Who Called Us

My ex husband got a call from these people for me. The guy was rude. He used my ex married name from 22 years ago. I don't even have a debt under that name. I am not calling them back, but it was the same number with ext 118. I looked at the court house there is nothing filed for me under any of my last names. these folks need to be stopped. I work for their phone provider. maybe i can start asking question about it at the corp level. if they don't have a phone they can't make these calls.

Investigator Jame Garner Called my mother to get my wife's information using her maiden name from ten years ago. this is crazy.

The bastards called me today. Called my grandmother first and got her all riled up. I tell ya what, type in the phone number 6789165965 in a search engine and see what ya get. NewsChannel 5 did a story on them. I contacted them to get help. This should be illegal. A guy name Tim Detoth got on the phone with me and after we went at it for a moment he told me "Aw just shutup......you talk too much" and hung up in my face. I called back and Maxine Billings answered. I asked for a supervisor and she put me on hold for a few moments. When she came back she said "you don't deserve to speak with a supervisor". Dumb ass me for thinking they even had one. But I figure there is a way we can file some sort of harassment suit or class action suit or something against them. My Discover account has been paid for 11 years. This is illegal. WHAT CAN WE DO?!!!

I saw this number on my caller ID. I had actually looked up the number online and found this website so I knew what to expect when they called back. I asked quite a few questions. The person calling me was Brooke Zackanino and she stated that her "investigation" company was higher by Murray, Bradshaw Asso. She mentioned a credit card that I got when I was on Spring Break from College. I'm pusing forty now! This dept must be at least 15-20 years old. I told her that the statues of limitions was up on a debt this old and she claimed that for credit cards it didn't apply. Whether that's true or not I don't know but I told her it was laughable that they were trying to collect on a debt that old. She said, "Since you find it so laughable lets see if your laughing in court. Higher a lawyer, you're being sued." Then she hung up. Nice! I doubt I hear from them again.

Came after me for a debt that is 11 years old. Threatened civil suit, started placing calls to my family (clearly in violation of FCRA) and making threats to them as well. Pursuing legal options; going in both guns blazing.

I recieved a couple of calls from these people.Andrea Yeager and Cedric fortin. Big scam. Call the sheriff and report it to the FBI.These people are something elese!!!!!They do sound very convincing.

These people called my mother in law on a debt over ten years old. They used the phrase inspector to identify themselves and threatened criminal action and a lawsuit. Of course they ended up scaring my mother in law! This is a huge scam and they need to be reported for their credit collection methods.

Called asking for my ex husband. We have been divorced for over 10 years. Said he gave my number as a contact number but he doesn't know my number.

Someone named Kelly Scott called my sisters house looking for me and left a message with a case number stating they have a civil complaint against me, but didn't say for what. I checked all county courts because this sounded like a scam, didn't find anything and I don't have any credit issues. I think this is a load of BS.

These people are very rude. I spoke to a Nancy Wellington, Tony Marquet and an investigator "moral" in the same day and they are very rude and disrespectful. They want to take your money. Beware. They threat you to take you to court.

I HAVE RECIVED NUMEROUS CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER AT MY MOTHERS AND GRANDMOTHERS HOUSE. THEY LEAVE MESSAGES STATING THAT THEY WILL CONTACT THE SHERIFFS DEPT AND SEND OUT A SUMMONS, ALSO AT THE END OF THEIR MESSAGE THEY WILL SAY "GOOD LUCK IN COURT". I LOOKED FURTHER INTO IT AND THEY WERE NOT ASSIGNED TO ANY OF MY CREDIT ACCOUNTS AS INVESTIGATORS. IT'S VERY ANNOYING AND WORRIED MY GRANDMOTHER, MADE IT SOUND LIKE I HAD COMMITED A SERIOUS CRIME. ARE THERE ANY WAYS TO REPORT THIS AND HAVE THEM STOP CALLING?

These are bleeding crooks. I called them and confronted them and they became angry and started to threaten me with "The Sheriff", whoever the fuck that is. How do you go about reporting these bad guys?

Called claiming to need to contact my mother (not using her correct last name) regarding a civil action in another city. Evaded giving any real info, gave name as Investigator Robert Tucci & gave me a claim number. Thought it was fishy, he was obviously fishing for me to give him info to confirm, which I refused to do. They called my sister within an hour of calling me.

Barbara Trusee Act All official gave a case number on the answering machine and said they would with the local court house...I thought it was scam

PLEASE DO NOT COOPERATE WITH THESE PEOPLE. I received a call that they were going to take me to court if I didn't pay now. If I paid now they would settle out of court and they wanted my bank account info. They say they are investegators.

These people called my mother activing very official. I called them back and they said they were Investigators. I just happen to be a real Private Investigator so I began to question them. They did a pretty good job with the answers at first but then started to stumble once I pressed and wouldn't prove their legitimacy or the legitimacy of this "civil and criminal claim" that they were supposedly investigating. The credit ussue they were looking into was resolved over 10 years ago. They are preying on older people who had a legitimate issue in the past, so the story sounds real, and getting them to send money to "resolve the claim". DO NOT COOPERATE WITH THESE PEOPLE!
