i'm always registered with the do not call list and get calls like from this number all the time. nothing seems to work so i keep a whistle by the phone just in case and i use it.

JSR enterprises is the last company name they went under and where closed down. (EBN Financial) is who you need to go after, JSR stands for Jerry,Shaun,Richard

Look at this. I found it online and these guys are from CA too. You think it's them?

PLATFORMS: DISH Cuts Ties with Retailer
EchoStar said it terminated a relationship with independent retailer JSR Enterprises in Santa Ana, Calf., as a result of the satellite TV company's internal investigation of consumer complaints alleging violations of telemarketing laws. The alleged violations reportedly took place in Missouri. According to Missouri Attorney General Jay Nixon, JSR Satellite Enterprises requested a copy of Missouri's No Call database but was cited in multiple complaints after receiving the list.

i did some digging and this is the work of a company called EBN Financial, and they do business under other names constantly. they are based in Tustin, CA. They operate this telemarketing through other companies for their dialers. the company number to the office is 8009422407. they do press one messages to keep from getting detected. they are secretive and only respond to District Atty complaints or Dish Network or Directv Complaints. send complaints to David.Moskowitz@echosphere.com

The telemarketer calls before 8 AM or after 9 PM; OR


The telemarketer leaves a message, but fails to leave a phone number that you can call to sign up for their company specific do-not-call list; OR


You receive a telemarketing call from a company that you have previously requested not call you; OR


The telemarketing firm fails to identify itself; OR


You receive a pre-recorded commercial message from someone with whom you do not have an established business relationship and to whom you have not given permission to call you.


How to File a Complaint

You can file a complaint by e-mail (donotcall@fcc.gov), telephone 1-888-CALL-FCC (1-888-225-5322) voice or 1-888-TELL-FCC (1-888-835-5322) TTY, or mail. Your complaint should include:

name, address, and telephone number where you can be reached during the business day;


the telephone number involved with the complaint; and


as much specific information as possible, including the identity of the telemarketer or company contacting you, the date on which you placed your number on the national Do-Not-Call registry or made a company-specific do-not-call request, and the date(s) of any subsequent telemarketing call(s) from that telemarketer or company.

This is a form of SPAM. I often make issue with companies like NetFlix about SPAM and people say it does not effect them, so they do not care. (Not saying this is their number, but same basic issue, and if you are reading this, you have been SPAMMED by these telemarketing Faxes). If you support NetFlix, you support SPAM-mers and it perpetuates this kind of thing. Help put companies like NetFlix out of business and stop the SPAM.

When I answered this call, a recorded voice said "I'm sorry" and hung up.

I just changed my phone # and have been several calls daily from these people. Last night they called my house at 1:58 a.m. How do you get them to stop? I registered with the Do Not Call List but that takes at least 30 days!!! URGHHHH not happy!!!

Received a call from this number at 4;15 in the morning. how can i block this number?

My phone rang between 2:40 and 3:00 AM. It is 3:25 and I am still awake. I called the number on the caller id, and got the Satellite Dish company message. GRRRRRRRRRRRR, angry.

Got a call from these a-holes about 6-8-06. Caller ID said "NAME UNAVAILABLE".

Said they were called "satellite solutions" and offered me directtv when I asked about an NFL package. I act like I'm interested to get info on who they are. Have fun playing games - I pretend like I'm someone new each time!!!!

I see we are not the only ones being harrassed by this company. Has anyone attempted to contact Dish Network and tell them about it?

Called 4 out of the last 5 days. Recording about Dish sales and press 1 to talk to someone. I pressed it just to tell them to stop calling but it just goes to a fast busy signal after about a 5 minute wait on hold.

it says "service center" on my caller ID - they call 2-3 times a day - no message - i never answer.

Get several calls per day from this # and I think I'm going to start having some fun with it! Let's see who I can piss of in return!

Got this number several times. I'm one to address credit issues quickly, so I pick up. Turns out, they are selling Dish TV. I already have it. I say that and before I can finish saying "I have Dis---" they hang up. Great customer service. ha.

Dish Network called, Being on the missouri DNC list I asked to Speak to a supervisor. Caller came back on phone and said Mr.Dial______Tone and then hung up. Call average of 6 times a DAY

Same issue as Tanith! brand new phone number and i have given it to three family members. No one else. Anyone else just get Verizon service? Calls are screened and no message is ever left. will add this new # to Do Not Call list. GREAT SITE BTW.

Automated caller "Jerry" says to "press one to be connected to a representative," got a live (female) voice who, when told to remove our number from their Call List, cut-off her audio but not the connection. An immediate call back to the 702-430-4432 number resulted only in a busy signal.

We are called by these idiots at least 3-4 times per week; neve been able to be successfully removed from their SPAM list...

Just moved and had our phone turned on today. Internet answering service got the call, no message left. Googled the # and ended up at this page.

Called and didn't leave any message. Call display simply showed the phone number.

They called and it came up as unknown and I didn't answer... Really annoying!!!!

THEY CALL ME ON THE PHONE LINE THAT I USE TO SEND DATA FROM MY SATELLITE RECEIVER TO MY SATELLITE SERVICE (DISH NETWORK). THE LINE IS NEVER ANSWERED BY ME.

I answered HELLO, got hung up on, after a 15 seconds delay.

I have received numerous calls from this number and am filing a formal complaint with Colorado No Call registry website.

From someone selling Dish! Network, press 1 to talk w/ a human, but any attempts to ask to be removed from calling results in an immediate hangup!
