Who Called Us

I have a droid phone (HTC). Anytime I get an unsolicited phone call, I just add them as a contact (I number them UNK1,UNK2 and so on) and then I just go back into the contact info and edit and turn on the Block Caller feature....problem solved. They never call again. Now, don't you wish you had a droid...ps I'm up to #22

I got a live person and told him I was on the do not call list and he hung up on me

I didn't answer & there was no voice mail left.

No clue, they have called about 25 times, every hour on the hour. I usually ignore the calls, but this was over the top.

I finally answered and they hung up.

"Matt" called offering me "any credit card" available (Visa, MC, AMEX etc). Asked him how he got my number "automated, I don't know". Asked him what company he worked for - he hung up on me.

This number called our cell phone but we did not answer because we did not know who it was.

Sick and tired of this Tiffany calling from a credit card company, and we don't even have a credit card.

Answered, it was a recording about reducing my credit card rate press one, I pressed one and when the person answered, I asked how they got my phone number and the person hung up

This was a recorded message in a woman's voice. The voice said they were calling about my credit card account. She didn't get any further before I hung up.

Robot called my cell wanting me to talk to a representative about credit card eligibility. This is a PAY PER MINUTE cell phone and the number is only shared with a few close business associates. There is NO LEGITIMATE WAY they could have obtained this number so they must be auto dialing cell numbers at random. Normally I do not answer unrecognized numbers but my employer has me on call today so I am required to answer every call. Not only is this costing me minutes, it is costing my employer my paid time taken away from my actual work. I really think a thorough public whipping would be appropriate for these bastards.

These bottom feeding, scum sucking, scammers should be stopped and dealt with harshly. What they're doing is both illegal and immoral. The employees are rude and uncommunicative. Please everyone, don't stop with just comments, REPORT these scumbags to the National Do Not Call Registry. If your conscious will let you, go ahead and press "1" to reach a representative and immediately tell that rep what a lowlife they are and then hang up. If enough people do this, maybe they'll get the message.

Funny everyone gets so hostile over these calls. I have simple solutions: If they call my home phone, the answering machine picks it up. Most times they dont even leave a message. Problem #1 solved.
If they call my cell, I simply don't answer a number that I do not recognize...therefore I am not charged minutes for the call. And if its important someone will leave a voicemail, these bozos never do. Problem #2 solved.
Answering these calls and engaging them is exactly what they want. Ignore them and they will go away.

Just another number used to harass law abiding citizens. I am os sick of getting these calls on both my and my husband's cell phones. Since our numbers are only given out on an absolute need basis, someone is finding a way to get the numbers. I will file another complaint, but I am starting to wonder if that will do any good.

This jack*** called my cell phone and when I did not answer immediately called my home phone. Both are UNLISTED and registered on the NDNCR and have been for more than 2 years now. I am filing not only complaints of violation of the registry but for using deceptive practices to find my identity and phone numbers because the only way someone can find out who owns what phone number is to claim to be a debt collector or creditor. Which is another ball of wax to boot! I answered the home phone and it was a live person not a robo caller. They got really upset and hung up on me when I informed them they where in violation of federal law because both numbers they called are on the NDNCR and that I was filing complaints against them for calling. So upset they slammed their phone down on me.. Hard to do with a cell phone no??? It shows up Cellular Caller... Everyone here needs to do the same.. FILE COMPLAINTS! The more often the NDNCR gets complaints agianst any given number the faster they act against that number!

Robocall from "Tiffany at Cardholder Services. Press 1 to speak with a rep." A rep named Keith answered but was unresponsive and hung up on me before I could utter the magic words "Terminate our business relationship immediately and put me on your do-not-call list." My number is a celphone that has been on the Texas and Federal do-not-call lists for over a decade.

If we can get Bin Laden, we can get Rachel from Card Member Services…

Next time you get a call from Rachel, go ahead and talk to a service member, tell them you want to “Kill Rachel” and then, “You are coming for them too!” Then hang up on them.

I would think after thousands and thousands treats they might get the message their scam is no longer works. Think about it? How many times would you like to hear this treat in a day?

This a scam. They are trying to get your credit card numbers.

Automated call stating "This is Tiffany from Cardholder Services. This may be your last call to lower your interest rates if you don't respond now. Press 1 to speak to a rep." I pressed 1 & got a live person. Once I asked why the company (which I don't know what company this is) is calling me when I'm on the Do Not Call List, the rep disconnected the call on me.

Called on two different number in a 15 minute period. A one number is a private line. No one was on the line when I answered the private line.

I have received calls from this number over the last several months all time of day and night. I have told them to remove my number and they hang up. It seems they claimn to be a service that can lower your interest rate. Today 1/13/12 When I called back I got a nasty woman on the line and she said you think we called you alot before, I am going to increase the call rate on our computers and then hung up. I tried calling back and got nothing. Who are these low lifes and where are they located??
