How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.
- Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

CALLED ON CELL - I DID NOT ANSWER - THEN MY HOME LINE RANG AND STATED IT WAS A SPRINT TEXT TO HOME MESSG- MESSG WAS: GIVE ME THE COMBO AND I WILL RETURN THE BOOKS AND HE WILL NEVER KNOW ABOUT IT - THIS IS A GREAT INVASION OF PRIVACY - HOW THE HECK DOES THE CELL COMPANY GET MY UNPUBLISHED HOME NUMBER?

I have Comcast here, and have been on the website trying to figure out how to get rid of some of my features. Likely it's them trying to sell me more, but I don't answer unknown numbers.
Telemarketing. vmessage said they were telemarketers on behalf of comcast. if u have comcast dont deal with them dial 1 800 comcast DIRECTLY.
This nuber has called my cell phn several times, sometimes 2x a day. I've never answered. Caller has NEVER left a VM msg.
HAS CALLED ME 4 TIMES THIS MONTH ON MY CELL PHONE - LISTED AS UNKNOWN CALLER AND NEVER LEAVES A MESSAGE
I didn't answer this call and called it back. It directly went to voicemail saying it is Comcast telemarketing and that its mailbox is full.

called me to confirm order -- no such thing. Wanted SS# to check status -- FRAUD.............report to U.S. ATTY office.
I answered the call and it was a telemarketer trying to sell me additional Comcast services. Buh-bye.
