I don't even know who this Conrad Burns is?
It's like WTF.

I've gotten 3 calls in the last two days. All on my cell. I haven't answered any of them because I didn't recongnize the #. I live in Oregon and don't really care about Virginia too much!

didn't answer, they called last night at 6 P.M. and today at 11 A.M.

Call came in while I was on the phone, did not recognize area code so did not pick it up. On investigating found out that it was a "push poll" so changed my phone to require identification. I received another call two hours later with ERS06 on id, same area code but different number. I did not answer and no messages were ever left.

I got 3 calls from a similar number, 703-266-0255, and then from this number 10 minnutes ago. Asked me if i was registered to vote in PA, and then went to to ask me questions about gay marriage, abortion and stem-cell research. After the survey, it said that it was a survey from some Pastor organization from a church, and it gave the website, and I am so mad that i forgot the website. i was going to send them a nasty email or call them, because I have no idea where they got my cell phone number from. >:-/

Missed the call. Got another call the night before from a different 703 phone number.

Called but didnt even leave a voice mail. They called my CELL-PHONE!!! Even if it wasn't on the "Do Not Call List", which it is, for them to call a cell phone is ridiculous.

Call reapeatedly over and over at all hours from early morning to late evening. ANNOYING. Think they got number from absentee ballot request that came from a republican flier. Won't make that mistake twice.

Seemed like a legitimate survey when it started. They wanted to know which Minnesota Senate candidate I was going to vote for. Then they started asking if I supported "medical research on unborn babies," and I started to wonder what the survey was *really* about. By the end, the survey had no semblence of objectivity -- do I support the repeal of the "cruel" death tax, etc. I had to find out what this was all about...

I've gotten calls form this number before, they were ususally doing push polls for republican candidates that were particularly nasty against democratic candidates.

Phone numbers are randomly generated and called by a computer. Pick up and hit the # sign 6 or 7 times as quickly as possible to kick your number out of the system.

I have been receiving calls from this number two and three times a day. Usually the phone only rings twice. Caller ID showed the code "S2006" and the number. I live in central Ohio...They called 7:19 on Sun.Oct. 15. 06.

I got this call at work, so I didn't answer. It came on 10/4/06 at 3:03pm as "Name unknown". I received a second call from them yesterday during work. Didn't save the time.

We received this call on 10/03/2006 at 11:44 AM. The Caller ID said S2006. We didn't answer because we didn't recognize the number.

Received a call from them 2 days ago. And since I am considered on of those so called "right wing radical crazies" I answered their questions gladly stating my oppinion on the murder of babies. Maybe all of you left field liberals ought get your own country if our opinions are so "out there." it would do us all a favor. Assholes

Got a call from this recording, and it was a survey about real estate. No one to talk to, just a computer voice. Argh.

S2006- 10/02/2006 and 10/03/2006

Got three voicemails (after 8 pm!) letting me know that a survey "may be calling me back". Caller ID says: S2006. I reported this via the National Do Not Call Registry's complaint form (donotcall.gov). I reported them as "the Family Foundation of Virginia (aka 'Survey 2006')". Disgusting.

To answer all the questions on this webpage in one breath...
The Do not call Registry (as it was established) by law automatically excepts all non profit organizations (the Family Foundation, State troopers, Shriners, Masons, polictal parties swaying your opinions...)so that they may still call. Law also states that all calls are permitted until 8:55pm EST. After that they can be reported. So, all of the ranting in the world is not going to stop these political hustlers from calling, because these are the same individuals who wrote the laws governing "at home polling" and other annoying ideas. The best thing to do with such calls is ensure that your telephone provider supports call call rejections feature of *60. This will allow you to reject up to as many as 8 numbers at a time that can be manually entered.

called every night after 7 for last four days; didn't answer or answered and hung up immediately.

they have called at least twice today. we were out both times and they did not leave a message but my caller id picked up the number.

CALLED ME JUST A SHORT TIME AGO... I CALLED THE NUMBER BACK AND GOT A BUSY TONE... RIGHT NOW I AM LISTENING TO IT RING -- WITHOUT AN ANSWER. WOULD LOVE TO FIND OUT IF THIS IS, IN FACT, LEGAL IN VIRGINIA -- EVEN WITH THE "DO NOT CALL REGISTRY".

I knew I should have hung up or better yet not answered the call. It was an automated survey - all yes/no questions. At the end there was a quick "this survey sponsored by the Family Foundation of Virginia".

The Family Foundation with a push poll. Their survey is badly and disgustingly worded. These people should be fined for this one.

I have received several calls from this number on my office phone and also on my cell phone. I did not recognize the number and I did not answer on my office phone -- I also answered it on my cell phone and I told them that I was not giving out my voiting information

How do these people keep getting my numbers, I have filled out the form on Donotcall website and still they call. Anyone know of any reporting procedures in Virginia, so I can get rid of them or get the in serious trouble with the law.

These SOB's called me on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and I didnt answer. Tried to call it back all I get is a busy signal. Idiots cant stop invading our lives. Grrrr!!!!

I got a hang up call from these folks. I'm glad that I didn't have to talk to the Family Foundation! What nuts they are. I wish those right wing nuts would move to another nation, like a radical one, so that they could have a taste of just how bitter their hate is from the receiving side.

I just got one today. It was a recorded message that did not disconnect after I hung up, even after more than 5 seconds. I don't think that even politicians are exempt from the disconnect requirement.

"S2006": I didn't pickup. Here's my guess: By your answers, they decide whether you're likely to vote for them. If you are, you will receive a automated "Remember to Vote" call, on election day; otherwise, you won't.

I didn't answer the phone but the message they left was asking whether I was for or against abortion, and if I though it was ok for same sex marriages.

Got the call today, showed up on caller ID as S2006. We didn't answer, and after coming on here and reading the comments, I didn't. We're on the do not call list as well. There used to be a $500 find per incident if people call you and you're on the do not call list. I don't know if that's still the case.

The number appeared on my caller ID. Call came in on 9/30/06 at 7:14 PM. I didn't answer because it said caller unknown.

I didn't answer b/c I figured it was a telemarketer calling me. Who the hell calls people at noon on a Sunday anyway!!

I received an anti-Jon Tester exclaiming that Tester is an "organic farmer who supports gay marriage--call from Commonsense Foundation from 703-961-9120 on 9/30/2006 in violation of Montana Code 46-8-216. I have reported Commonsense to the Attorney Generals Office and to my local elections administrator. The local police will not take the complaint. The fine is $2,500 and I hope it is per incident--so PLEASE report it to Montana's Attorney Generalor any state, county or local offical you can think of that will prosecute if you received a call from this number in support of our forever-a- criminal--the soon to be ex-Montana Senator Conrad Burns.

I'll vote against Burns just because of this invasion of my privacy!!

I have caller ID and this number has shown up about 7 times in the past 2 to 3 days. I have not answered the call and when I tried calling it back using my calling card, the number rings busy. I am on the National do not call list and reported this.

This was an automated push poll with no name given; I got their number by dialing *69. The questions were primarily about abortion and same sex marriage; my guess is that an anti-abortion group is funding this one

They have called and I tried to hang up. But the survey wouldn't let go of my line. God forbid I have to call 911 in a timely manner. To complain, call the Federal Election Commission at 1-800-424-9530 as it might be a violation of the code of Federal Regulation 11CFR11.16 Title 2 Volume 1. I've done the calling and the research. They are open 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST. If enough of us notify them, maybe they will make it stop.
