Compusharetrust@yahoo.com sent me a check that bounced and they said they would reimburse me on 11/1/08 and it's now 1/23/09 and I'm still getting the run-around

we have received several threatening calls from this number at random times a day. It is a hispanic guy (only speaks spanish). he always says nasty sexual stuff no matter if it is a female or male voice who picks up.
we filed a police report and the case is under investigation.

I got a call from a business in New York, May 9, using this number. The business is Decormyeyes, and Eyewearus.com, and a few other names. They do mail order of glasses, often sending the wrong item so they can charge you a restocking fee of 20%. Name of the business owner is Stanley Bolds. Google the name, there are plently of complaints.

Got a call, automated message without human first. The message was about carpet care. Pressed 1. Said hello. I asked what company this was "Carpet Care". I asked what their phone number was and she hung up.

A lady claimed to be from Dish Network trying to promote a "free" upgrade which I declined. She called at 9:40 PM! and the caller ID shows "Unknown Name". This cal looks like scam to me.

My sister called me and my caller ID showed this number. She was calling me from home, which is a totally different number than what showed up on my caller ID. When I called the number back, I just got a busy signal. Wierd.

My parents are going through a messy divorce and my crazy father called my mother on this number at 2am screaming on her machine. It must be a calling card...

My husband tried to sell something on Craig's List for $1,000. He received a check for $4,150 with instructions on cashing it and distributing it to a number of people. The person he was keeping in touch with via email claimed to be deaf, and had very poor writing skills (made up, we are sure), and became angry at the end when my husband said he wasn't going to be a part of it. The person went as far as to say they would get the FBI involved. I looked up the address on Google, and was lead to this site because the address happens to be:

Must be a calling Card Co. Hot no answer or busy signal whaen I called back... Sheesh!!! What a pain in the ????

I tried to sell my bike online and this person contacted me. Sent me payment for WAYYY MORE then what i was selling it for. I called the bank and it was FAKE!!

This phone number is behind something illegal. The company is sending out fake checks to access bank account information from people cashing in. There is no name or address that exists with the number that was shown. If this number shows contact the police.

My buddy called from England and this number showed up. It must be a internet number or calling card.

Pay attention if you get any information from this number. This number is associated with a fraudulent activity with craig's list. This group is willing to send seemingly fake checks through the US Mail which I understand is a federal offense. The check comes via UPS Express Envelop with a check that indicates a quantity more than an agreed price. You know the rest... they expect the difference to go in your bank and while you wait for the check to clear pay them the difference.

I kept receiving phone calls from this number, even at 9:30PM! This guy said he is from DishNetwork. After I repeated numerous time that I do NOT want to upgrade my current dish plan, he got so pissed and hung up on me! Then next night he called again! WTH!?? I filed a complaint to the National Do-not-call registry (operated by government) here: donotcall.gov

I suggest all you guys should do the same.

I was called by a person who lives in Nigeria who is a confessed "scammer"...This number is originally from Pac West Telecom. They issue out blocks of numbers and this one is among a block. They are not able to delete or discontinue a number like this...It would need to be brought to the attention of the company who bought the number block to revoke the number...this number has obviously been circulated many times over by many different sources..it can also be used as a cover to hide the actual persons originating number...Do not talk or do any business what so ever involving this number it is a FRAUDULENT number with out a doubt!

They asked to speak with the person in charge of ink and toner supplies.

Got a call from this number twice 714-276-0702....
first saying they were from Dishnetwork offering a new plan. I was going to do it, but then it didn't feel right. I called to canel. The next day a guy came by saying he was from Dishnetwork to install my new receivers (but did not have proper Dish logo. Name tag said Dish network Solutions (a different company).

They even went as far as to change my phone number on the real Dishnetwork system so when I called Dishnetwork to inquire they couldn't pull up my account.

I receive the second call a few days later on a different phone line saying they could give me a discount on toner...I hung up, and decided to look up their number on line and I found all these other remarks.

Picke up phone call but there was no answer. So I hung up the phone. Did a reverse phone search and ended up here. Figured that might as well report them.

Caller ID showed "Los Angeles CA, 1-714-276-0702". I answered and said hello and nobody replied. I said hellp again and I could hear a woman in the background saying to somebody else near her that she couldn't hear anybody answering. Seems to be some sort of telemarketer

When people from mexico call me from TELMEX or AXTEL I get this caller ID, I think it's a gateway to save on tolls

I keep a call from this number and they only speak spanish. They can't understand a word of english like "Wrong Number" and the keep calling back again from this number and another one that says "unavailable"

I am also getting repeated calls every day from this number. Have no idea who it is.

I just got a call from this number from a family member in Argentina. It must be a calling card service.

The caller called me twice tonight, 1 hr apart. Caller ID showed "Los Angeles CA, 1-714-276-0702". I did not pick up the phone because 714 is not a Los Angeles area code. When I called back this number a few times, I was either hanged up right away or heard busy tones. Police work ought to be done on whoever makes the scams!!!!

Got the call- Caller ID just displayed the number. A man ask for me by name and then he hung up.

2-6-07. Got calls from this guy who claimed to work for DishNetwork and was trying to promote some new program plans. I kept telling him I am not interested then he got mad and hung up on me. I smell scam.

There was a pause and I kept saying 'hello?' and the lady on the line yelled at me and said if you would stop saying hello you would hear me. So I just hung up on her. Rude! Never got around to finding out who it was. I tried calling back 3 times and it just hung up on me.

I also suspect it is a calling card base number as I cannot call them back. I have been able to block them but they still keep trying. On the couple occasions that I answered there was nobody at the other end and the line disconnected immediately.

I am getting calls from this number from an ex-boyfriend who has a warrant out for his arrest for violating a restraining order. I suspect this is some kind of calling card base number. I know it is him because he has left a message from this number. I cannot call the number back as it says not in service. The calls come to my work number so I cannot add my number to a do not call list.

Caller ID on my phone displayed 714-276-0702 on Tue, Aug 22 at 1:42PM. I answered, and I heard an automated response that said "my mistake, I'm sorry", and the call disconnected. I called this number back from a different phone, and I got a recording that this # is no longer in service. Very Odd.

They said they were from a Fatima ORG. that I donate to and wanted the security code from my credit card. I called Fatima ORG. and thy don't use contractors and only call from NY. They look suspicious to me.
