How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.
- Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

Called tried 3 times and left no message
Two calls within two minutes. Be glad when the caucus is over
I receive 2 call a day and dont know who it is..
Calls 1-2 times a day. Leaves automated message that it is a political survey call and they may call back. Political calls are exempt from the Do Not Call registry so reporting it to them won't do any good. From looking at the map, looks like they are targeting Iowa, New Hampshire, and Michigan.
Have had numerous calls from this number at all times of the day. Automated message is something like: "this is a brief 45 second survey...do you have a favorable or unfavorable opinion of President Bush?" At that point I tell them what I think of their automated "survey", put me on "do not call" and hangup. When I try calling the number back it is always busy.
JACK ASSES. Should be stopped. Call 3 to 4 times a day.
A political survey call. As I have said on this forum before I don't give a whatever what the DO NOT CALL LIST exemptions are. DO NOT CALL MEANS JUST THAT. I pay for this phone line and I do not appreciate it being used by these numb nuts to interrupt my privacy. If elected officials can't or don't want to face the political pressure from their collegues THEN WE DON'T NEED THEM. THROW THE BUMS OUT THE ELECTION IS IN 311 DAYS LETS MAKE OUR FEELINGS KNOWN. Have received about a dozen calls from this number to our phone in NH. Recording says it is a political survey and asks one question: would you support a candidate who is willing to sign a pledge not to raise taxes.
I've gotten a few from the same number. I did some searching. The number is based out of Herndon, VA.
I also found the following page at the FCC:
FILL THIS OUT and maybe we can do something...
esupport.fcc.gov
It is a political champaign.
Will not vote for any of the repulican jokers
When they asked me who I was voting for and I said Ron Paul they hung up on me.
I keep getting these calls, and I called back and naturally there is no one there. Who are these people and why are they calling me?
It is a Huckabee push poll. Once you indicate your candidate is Fred Dalton Thompson, the poll continues with additional questions in the form "Whould you considering voting for Mike Huckabee if you knew Fred Thompson will not commit to not raising taxes". I am a huge supporter of FDT precisely because I do know his stance on the issues and pay attention to all his public appearances. This push poll for Huckabee distorts and lies about the position of your candidate Fred Thompson (the true conservative). It is shameful and just one more reason to through this tax hikin', killer pardoning, open boarder lovin', nanny stater - all based on Huckabees record. What a dirtball.
election research recorded message
I have been called by these punks at least 5 times in the last 2 days. I simply push play on my stereo that is preset to some recorded audio of Hitler rallying his troops before invasion starts... I get a kick out of it. I do it to those other telemarketers that slip through the "no call" list that I have been apart of since day one.
FYI: I not be voting for Huckabee, thats for damn sure
huckabee push poll what a quack crap like this should be outlawed! Harassment by politicians who don't want to be harassed themselves.
The calls are for a fake poll being done by the Huckabee campaign. See the link below for more information.

I would like them to stop calling me,too.
Asses keep calling 2 - 3 times a day. I work all night.
Asses
Your organization does not engage in any "telemarketing" or "telephone solicitation" activities, as defined by the FTC and FCC, respectively. For example, survey calls and political polling calls are not covered by the definition of "telemarketing" or "telephone solicitations." An organization that places ONLY these types of calls may be an Exempt Organization.
Taken from the do not call list
Redford MI received 2 calls just today. Left no message.
keep getting calls from this number. called id shows Moore and Lee LLP. No message left. Tried calling back and number is always busy
this number has called 3 times today. We won't answer - I can't hear on the phone. LOL
if this is political, they can stop calling. I am reporting this to the do-not-call list also.
This is a push poll. It's biased towards Huckabee. It asks who you are voting for and if it's not him it starts asking questions that bash the other candidates
I tried to call back, but always busy
Yeah, I got this too - 730.263.0770. I called it back and got a busy, so I looked up Moorr & Lee on the Internet and called 'em, and they said to ignore it. Some polling company ripped off the the name - probably using a blue box to recode the call.
Automated political poll, definitely leaning rightwards with questions about pro-life and marriage between man and woman, hung up before end.
CALLED AT 2:15 PM. THEY LEFT A MESSAGE THAT SAID "THIS IS A POLITICAL SURVEY CALL, WE MAY CALL BACK LATER" SO MUCH FOR THE DO NOT CALL!
Left no message
Moore & Lee LLP
Tried to call again busy signal.
No message left. Call showed on caller ID
"This is a constituency call. We may call again later."
According to the Washington Post, "Common Sense Issues Inc. launched a major phone and Internet operation designed to identify potential Huckabee supporters and urge them to register as 'precinct captains' for the Iowa caucuses. The group's e-mail pitch told supporters who signed up that its goal is to "identify existing supporters of Governor Huckabee through telephone surveys and broadcast advertising in order to educate them on the importance of the caucuses and show them how to win their respective caucuses for Governor Huckabee."
This is a push poll. It's biased towards Huckabee. It asks who you are voting for and if it's not him it starts asking questions that bash the other candidates.
Tried calling it back it is either busy or nobody answers...
they left a recorded voicemail message saying "This is a public survey call, we may call again later" We've received this call and message 3 days straight now.
tried calling back no answer
Tried calling it back several times always busy
