How do I stop them from calling?

I missed the call and when I called back the number was "Out of Service"
They did leave a message on my voice mail. It was a computer generated voice saying this was a public service announcement about free water quality testing in my area for the next two weeks. Press 1 or 2 depending on what you wanted to do. No company name given during the message which would lead me to believe this was likely a scam. Wish I had been here to receive the call so I could verify information for a possible FTC complaint.
The are concerned about the water purity of homeowners, not renters. Renters must expect bad water the way they talk.

Didn't even bother to pick it up. When are these people ever going to learn, that if I don't see a name for a Caller ID,--then the phone will not be answered.

Sneaky telemarketer getting ignoring do not call list. Used recording to lure you in for "water testing". Totally misleading because they are trying to sell a product.
