Dear Ms. Wagner, incidentally, I am typing this on a Mac computer. It astounds me the lengths to which these creatures will go to concoct lies.

Your best line of defense is Caller ID. If you see a name and/or number you do not recognize, do not pick up the call. If you should pick up the call, and you are advised to push a particular number to get off the

Wont spell his name, wont give me his supervisor or spell his name. Not honest at all.

Called to say that computers with the Windows operating system needed immediate action and he would talk me through what to do. An obvious attempt to hijack my computer. I told him so and hung up. He did sound as if he was foreign.
This caller is spam trying to reduce debt.. when asked to put on do not call list they hung up on me. there were no options in menu selections.
They called at 6:45 am in the morning and I unloaded on the guy! Told him this was an illegal call because it was before 9am, we were on the do not call list and to take our name off their bloody list and not call again. I will be filing a complaint with the FTC and better business bureau. They can't even follow their own rules, so should be fined and shut down.
