I have been being harrassed by this man since the end of 2006 when I applied for a home loan inquiry on line. I have repeated asked to have my name removed from his list, I have told him I have reported him to the local authorities, I have contacted homeland security, I have have had his phone traced. The most calls I got from him was 5 in one day. Sometimes it only has a 5 digit number, sometimes unknown or unavailable. I have been tracing his calls. However, my son almost died from meninigitis the end of April & my sister just died the end of Aug. I have not had a chance to do anymore follow up. I have repeated asked them, begged them & threatened them with a law suit. But they cont to call. Now they have my number automatically in some type of automatic call system. I'm still running the trace. I'm suppose to file a grievence with the fcc but, I am too stress & now have two families to take care of. Not to mention my older parents. I hope & pray that this person gets what's coming to him. I think he is trying to build up loan info for banks etc... & gets paid by the call. Hope this helps.

Have received a few calls from this number, but no one is on the other end when I answer. Very annoying. I am on the do not call list and have kept it updated so it doesn't lapse.
It says 712-429-0366 and Sioux City IA on the caller ID.

THIS IS A SCAM. They called and told me I one a FREE phone. IT IS NOT FREE! I demanded to speak to a manager. He admitted it was not free. They are simply baiting you into signing a new package for cell phone minutes. All parties I talked to sounded Indian. BEWARE

we have received calls from this same company every day for the past week now. Always a indian man saying we have won something. I have told them to remove us from there list each time but we still get calls every day! They use a different # each time, but its always the same people. So sick of it!

It was a foreign man, not a pre recorded message, that tried to tell me I was randomly selected from the state of MI to win an i720 phone??

How do I stop them from calling?

  1. Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
  2. If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.
  3. Block them with a call blocker:
