Who Called Us

An annoying telemarketer. I am on the Do Not Call List.
They are calling on my cell phone which I do not appreciate.
These people have no right to use up your minutes.

complile the #s & file complaints with the FTC, BBB, FCC & Division of consumer affairs. Maybe if they get enough complaints we can get the mins charged to our cell phones reversed back to them. This would hit their pocketbooks

I get this several times a week.Always saying this is the second and final notice.This is annoying.

This number keeps calling my phone at work, sometimes several times within just a few minutes. There's never anyone on the line. Huge waste of my time!

They call me every freaking day as well, from a different number (incl. area code). Always says this is the second alert that some auto warranty is about to expire. Has been going on for maybe a month now...

They call from a different # every single day. Never leave message.

get calls from this Warranty alert both on our cell phone and landline every week, sometimes few times a day.

don't even bother looking for a address or a persons name its a waste of time!!!!i have noticed a pattern that every other day when i get a call about the "warranty" they are calling from a different number...it would be nice if the government stepped in and prosucted these people... and i got a call from another number it was a guy said my application for a car loan was approved and i asked him what company he was with said don't remeber that loan agency because i had been trying to get approved for a car loan at the dealerships then he asked for my social security number thats when i hung up! i think dealerships and other business's might be selling are info!

auto warranty scam

Called my cell, didn't answer. Called back and got a message that the number was disconnected. It's obviously not a message from a "real" phone operator... Hmmm... someone has to know how to shut these people down. I'm going to contact our local news team and see if they can't do some investigating. *grin* They love that stuff! LOL

Several annoying calls from this number. Automated message saying something about this being a second notice that my warranty was about to expire. reverse lookup traces this to number to jenna Jimerson in Mequite, NV.

calling about car warranty. also fifteen minutes earlier got a call from 310-599-9100 for the same thing.
This came to my cell phone. I will no longer answer numbers that are not in my phone. Received my call on Apr 17th at 6:40 and 6:55 pm

missed the call-tried to text it back cause i thought it was my cousin in GA, but i got an error saying the number didnt exist...jerks.

these ppl call me and wast my min. this pisses me off because they say they willnt call back but they do!!! i've gotten up wwierds to 8 calls a day the r getting harassing and im getting a layor

Are these peaple that dumb or bored. It's just not right. Report this problem right away

This number called me twice today, didn't answer either time, no message. Don't they get it--no one is going to give them the time of day if they hassle people on their mobile phones. Come to think if it, they won't get anywhere calling people at home either. I'm a marketer and I think telemarketing is evil. It's the one thing left that pushes messages out at you against your will--not a great way to build a business or brand relationship!

I've taken to posting the following message in an email to contactus@royaladmin.com. This is apparently the company that is calling all of us. I figure we should inundate their inbox, like the do our phones.

I have just found out that you are the company responsible for the calls I have been getting on my cell phone every day. I am being informed that my factory warranty is about to expire. I don't have a car. I don't have anything with a warranty. I want to be removed from your list as do a whole lot of other people. I've decided to join them in inundating your inbox. You can tell me how you like it.

If this doesn't work, I might start calling them twice a day, saying "You Suck", and hanging up the phone. Eventually, they'll get the point. I encourage you all to do the same. Their number is on their website royaladmin.com. They are located in Hanover, MA. I've considered paying them a visit.

called my cell and left no message 4-20-19 @ 12:28pm. I live in Green Bay, WI. How did they get my number?

called my cell phone. left no message. reverse directory lists number as jenna jimerson of mesquite, nevada outside of vegas. no address listed po box only.

oh, i forgot! if i don't answer the call, it goes to *** voice mail!

have received numerous recorded messages from this number. i have responded by pressing 7 to take my name off the call list. i have tried pressing 1 to talk to someone, and get another recorded message about the car warranty. this is happening on my cell phone, for a total of 9:30 minutes!!! i try to call the number back and get a recorded "disconnect notice" similar to the one the phone company uses. am sick of this!!!!

this person keeps calling and calling you would think that they would just give up but no. I ain't never going to answer the phone. Maybe one day they will get the point. I wish ya'll luck getting off the calling list or whatever they have lil bit

Long story short: same comments as below, plus
Today's call was 8 days after the last one which was 5 in 3 months and on 3 of previous 4 calls, I asked to talk to a supervisor. Twice I was hung up on. Once I was transferred and calmly reminded the lady that I was on do not call list and they had been informed of this already. Of course she apologized and said she'd take care of it.
With today's call, it was also Shawn and when I asked for supervisor he hung up. I immediately did a call back of the number and got recording that the number had been disconnected. I called couple of times again 10 minutes later and got busy signals. One more call received the disconnected message again. An hour later it was answered on first ring: My first words were "please don't hang up like the last person did and by the way, this is being monitored on this end also". I asked for supervisor - the lady who answered said she was a floor supervisor - I relayed all of the above plus "Shawn"s poor customer service conduct.
I got the same old apology and comment that it would be taken care of.
Well, guess what folks. This lady said she was in California. That 702 area code is Las Vegas, and we all know that Las Vegas is infamous for boiler room call centers. I informed her that it was illegal to mask callings they way they are doing and as a former federal employee I do have an "in" at the FCC and if they dared calling me again I would send all my documentation to the my FCC enforcement contact.

Girl said her name was Melissa, we asked her to stop calling, this being one of many calls regarding our "warranty". Our friends said they were getting these calls also., Ours is a cell number, how did they get this number? How can we report them or stop the calls?

Talked to the first person, made up some info, they told me "Warranty Solutions"... got transfered to a "Senior Specialist" who told me that this would be a product serviced by "royaladmin.com"... Once I revealed that I was not interested in purchasing the product, and asked to get off their call list they guy said "Good Luck Man"...

I contacted Royal Solutions - Their Legal Dept says they aren't responsible for the agents calling because they are just the "service provider"... At any rate, at least this is one of the companies paying money for this crap.

I picked up the phone and waited for somebody to say something, but it was just silence.

I responded to their phone message by pressing 1 and waited for the connection to a real person. It was some you guy named Shawn who started talking at 100 miles/hr, asking questions about the make and model of my car. I interrupted him and asked who they were. He said "Warranty Solutions". I then asked, "How'd you get my number?" He hung up!

Dont just let them speak.....mess with them like I do. I asked him when my warranty ran out on my 1972 Oldsmobile Cutlass. Act Panicked. Or, Use Soundboards from the internet and answer your phone as a celebrity. I answered my phone as Jack Nicholson. Funny as hell. He hung up after only 15 seconds. Heres the latest number to call me. Auto warranty stuff

they call my house and my minor childrens cell phones even though on the do not call list
when pressed one to speak to rep, they hung up on me when i informed them they were contacting my minor childs phone who is on the do not call list

calling about extending our car warrenty (my son is 14 and does not own a car)
