Bank of America. They call several times a day and won't leave a message. I find it annoying because I've been paying my bill each month (I'm in their debt program and they auto draft my payment each month.) I don't understand why they would even be calling me. Last time I answered and they asked me to make a payment I refused and told them they just got their $ and they checked in the computer and apologized for calling - their mistake, they read the screen wrong!?!?!?
call every day, no message. mobile # only. i am sure it is bofa as i owe them money, but i have nothing to talk about until i get paid, so they can keep calling, and i can keep not answering. they do not leave a message.
Bank of America gives credit to illegal aliens without a ss#. Now that I am having difficulty paying my bill they are calling me at least 8 times a day, never leave a message and are just a huge pain since I have already repeated many, many, many times what the situation is, sent them letters to stop harrassing me and yet they continue. I finally told them that they will either leave me alone or will never see a dime but even that has not worked. As far as I am concerned, they can collect what I owe them from one of their illegals or go under.

They call 5 to 10 times a day
Finally went ahead and answered after calling 4 times daily. They asked for a name I didn't know. I asked who was calling twice before he said it was a personal business matter. I told him he had the wrong number and didn't need to call this number anymore. He asked how do I reach the person I didn't know, I said I didn't know but he had the wrong number.
It sure sounded like a collection call but for someone I don't know.

Caller ID was "Card Services" , claimed to be calling for BofA, wanted payment on late credit card. Explained I had received a call from them, but with the number 800-665-9089, and had made a payment. They claimed (1) they were the "real" BoA, (2) they never used collection services, and then (3) asked ME to give THEM my info so they could verify for me that they had it!!! One of the two, or probably both, is fraudulent. Do not give ANY info or $ to EITHER number--report to BBB and FTC immediately if they call for "collections."

This is Card Services. They were formerly MBNA for certain 'brands' of credit cards through MBNA. Since MBNA was bought by Bank of America, they are going by "Card Services" while they transition from MBNA to Bank of America. This isn't a collection agency, but the actual company. (Though caller id spoofing is easy and yours may be different)
called at 2:45 - no message left. called on my new cell phone number that i just got one week ago... no one has my number - strange.
