I have got many calls from these people I have pressed 2 to be removed from list but they still call. My number is new to me and I have not given it out to anyone except family so no business relating to my car has this number. I tried to ask one of their sales people why I keep getting these calls and she hung up on me. I am on the national do not call list and my state do not call list. I get multiple calls daily from this number. What to do?

This must related to my new car; somewhere along the line, (dealer, loan, insurance, etc.) someone is selling my personal info.  And whoever's buying is putting me on a list of people who don't have extended warranties.  Very uncool.  I hate spam.  Especially in my email, or on my phone.  HEADS WILL ROLL!  >=/

As soon as you hit the option to get your name off the list they hang up

I guess "extended warranty" is the latest "you won this mystery foreign lottery" scam.

Received this call - company's name is "Dealer Services", caller said that they were in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This was for an "automotive warranty". Apparently they had "sent us a postcard" previously.

How do I stop them from calling?

  1. Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
  2. If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.
  3. Block them with a call blocker:
