she passed me on to Customer Service, which was no help either. Does anyone know who to contact to report this company? FCC?

I am SOOOO f'ing sick of this co.'s BS. They call 2-3 times EVERY day. When I answer it just beeps in my ear. It does the same thing on the voicemail. So, if I'm home, I just answer and hang up.

Constant calls from a fax machine trying to fax me. Started out with just this #. Now they've added two more #'s plus and unknown. All the calls come on top each other for about an hour in the am and same in the evening. I'm ready to disconnect the phone. No way to get intouch with them. I get these calls on my called ID all the time but last night the calls started coming in at 2:00 AM and it rang twice more.

If you call the number back from your phone then it gives you the option to opt out. You just enter your phone number and press #. I'm not sure if it works but I figured it was worth a try.

The phone rings and beeps like a fax being sent this just started and happened twice in less than five min. Our fax is not turned on we turn it on only when we need it.

I am in Oregon and the calls started the second day I had the new phone number. My phone would ring early as 4AM and would ring multiple times up till noon. Then I started using my "DO NOT DISTURB" button on my main phone and by the second day of having the phone turned off through out the night the ringing stopped completely. So far. Rec'd this call from 732-542-3012 XPEDITE SYS at 10:57 a.m. Since it was a recognizable area code to me from dreaded NJ, I investigated the name of the company via google to determine who was behind this. I have now blocked this number from my phone through caller block. I called the number suspecious of what it was and heard a recording that said "OPT OUT. Put in your fax number now". I hung up. Should and will report to the atty general's office in NJ. So typical of the ways things are done up there.

PGS does provide a service to request your number no longer be called.

Call 732-389-3900 then press 1 to get into the service menu, then press 2 if you have received an unsolicited fax or call.

I started working for PGS a while ago. I can assure you PGS is concerned about unwanted spams and fax calls. Unfortunately, PGS pretty much only supplies the processing infrastructure. PGS itself does not usually get involved in the actual content or fax lists. Those are provided by the clients who purchase our services. Basically a client signs up for a campaign service, provides the fax number list/phonebook, plus the actual content. The servers then do the faxout processing and dialouts. PGS itself does provide abuse disclaimers when clients purchase our services, but does not usually review the content prior, unless complaints are received sometime after. I can assure you PGS does NOT like to be known as a fax spammer but the sheer volume and traffic we get on a regular basis makes it difficult to track down every abusive fax spammer that signs up. We do have very legitimate customers who do use our services for legitimate marketing purposes. But with everything, there are those who abuse our systems, and there are those unfortunate instances when an old fax number is disconnected and reassigned to someone else as a voice number. PGS, as the name suggests, is a global company and anyone with a known business fax number may end up on some client's list. It is a difficult line to walk because our clients do pay us for this service and it is our core business, but at the same time we do want to be known as a responsible business communications services company.

I've been getting multiple calls daily from these morons for months. this is not a fax number, although they are trying to send one. There is nothing to do but ignore them, although I did go to this website and follow the directions to delete my number. I cannot imagine where they got my number except from one of the Marriott timeshare gimmics, or the local chamber of Commerce. Doesn't mattere that I have been on the Do Not Call list for years!

After two failed attempts today, finanlly a partial fax arrived from the caller. It is a genuine advertising from Wind Infostrada (an Italian telecom provider)dedicated to telephone subscribers in Italy. It appears that, in this case, the American caller was subcontracted by Wind Infostrada to distribute advertising to Italy.
It is a clear case of FAX SPAMMING (it was an unsolicited fax) that is prosecuted under the Italian and European laws, and possibly under the laws of the USA.
Probably Wind Infostrada tries to circumvent the Italian laws subcontracting the fax spamming to an American company. This puts the USA in the unconfortable position of a "Banana Republic" while not relieving Wind Infostrada from its legal responsibilities.
The case has been reported to the Italian Police.

We've been getting this fax beep for a few weeks now. When I tried calling the number back, I would get the message:
"The number you dialed is not in service. Please check the number and dial again."

Since this is a fax they are attempting to send and I assume they would list a fax-back number, I'd be curious to learn what that is. If anyone posts that legitimate fax number, I plan on faxing them a big middle finger on solid black (on the off-chance that they actually print these as they receive them) from my computer.

As I am on the do-not-call list and also got this, it shows how full of holes the list is. The law itself is toothless to begin, since the government doesn't go after the lawbreakers. It requires you to file a civil suit. Can you imagine if all laws were enforced in this way? How about tracking down offenders and throwing them in jail? The law is a public relations gimmick by lawmakers who don't want to offend fax companies who want to send unauthorized faxes. We do have the best Congress money can buy, don't we?
If anyone has the true name and address of the US company sending out these faxes, it would help us all. We could get together and all file a single civil suit.

I asked where they got my number from and she said she doesn't know as they receive this information from their clients???

Yesterday, I received another unsolicited fax from 732-542-3012, CID shows XPEDITE SYS. I have received faxes from them or Premiere Global in the past. So I filled a complaint with FCC online at esupport.fcc.gov. The 1088 online form is for Junk faxes and telemarketing.

This company has changed its name to Premier Global Services, but it also goes by PGiConnect. I called and after being harrassed by the receptionist, I got in touch with Jayson Pawlo, the Director of Customer Care. He said that the number that called me is a customer's number, and that he has no "legal obligation" but somehow he was able to take my phone number and add it to the blocked list. I was getting calls at 6 and 7 a.m. in the morning! I'm on the Do Not Call List, but apparently they don't recognize this. Here is the company's information:

Just received a call from this number. All I heard when I answered was a beep or two and then I hung up. Reading the other comments I guess I can expect many more calls.

Being recently retired I am going to track down where this number is and personally see to it they never call anyone again, it may take a while but they will wish they hadn't bothered so many people

All-In-One Printer received two junk faxes about about 20 minutes apart from different places plus "unknown caller" 1/2 hour before that. I think the fax that went with this one was for health insurance. Reported them all at donotcall.gov (US only).

Got a fax from them in the middle of last night. Number came up on the caller id.

We`re in JAPAN, and they`re sending us faxes (4 pages worth) of "We are from Africa and have many money to spend on your company." Umm... Yeah.

I figured out how to stop the calls. Call it back! I just called the number back and it gave me the option to opt-out. I am now added to the do not call list. This is a fax research company - don't know if they realize it or not that randomly faxing people is illegal.

They left a fax. I have my phone forwarded to my cell phone. when calling my cell phone to get messages I am told there is a fax containing 1 page. I haven't printed the fax yet.

This number called my number twice within 15 minutes, and all that was left on my answering machine was a fax tone.

This company is violating federal and state laws by sending unsolicted faxes, report them using your state Office of Consumer Affairs or the FCC. This is the ony way to put them out of business.

A person answered, I indicated I received unwanted faxes to my cell. They redirected to another person (Colleen), who claimed to add my number to their do not call list.

Has called my cell phone 8 times already this morning and is also leaving BEEP sounds in my voice mail. Using up ALL the minutes !

Received another call 1:20 PM on 8/22. I've separate complains at donotcall.gov for each phone call, and I would encourage everyone else who is registered on the National Do Not Call list to do the same.

This needs to stop. One or even three calls every day.

Almost every day (day and night!!) for about four months we are getting calls from this number. When we answer the phone we hear the sound of a fax beep. It's really getting on our nerves. What can we do to stop these crazy people?? Is this a new way to make some money?

I have gotten called from this number probably 30 or so times, sometimes it is unknown caller, and other times the number is displayed.

Me too. At least 10 attempts per day to fax my home voice phone. I actually dialed the offending number and was connected to an automated opt-out system. Punched in my phone number and pressed # key. Hope it works!

After looking up the number that had called my home, I found the above website. It indicates that this call is from a company called AME Info and that it is the "Ultimate Middle East Business Resource." I don't know anyone in the Middle East. Never been there. Probably never will! I didn't get these calls until I recently got a new phone number. I called the number from my cell and got an "opt out" message that said to "enter the fax number you wish to have blocked." Once I did, it said that my number was put on the Do-Not-Call list, but we all know how well those lists work!!

At least 18 fax calls to my landline today from this disreputable firm. Complaints sent to Verizon, donotcall.gov, and the FCC.

This has been auto-dialing me in Sweden for two days. (every 7 - 10 minutes) Absolute insanity. I have to take the phone off the hook to sleep.

Ok, I didn't realize just how many people other than me have been dealing with this. I have been receiving these calls now for about 8 to 10 months, not quite sure. But it's been a long time. They call my office in burst...for two days at least 10 times and then stop for a few weeks..wish it would stop. jerks...

Just beeps. I get about 10 calls per week. It usually comes up as "Unknown." I live in Alaska, so the calls often come in the middle of the night for me. What fun!

I called that number back and asks you to enter the phone numver you want to block. Don't know if I trust it though, sceming Nigerian bastards!

Only one call today (1 pm EST).

Living in Europe, I can´t file a complaint with the FCC using their standard forms (these only accept US adresses and phone numbers, same applies for the do not call list), I have filed a complaint with the FCC by e-mail (fccinfo@fcc.gov) and included a link to this site to show I am not the only one being harrassed.

Found out by talking to Coleen French Supervisor (800) 333-0568 x 2247 that companies use their system to send faxes. She was very helpful and said she would put in the block with IT dept and have them do a manual check, because last week I put in a block that didn't work. She even said she'd call me back tomorrow morning to let me know the status. She gave me her full name and her extension.

Today i have spoken with a woman, didn't get her name, and did a frendly request for deleting our telefonnumber in the Netherlands. she will take care fore it. An unrelated issue - we started receiving spam faxes this afternoon from 732-542-3012. I did a little research on the net and ran across this site (see post way down from the flyinglobster). The guy that owns this site did a little homework and offered several suggestions on how to exorcise this fax spammer. Be aware that he is a little profane in his writing. I followed the advice which is contact the Do Not Call Registry, contact the FCC, and call the morons on a separate number (732-389-3900) and complain.

I got this call at 12:35 AM early this morning and the caller id said it was from Las Vegas, NJ. I did not answer the phone for various obvious reasons.

The call was extremely late, I know nobody from that location, and if it was a sales call gone wrong, I definitely was not going to answer it either.

Same call with beep received. Only number listed in caller I.D.

Apparently, the FCC is who to contact for fax attempts. It is unclear if there is a violation WITHOUT receipt of a fax though.

After suffering through these moron's calls for a month tonight I finally looked them up to see what was going on. Called thier main number (732-389-3900) and punched through to a receptionist. She tried to pass things off like they had no say in the matter and what the company was. I explained to "Lori" that I knew exactly what the company was and that they had multiple complaints regarding violating the DNC list. She immediately dropped the pretense and asked for my number, saying she would "block it in the dialer right away."

Since this only took place 10 minutes ago it's still a bit early to see if this was the cure, but I can hope...

I setup my computer to receive this fax. It is from xpedite systems llc. It provides 2 ways to opt-out:

This number is now also sending fax through Sweden to Norway by initiating that they are local in Sweden by putting up 0046 ahead of the number.

Wonder if Mr. Boland Jones makes his $3M/year based on the fact that he disrupts peaceful citizens' weekends by engaging in illegal telemarketing activities?

I located Premier Systems as a business located at One Industrial Way West in Eatontown, NJ, phone 732-389 3900. When I called they were not willing to explain to me what type of business they were engaged in. However, they offered me to put MY number on their block list. They also offered me to call back under above number during business hours and speak to a manager.

Via the BBB of New Jersey I located what seems to be the company headquarters in Boulder, CO.

I will, during business hours, file a complaint with above listed telephone companies, the BBB of New Jersey and the BBB of Colorado. Further, I will file a complaint with the company itself, under both, the NJ address and the CO address as they are obviously operating in violation of the telemarketing laws passed by congress some 2 years ago.

The above 702 number is operated by Central Telephone Co of Nevada, their office can be reached at 702 244 7400 Mo-Fr 9AM - 9 PM ET. When I inquired about Premier Global's number they informed me that the number had been suspended but gave me the option to call their complaints department during business hours.

The above 732 number is operated by Verizon, NJ. Same spiel, I can call their complaints department during business hours: 800 870 9999.

Started receiving fax calls from 732 542 3012 (XPedite Systems) and 702 366 0961 (Premier Global) today (Saturday). Was able to capture the fax with a fax machine I eventually hooked up to the phone line. Was a no-sender type spam fax (widow of Lebanese business man tries to re-invest $86,000, if I want to help reinvest the money I should send my bank information to a UK address ... yeah, sure).

I got 2 calls from this number twice this morning (2-17-07). 6:45 and 7:10. No message. I'm glad I found this site to hip me to who they are. Thanks.

Is there anyway of stopping these calls - I'm in Europe and like everyone else am receiving these fax calls to a voice number at all times of the day and night.

I keep getting phone calls from this number and all I hear is a fax tone. I am getting sick of this number. I don't know how to stop these calls.

I've gotten calls from 732-542-3012 since Oct 2006. I recently got caller ID to find out who keeps calling me. It's the Eaton NJ location. I called the number yesturday (2/1/07) and left a messge for them to stop calling me. I was getting calls 6-9 times a day from them. Most of the messages on my answering machine are from this "fax" number. I also called the 732-389-3900 ext. 7005 number and left a message to take me off of their contact list or I would file a formal complaint with the FCC. I'm going to file a complaint anyway, but I'll let you know if the calls stop.

I finally got through to the number (732)542-1777 and reached the Opt Out system. I was able to leave my number to block future calls from the 732 number. I am also filing a formal complaint with my local police in CA (the only way the Eatontown, NJ police will acknowledge the complaint) and with the FCC. I have also called Verizon (the service provider) to ask them to stop providing service to this account.

Is there a removal number for this caller?

I am receiving calls at 3am from this number (732)542-3012, and they continue through the morning. And like the others, all I hear is a fax tone. Is there a way to block this number or report it to the FCC?

I think its a fax company that handles mass faxes for companies or organizations. That number pops up for faxes I recieve from the FRLA.

Received SEVERAL calls this morning at 3:00 a.m. sounding like a fax machine. When you call the number back, you get a recording that says, if you would like to opt out, record your number at the tone. Not sure if it was the right thing to do, but I left the phone number.

Ordered report from Intelius today to find out who this number belongs to and they have it listed as a reputable civil engineering company in NJ. The report went on to say that it is a land line and that Verizon is the service provider. I called the civil engineering company and they have received NUMEROUS complaints about this and they have NO affiliation with this company whatsoever. I'm trying to work with Verizon now to let them know that they are providing service to a company who is harassing people. I've also contacted the FCC and our Attorney General's office and emailed everyone who is referenced here on this page.

what the heck is the point of this site.. if nothing happens ... I have reported this # many times.. 10 calls on the 5th 8 on the 6th 7 messages on the 8th.. a sunday.. and 4 so far today and its only 145pm.. this needs to stop..

This and a couple other number call us with nothing but a fax machine beep. They called this morning at 3:15am and again at 3:28am.

Started on 1/07/06 at 9:30 pm est. Second call at 9:48 pm, Third at 10:15 pm. It started again the next morning at 7:20 am and continued for the next 1/2 hr, with a new call every 10 min.

There are rules as to the time to do business. And just based on the first bunch of call they did NOT follow them.

When I called the # back the first time, it said, "Thank you for calling (the company name, too fast and jumbled to understand) If you'd like to remove your number, please leave it after the tone.

Called again today. Now it says cannot be completed as dialed.

I think they should find them and cut their phone cord.

We have been receiving phone calls since 1230 last night after we got home from work from 702-366-0961. We have been getting phone calls for fax machines for quite some time now (probably a year or so) but all were unknown name and numbers until last night. We live in Canada so are kind of unsure how to handle this situation. Who wants to get woken up in the middle of the night when you've been working all evening and are trying to sleep? This has got to stop!

2 times @ 2 in the morning! Caller ID said EATONTOWN, NJ and the number. Once I answered and heard a beep. I called back from my cell and blocked my number from showing up on their caller id and it said I could opt out and give them my number! NO WAY!

Over the last 2 days this number has called 5 times. The last time it was at 4:30am. Have a heart people!

I just received a call to my home from 732-542-3012 and it was a fax. I transfered it to my fax line. It is a bogus offer to give me 20% of $36 million from a widow of a killed government offical from Lebanon. They have an e-mail address of hanazek@slfy.com and and England telephone number of 44-7040115878. They also have a link to a news article about the death of the real man but I am sure it's nothing to do with these scammers. These types of calls AND e-mails started when I placed an ad in the Auto Trader Online. At that time I received a cashiers check for $65,000 for the car that was $10,000 more than my asking price. I called the bank in Conneticut and the owner of the bank account. I shredded the check.

Rcvd 4 calls since 0700 this morning - same story fax tone. When I call the # back it says thank you for calling "opt out" to block your # put in the number, but the mailbox is full. I then try to call different extensions from the audix system. They come in flurries.

two calls between 2am and 3am last night. There was no sound when I said hello. When I called back, a recording said, "Welcome to Opt Out. To block your number, please say the number being called at the tone, beginning with the area code." She went on to offer various mailboxes to leave messages. I tried one and it was no longer in service.

Annoying. If you DON'T answer and then hang up to terminate the call, it goes to the machine and leaves a minute or more attempt at faxing a VOICE line.. and at 1:45am or so, at that.

This was a fax in the Nigerian scam style wanting me to help someone in Lebanon transfer $36M. These people are a scourge!

Just yesterday morning, I'd received fourteen calls on my cell phone, everytime I'd push "ignore call", they'd call back nearly every three minutes for a good while, before I just shut my phone off. What I wonder is how they even got a hold of my cell phone number.

Ok, this number is calling our house about 4-5 times a day during weekdays starting at 8:30am PST. I am really annoyed now as my 2 year old boy slipped and banged his head whilst running for this phone again as we're not answering it. We should all report this - it's ludicrous that they ignore the federal Do Not Call list as well as use our fax resources to send spam.

We've been receiving these ridiculous phonecalls also. Yesterday 4 calls within the hour. And in the months before even during midnight. We're in The Netherlands.
It gave us no name on the ID, just the phonenumber 7325423012. Maybe one of our phonecompanies can do something about it. I'm going to try anyway.

my home phone here in Norway, 45 minutes west of Oslo, shows a log entry for this number, with the international calling code 001 affixed at the front, on November 14 at 14:15. Nobody was home here.. I have family in the U.S. and call quite often...perhaps that's how my Norwegian number got "harvested"

I had 2 calls today from this number, same deal, just fax beeps. I called the number back, and received an automated message on how to remove my number from the list. It says within 24 hours it will be removed and calls will end. we'll see...

I received calls from same fax number. How to stop it? Fax back to them multiple pages (100's if needed) of solid black paper. Do it in the middle of the night. Use their fax machine in reverse while consuming large amounts of paper and ink!!! Put a blurb at the front saying this will continue unless you discontinue using "Your Fax/Phone Number" immediately. It has worked for me. Might cost some paper (just a few sheets-continue faxing using the same paper) and a little long distance cost - buy a calling card!

I started having these calls about 6 months ago and had my number changed (that's all that BellSouth could suggest) and a fe days latter, after I had notified every one about my new number, damn if I did not start to receive more "fax calls" from this numbere- (732)542-3012 and also from a (416)238-3615 Toronto,ON. as well as several "Unknown callers" I talked ,again, to BellSouth and all they could suggest was for me to "go back to my old phone number" or get a privat investigator to try to find out whom are making these harassing calls! Yeh, right!
I guess the only thing to do is to put in a complaints report with FCC, for all the good that will do.

Beware... they have a new phone number. It's 973-623-0000. I've been doing LOTS of research on their contact information. They have about 200+ websites if not more. Many of them have abuse@... com.. something or other to report abuse (like it would do any good). I've had it! I own the domains badindustry.com and scamcompanies.com.... when I get to getting them up and running, Xpedite and Premiere Global will be at the top of the list. If you take a look at their financial reports, they have lawsuits against them for "fax blasting".

My husband and I moved into our home almost two years ago. The fax calls have been relentless. My phone company (Bellsouth, yet another story in itself) told me to call the police..... after I paid them almost $50 to trace the calls. Or, I of course could change my phone number. What a joke. That's just what I want the police in my town working on.... my annoying fax calls instead of rapes or murders. I'm so glad to have found this site and the link posted by JB. I'll also add, that if you do call the number back, the 732-542-3012, you can press 00 and it will take you to a place that you can record a message and even mark it as a priority call. I doubt that anyone ever checks the messages but I sure felt better after I had an hour to kill last night and left them 40 or so very colorful messages. Thanks again for the information!

As I reported in my 8/23/06 entry, I filed complaints with the AR Attorney General's office, the US Gov. Do Not Call Registery, the Monmouth County (New Jersey) Prosecutor, and the Federal Communications Commission (all via e-mail). The only response that I have received was from the FCC. They basically said that they do not handle individual complaints but that would track it. I don't know who helped me but someone did. Hallelujah!!

This Fax Spammer calls us several times a day. Who is it?

We began receiving calls or should I say fax attempts from this number from the first day we moved and had our phone service activated (June 19th). At first they called during the day, then they started calling in the evenings, but last night they called all through the night (7 times) until 6:00 this morning!!

We used our church's fax machine last week and faxed the number that shows on our caller ID with a request to remove us from the list...that we do not own a fax machine...and that we are on the National Do Not Call Registery. I have contacted our Arkansas State Attorney General's office, and have filed a complaint with the Monmouth County (New Jersey) Prosecutor as suggested by "Wasting Time on 8-18-2006" on this site, and have filed a complaint through the Do Not Call website. Received ten calls from 732-542-3012 and when we pickup the telephone there is a fax tone. My caller id indicates the following: "Out of Area" 732-542-3012. Based on this board, it appears that these calls were the work of D & R COMM LLC of Shrewsbury NJ, a New Jersey LLC owned by David Schoonmaker and Redie Rosen. I called D&R, (732) 260-2500 and asked for Messrs. Schoonmaker and Rosen. I was informed that they were unavailable and that D&R was not responsible. However, the telephone calls stopped immediately thereafter (coincidence or a result of the telephone call who knows?). My husband and I bought our house over a year ago and we get calls on almost a DAILY basis from this and similar numbers. Sometimes it even says 999-999-9999. Tonight, our caller id had this number: 702-366-0961 with the name "Premiere Global." I don't know how to get this to stop!

So yesterday I received at least 15 calls from this number. Today I get into the office and the first call that I get is the same number. I really hope that today is not like yesterday, because I am ready to go crazy.

These people are constantly phoning me in the mornings. They have just finished 5 times. When I answer the phone there is a fax tone. Thie machine once left ten messages on my voice mail of constant beeping!

I get plenty of these spam faxes but thie one was particularly annoying because they called 15 times over a two-hour period! And the number they called is my phone line, not my fax line, so of course it never connected to anything. Just kept calling back, over and over again, disrupting two hours of my workday.

Received 31!!! fax tone msgs in one day last week. Started again from this number @ 6 a.m. today!

This number is trying to call our home phone number day and night constantly. If we pick up all we hear is a fax tone. If we call the number, there is an opt out message but it will not accept our phone number. Today alone we have received over 20 calls since midnight through 2 PM Eastern.

What can I do to stop this harrassment?

These calls started a few days ago. When I call the number I hear somthing like "Do not call list enter your number."

Getting about 10 to 12 of these a day, After i activated my fax it was a Nigerian scammer letter. They went from email to useing fax transmissions now. Dont fall for it! its a advance fee fraud scam

This number has called my house at least 6 times today. All I hear is the stupid fax beep. I did *69 and it was a New Jersey (732) area code. I finally got my phone company to block the number. Only then did I google it and find this page. The FCC should do something about this. UGH.

This darn number starts calling at 6am and by 7am they have left about 7 fax attempts DAILY. I have to keep my fax off and ringer off. How did I lose my right to privacy vs. telemarketers right to free speech??

I fortunately have a fax and was able to receive the communication.

It is a fax from a South African "High Placed Official" looking to little old me, to transfer the sum of 500 billion dollars or whatever it's up to now.

Don't these people ever quit? Does anyone really fall for this? Either way, I think this number is a fax relay service. We should all report this number though, as this relay service is aiding and abetting in the proliferation of mass fax fraud. Whew, that was a mouthful!

This number started a couple of weeks ago, and it calls my cell about 7 or 8 times a day and all I hear is a fax tone! Getting really sick of it!!!

Calls received on 6/21 @ 4:37 AM & 4:45 AM. Calls on 6/29 @ 6:02 AM, 6:06 AM, 6:16 AM & 6:31 AM. Call ID in phone screen showed the number and EATONTOWN, NJ.

Today alone this number has called my house 7 times since 9:00 this morning, it is now only 4:00 pm. All that is heard when the phone is answered is the sound a fax trying to come through.

Gotten quite a few for the past month from this number. When I or my machine answers, all I hear is fax tones (to a voice number!). Sometimes my CID shows the number w/ "Unknown Name" or just "Unknown Caller" w/ no number.
