Who Called Us

The phone just rings and when you pick it up there is no response. it is very weird.

Alright guys, after doing an area code search and looking up all the numbers for these guys in florida, I reached a business that said they're calls are coming from a machine that automatically calls out and that she "Maria" in customer service would personally see that I got taken off the list.

This is the number I used. We'll see if it works or not. But worth a try to get them to stop ringing me every day at 9 am.

These people keep calling me extremely early in the morning from a 727-497-3047. When I answered it a few days ago, they offered me a credit card to help me improve my credit and I told them I wasn't interested and that they should stop calling so early because I work third shift and they are really screwing me out of my sleep every day. Their calls have gotten earlier :( what can I do? I try to call them back and their number is always busy, any ideas anyone?

apparently they are several different companies or something, because they had called me saying i qualifed for a free trip and also tried to get me to get a credit card later. asked them to not call me back both times.

It's so obnoxious! I have the sound off on my phone, so I never hear it ring, but whenever I check my phone - THERE'S their number. I try calling back and it doesn't even ring. It has that busy signal. They called me 5 times today!

I forgot to mention that they called me on my COMPANY cell phone!

They called me several times about a credit card also and wanted the same information from me that wanted from all of you. I refused to give them my information but Scott Johnson insisted that I needed this credit card. I told him I would call him back and then discussed it with my wife and we decided it was a scam. Later that week, Scott called back and I turned him down again. Then I called my wife again and she found this website and called me and told me about it. Then some lady called from the same place and I told her this was a scam and she said "How do you figure?" so then I cussed her up and down and when I said that they were from Fl. and this was BS, I asked her why couldn't she send me a phamlet in the mail she told me everything is done over the phone. No real credit company does business over the phone. So I cussed her again and she hung up on me, and they haven't called back since!

ok after hearing all of that im not going to answer this call! they have called me everyday for the past week but i havent picked up now im glad!

They Called me to day on my Cell phone telling me that I have been approved for a credit card. They ask me if i would Verify my information thay had my addressed my phone number and my SS and Brithday so after they got do with that they transfered me to there cridet consultent and she started telling me what i needed to do to get the cridet card like send them a downpayment of 300 dollors for insurents porpeses so i told them that i could not afford it at this time and that i wouldnt have to money any time soon because i was a little suspicious at this point i told them that i had 1 card allready and do not need another currently the lady was very nice and said to give them a call when i was ready to sighn up. I talk to my Dad about it that night and he said that it might be a scam so I back word search there number and this site came up so now im worry because I would like to know Whos Selling my Infomation

I applied for a credit card from freedom financial and am expected to pay 300 for processing. If I would have known about this company ahead of time I wouldn't have given out my information. I did ask a lot of questions. I talked to a scott johnson

Got a couple of calls nobody talks and when i call back it's ither busy or nobody picks up ugh!! how annoying! =0/

I keep getting phone calls from this number day and night. I finally answered and some women said I won an online shopping spree, she will mail the certificate with in 3 buisiness days. But first her supervisor will call me back to verify the sweepstakes, and ask how I was treated. Well her supervisor did call me back, and said I had won an online shopping spree, but need my credit card number first to verify who I was. So I gave him a fake number, and havnt heard from them since, and never recieved the certificate for the online shopping spree.

Called again and Justin answered again, so I ask him his supervisors name. He connected me to her. Her name is Devin Richards. She refused to listen to the reason Why I called, than hung up on me. Very rude, how do they expect to win business like that.

I called back, and a Justin answered the phone. I asked to talk to a manager, he said ok, than ask if it was because how someone talked to me. I asked again if I could please talk to the manager. A woman who said her name was Devlin answered and ask why I wanted to talk to her? I told her how rude a guy who called was and I didn't want them to call anymore. She was more rude then the last caller. I now get a busy signal. If they call again I will call them every day or more and tie up they're line . Maybe a few times a day. I am retired, and have the time to do this.

I CALLED AND TOLD THESE ASSHOLES I WAS WITH THE LOCAL POLICE DEPT. AND THAT IF THEY CALLED MY NUMBER AGAIN I WOULD PERSUE THINGS IN A LEGAL MATTER. I WILL CALL DAILY FOR AT LEAST 3 MONTHS AND HANG UP ON THEM LIKE THEY HAVE BEEN DOING FOR LONGER THAN THAT. I SUGGEST NO ONE DO BUSINESS WITH IDIOTS. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS PRATICE LIKE THIS. THIS IS A BUNCH OF BS. SAYS THERE LOCATION IS IN ST PETERSBURG FL. THATS ALL I HAVE FOUND OUT. MAYBEE SOMEONE SHOULD CALL THE PD THERE AND PROVIDE THEM WITH THERE PHONE# AND LET THEM KNOW BEFORE SOME FAMILY WITH A BUNCH OF CHILDREN GO WITHOUT BECAUSE OF F*&KERS LIKE THIS

I answered the phone, and the guy said part of my name. He didn't have the full name. He said I tried to get credit,and I had been refused, but he had a pre-approved credit card. I told him I didn't want his card and stop calling. He said stop applying for credit. I repeated myself and told him to put me on the no call list and he said they don't have one. He than said as long as I apply for credit and get denied he will continue to call. I have not applied for any type of credit in years.He started to argue with me about being a dead beat, and if I paid my credit on time he would not have to call. I hung up on him, than I tried to call back, and got no answer.

Called them back, asked what they wanted, they asked for name. I asked again and they got angry. Finally they told me to have a nice day and hung up. Sounded like a party atmosphere in background.

Definitely a scam artist. If you have provided personal info, better place a fraud alert on your credit file & really keep an eye on your checking acct, etc.....another alert.
Got a similar call saying I had been turned down for credit & they could fix me up; I was NOT turned down so immediately knew it was a scam. Avoid like the plague...need to turn these folks in to the FCC.

This guy called and said that I had recently applied for and been denied for a credit card but he had me approved. He had my name and address but I hadn't applied for credit cards in years!! WHen I called him on that the line went dead and I called back and they picked up and hung up on me again! BEWARE!

This number continuously calls my cell number and when i try to call back...the line is either busy or keeps ringing. when I answer the line..they hang up.

these people called me told me about repairing my credit i was intrested the person i talked to was a catrina had a answer for my questions after hanging up i felt werid about the call so i called the number back and all it does is ring they are fruadulant i made a police report

Don't leave a message and don't know what they want.

They continue to call my cell phone but never leave a message. I have never given out the number so I know it's a telemarketer or wrong number.

Keep getting phone calls once a day but when I call them back nothing but a busy signal.

I KEEP GETTING 1 RING PHONE CALLS FROM THIS DAMN NUMBER

These people have tried calling several times - leaving no message. I have never heard of Freedom Financial and have not applied for any loans or credit cards. I have tried calling them back, but all I get is a fast busy signal.

They called me twice this month, missed me both times. Don't know how they got ahold of my number but I am irked, especially when this is a private number.

called wifes cell and ask for me didnt say who they were just they would call back but i train horses and have ppl all over country calling me so i tried to call them and all i got was a busy single and then i decited to look up number and saw this so im glad they didnt get hold of me

these people keep calling and hanging up i call back and it's busy, who is it and why are they calling me?

I am getting the calls too and when I try to answer it hangs up- when i call back it's a busy tone. this has happened since i changed my number in september. i had to change my number today because of this. they call atleast twice a week

A rep from Freedom Fin. called my cell today, said I had applied for a credit card. I asked them to take my # off their list. Rep. said I had provided my # to them on my application -- he then asked if I was (my name) at (my mailing address) at (my cell number). I did not confirm but repeated that I did not apply for a credit card and they should decline the appliction. The rep. was persistent, asking about my credit report and if I was consolidating debt, etc. etc. I told him my credit was fine (regretted revealing that even) and I have had the same credit cards for yrs and have zero interest in new cards. He asked if I was maxed out on my cards - increasingly annoyed w/ his persistence, I said "no" and I want him to decline the application. His persistence made me start to question whether I had indeed signed up for something (I did sign up for an online bank acct - but that was totally different). I finally said he was on my cell phone and I was at work and had to go. He had the audacity to tell me I should not put my cell phone on applications if I didn't want the calls! I told him I hadn't! We both hung up after that. Unbelievable!

I was offered a credit card much like everyone else, when I asked what kind of card it was, they kept telling me, "an unsecured credit card" When I told her I would need more information before I continued, she asked me what I needed to know. I again asked what kind of card, I was told that they worked with 16 different companies and they wouldn't know what kind of card it was until they had processed my information, I asked more specifically about the card, "is it a mastercard or visa or what?" She impatiently told me she wouldn't know until my application had been processed. When I told her I was not interested unless she could give me more specific information, she yelled, "then stop applying then!" and hung up on me. When I looked it up on caller id and called back, it was busy, but I am persistent. I finally got a recording saying that it was an invalid number.

Keeps harassing us by not responding when we answer the phone, and calling daily.

I keep getting this call at like 6am pacific time then 9am but they keep calling i dont pick up the call but they just keep calling.

I RECIEVED NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS FROM THIS "COMPANY" I FINALLY ANSWERED. THEY TOLD ME THAT I WAS APPROVED FOR $2500. I CANT GET A CARD TO SAVE MY LIFE!SO I STARTED ASKING QUESTIONS AND THE LADY GOT EXTREMELY RUDE. AS THE CONVERSATION WENT ON I GOT MORE AND MORE SUSPICIOUS SHE GAVE ME AN EXCUSS AS TO HOW THEY AREN'T SCAM ARTISTS, YET THERE # DOESN'T MAKE ANY SINCE AND IS WAY TO HARD TO FIND INFO ON. THIS IS DEFINAETLY A SCAM!!!!!

I got the same as describled here in Raleigh, North Carolina. I just can't block this number. They called my number over and over again.

Some how these people got my cell number, Said they could rebuild my credit.. while talking to them (Freedom Financial) I looked them up on the Better Business Bureau and when I asked about their standing with them I was hung up on......... yet they still call me daily!! People like this should be put in jail!

ive recieved this call two days in a row i called the number back today and they said it was freedom fin, are you looking to start or rebuild your credit i said "no" they hung up on me.

they called me and said that i was approved for the 5000 dollar loan that i applied for. i did apply for a loan through citi financial. they told me that they would fax me the contract and in order 2 get my loan i had to give the over 700 and they would credit my account for a few months. i think its a scam.

These guys said that I had been approved for a credit card. They seemed very polished about it. However, I began to get suspicious when I was asked for my birthdate. I as then told that I would need my bank account and routing information. I had given my birthdate, but elected not to give my banking and routing information. If I had a applied for a card then they should already have that information. I asked if I would get a Master Card or Visa and I wasn't given an answer. I was told that the line would be at least $2,000.00 and it would be from among six cards. I told them, point blank, that this sounded suspicious and in the middle of the phone call the line went dead. I used to do phone tech support for Gateway Computers. I know all about how to engage someone in a conversation and when it goes south, then hang them up. These guys seem like scam artists.
