As far as I can tell, the free cruise is legit. You shouldn't have to pay for anything but the government charges. HOWEVER, it is some kind of time share for Ramada Plaza Resorts. And the cruise supposedly sucks anyway. It can be booked online for something like $100. Who takes a $100 cruise? You pay for what you get. But then, you are thinking hey. it's free. why not? Because for crappy accomodations and even worse food, you are better off taking a vacation in your own home then wasting the $59+ government fees per person.

This is about 18004416858 calling. I don't know what number "the captain" called from. I answered some survey questions, I guess out of curiosity. When imperial majesty cruises called back, they explained that they were giving away unfilled rooms on their cruise ship to entice people and to get the word out about them. They said that all I had to pay for was international taxes, and that they would wait while I dialed my credit card company to be certain that the people charging me were actually "imperial majesty cruises." They also offered to wait while I visited their website. My husband wasn't home, and they said it was fine if I waited and discussed the matter with him. They call back just about every day. I figured that this was some sort of a scam, but after searching the internet, I could not get any information on what was the "catch." All I get are some reports from people who seem to have bought cruise tickets with imperial majesty and not enjoyed the trip. Anyone have more detailed info?

North Carolina-I received a call from 302-290-6049 saying I won 2 free tickets to the Bahamas and they asked me to say my name and telephone number on the recording. I received a follow up call telling me to go to surveycruise.com to receive my free tickets. The recording said I must do it in 24 hours to retreive tickets. Please don't fall for the scam it is just like EQUITY FIRST who tries to take .01 out of your bank account to see if your account is open and then they will scam all of your money. BEWARE OF SCAMS

Then you complain because no one calls you with your trip info. You get mad, contact the "helpdesk" or put a "comment" in the "contact us" tab. Wammy #2. And now they have your e-mail address. Don't fall for it! Don't put your name and phone number on these sites thinking their going to call you! They are selling your information! Nothing is for free! All they hear when you hang up is... I got this call earlier. The phone rung and it said Cell Phone DE. Well I said hello, I heard tug boat horns and I thought , what the heck. Well it said something about a survey and get 2 free tickets to the bahama's. LOL I hung up and thought are they paying for the gas travel with gas being 3.50 a gallon.

This number has been forwarded to my phone! Since Tuesday 6/13, I have received 798 calls to my number from people the (302)290-5165 have called and then they forward (302)290-5165 to "MY" number. I have contacted the carrier on "NUMEROUS OCCASIONS" since Wednesday. They "own" both of our numbers! This is a "pre-paid" wireless number that was opened up on Tuesday 6/12!!!!!!! The carrier refuses to shut down the number! The SCAMMER HAS RIGHTS!!!! I have been instructed by 12 employee's from this carrier company the only solution to "MY" problem is to change "MY" number that I have been loyal as their customer for over 5 years with a "CONTRACT!" They called here and the questions they asked were not that of a cruise type, they were more like that of a government censis that has showed them how much has changed and targetted what is left yet to be done. Great news we the trueth berers are the ones who will open the eyes of the world and defeat the liers and whore mongers of the world. Got a call from a recording saying he's the "Captain" and I "won" a cruise for 2 to Nassau Bahamas if I "Simply answer a few questions". I answered the questions, then got put on hold. The operator asked for my name and "contact phone number" then she put me on hold and the message said I should log into surveycruise.com caller ID said the call was from Nevada.

i logged on to their website, and did what the recording had said to do. Log in using the contact number and zip code.

I got dooped! I usually hang up on phone call like this, but I didnt this time. I cant believe I fell for it. I thought I was going to get free tickets for a cruise. Oh well, nothing in life is free.

I NEVER fall for this crap. But I enjoy doing surveys at times. This felt like either an insurance pusher or a credit card pusher or a satellite pusher. Did not take seriously the "won an all inclusive cruise for 2".

My case is the same as everyone. No follow-thru call received for the so-called 2/day - 2/night cruise. Got me on this one. I am waiting for someone to call and request any additional information, I've got something for them......

Rec'd call from a recording claiming to be the "Captain" and I won a cruise for 2 if i answer some survey questions. They then asked for my address and phone number where I could be reached at certain time of day. I was then given this website . Oh, I forgot to mention the "boarding passes" I would receive at the end of the conversation, blah, blah, blah... You don't get something for nothing. Just never give out your SS# or your credit card number. As a matter of fact, this website was supposed "explain" everything. PEOPLE, DON'T FALL FOR THIS B.S. THERE ARE A LOT OF SCAMMERS IN THIS WORLD. DON'T FALL FOR IT!!!!!

they called a buisness # and I usually just hang up, but it was a slow morning so I played along. The call was the same as detailed by Jim. I did go ahead and give them my home #. I have had several scam attempts recently so they won't get any personal info from me.

I went throught the whole thing. Said someone would be contacting to go to this website surveycruise.com and this in where it lead me so i guess i will see what happens i am sure nothing

I got the same call & answered a 'survey', etc. I even recd a f.u. call from supposedly Imperial Cruise Lines. I called the cruise number on their web site, they didn't have anything listed for me.
Be careful and don't give them a charge card # to pay the duty fees up front so they would then send you the tickets.

i was called and i done a survey. and at the end they told me that i win a cruise for 2 to nassau bahamas. i was then transferred to another operator that told me to go on line to claim my free trip for two

this is all a scam and you should just hang up and go to this website and keep sending messages to people

Same scam as detailed by Jim. As a health insurance agent it sounded like a lead gen program. I went all the way through it an went to live where I gave them a deviation of my name so as to find out who is responsible. So far two violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and one from the California Insurance Code if they call me and try and sell me something.
