How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.
- Block them with a call blocker:

These idiots called at 9:00 tonight!! How do these people get away with this??!!
Call came in Saturday and the caller left no message, just hung up. Bahumbug!
called at 8:02 p.m. left no message; caller id showed Millyard Brown - needs to quit calling. My answering machine states "unsolicated calls will be reported".
These obnoxious jerks called again at 7:40 last night. No message again. These creeps call several times a week but it doesn't seem important enough to leave a message. Put them on call block. Let's see how long it takes for them to call from a different number.
These morons called again today, didn't leave a message. Let's just do away with no call lists and save various governments a lot of money.
STOP CALLING!!
These creeps just don't seem to have a clue. Some reports say it's Millward Brown and other times it's Kantar Ops. Could it be Millard/Kantar Scams?
Survey company. I've told them 3 times to remove me from their list and that the number they called is my personal WORK cell phone and to STOP calling a work number. They won't stop. I've programmed my work cell phone to not ring when they call. That's about all you can do.
Have called continuously for weeks now. Never leaves a message. Rings back busy.
Received this call one minute after the call from Portfolio Recover 7579613544.
Called no message left @ 1:30 pm Pacific time..... NO clue who you are or why the call. AND I don't care...... I am on the DO NOT CALL list as well........If ya can not show ID and or leave message, than DO NOT BE CALLING ANYONE...........!!!!!!!
I hope they stop calling soon as I keep getting them every day even satur and sunday unreal. I quess I will call phone co and see if I can block these calls
Again, do not follow the poor example of Joni Watkins, R. Williams, ''7032579301'', and Charles. Your caller does not maintain this site or this web page. Your caller is not going to dutifully study random forum complaints. Your caller cannot magically determine which numbers should not be called based on anonymous comments. Don't start slapping your own phone numbers here unless you want them harvested by actual criminals.
If you want survey calls to end, you must make your request DIRECTLY and PROPERLY. Either speak to a rep or send Certified mail and confirm whatever phone number you'd like the survey firm to stop calling. A legit survey firm will take a polite request seriously. Making fuming comments here won't work. Tooting whistles and air horns like a bratty child won't get it done. Whining about the Do Not Call registry is irrelevant, since surveyors are not sales reps.
In the US, the magic phrase for most survey and sales calls is NOT ''take me off'', but ''Add this number to your Do Not Call list''. Surveyors are not held by federal law to the thirteen hour daily calling window imposed on sales and debt collection calls. The more polite firms observe similar hours, and only your state law might say any different.
By the way, here's a link to the FTC FAQ page which the DNC site nearly begged everyone to read at registration time. See items 28 through 32.
Q&A: The National Do Not Call Registry

The Kantar Operations website tells you repeatedly that ''participation in research is entirely voluntary'' and ''all participation is voluntary.''

Their clients know they will be wasting their money if a hired survey firm operates illegally or rudely. When you find a survey firm has actually done something illegal or impolite, and not merely created brief inconvenience, *then* you will have a valid complaint.
STOP CALLING MY DAMN NUNBER
They want to survey someone aged 14-24. Sorry, no one of that age in this household.
This was their fourth attempt to contact me. Now that they have their answer, maybe they'll go away.
They say rearch center.
i don't know who this is. but please don't call us again .
Have called here 3 times today. I let it ring and they hang up on the 4th ring before it goes to the message machine. Tried calling the number back and all I get is a rolling busy signal. I am on a no call list so I don't know who these pests are and why they are calling me.
My telephone number is private and I have been receiving calls from Kantor Ops. I didn't answer.
Please do not call anymore.
Your cooperation in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Now that you've practiced your no-call request here, Ms. Watkins, deliver it to the actual caller, which does not maintain this site or this web page.
Please stop calling my home. I care for my invalid mother and have small children. Your calls are interrupting their sleep. I will take further action (legal) to stop this harrassment.
These people suck.. They are very aggressive.. hang up in their faces
I keep getting these calls everyday at around 17 hours or so...I never answer these type of call, and they never leave a message. What do they fucking want??
I just let it ring...

The call came on 7/16/2011 at 12:39 PM PDT on a Saturday. I have wireless phone. The caller ID gives only the number and not the name on that service. The caller identified themself as a market research firm. I was so angry I didn't bother to ask the name. I informed them that I was on the DO NOT CALL list and they had violated it. The caller said, "we are exempt because we are a market research firm." I replied that although you may CLAIM to be a market research firm, and therefore, exempt, if I ask that you remove my number from your list, you are required to comply. The caller said they were not required to comply. (Yes, they ARE required to comply!) It went back and forth. I played broken record, I kept repeating myself. They finally hung up.
I called back and pressed 1 to get my number removed from their list.
The simplest and most rude 'market research' company ever conceived, poorly trained 'interviewers' and the inability to understand the polite request of TAKE US OUT OF YOUR CALLING LIST, morons
Did not answer the call - they did not leave a message.
DIDNT LEAVE MESSAGE
Tired of getting calls from these people.
You know you people amaze me, these places keep people working, yeah it might not be the best job in the world but it does keep people working, if you dont want to talk just simply hang up or tell them you want to be on the do not call list in a polite way, but being rude and obnoxious is ridiculous, People need to grow up.
left no message
This is telephone company ATT. To get a survey or follow up on an order one placed or it placing and need more info.
I find that a good, loud air horn is your best method to get rid of scum callers.
Stocking up.
Getting tons of bill collectors looking for my SISTER who doesn't even LIVE here God-freakin_damn it!
The next bill collector who calls for her is getting an air horn reply.
The one after that will be invited over for "punch".
I once read that "Common sense isn't all that common". Beg to differ here but there are four categories of Federal DNC exemption: Charities, debt collectors, political speech, and surveyors ... they are not included in the FTC definition of "telemarketing".
The only people exempt from dnc list are charities and campaigning politicians...know of what you speak before you speak. So the guy named not a dumb ass kinda is..lol. Oh and just to help folks, when you sign up for dnc list, save page on browser, there is a place to report problem numbers, the way it works is they don't investigate one complaint, but if a bunch of people do, then they will do something about it. I had a credit card debt reduction comp call 4 times a day everyday, I don't have cc debt, so I kept reporting them, miraculously the calls stopped, we have to do our part too, this country has turned into a bunch of whiners who don't want to lift a finger to help themselves, but expect everyone to kiss there ass, grow up and help yourselves.
Called the number David left 630-505-3008. Left a message that they are calling our fax machine, which we had to disconnect because of so many calls. Told them they would be reported is the calls did not stop. Will call the BBB in Il. if I have to.
Call is supposedly from Kantor Op, which is a marketing research company.
BUT -- It has been reported that sometimes these calls are actually from debt collectors who are trying to get you to answer the phone. They then can validate who lives there or even say that you "agreed" that the debt is true, so they can collect after the statute of limitations runs out.
In either case, DON"T ANSWER.
It's either a marketing research company or a bill collector.
now a day we are facing with this problem...
Find A Lawyer
just wish these nuisance calls would end
How can I get them to STOP CALLING?????
Very Annoyed person. Not really but they did call and I did not answers and now I know to NOT answer. .
I have been calls from this number for months now. I do not want them calling me anymore. I have put my land line number on the do not call list, and my cell phone. Apparently they don't care.
not home
It is just annoying! I answer they don't say anything. Don't call if you are not going to talk.
After being hung up on many many times, some voice came on and then a person came on who was not interested in my opinions because I AM OVER 60..AND THERE IS NO MALE IN MY HOUSEHOLD UNDER 65. The insult of annoying me with call after call at all hours only to be hung up on, then they tell me i am too old to participate in their survey....then they try to hide who the are. I called them back to ask some questions and a very annoyed young man rattled off the name and some affilliates I have never heard of. THESE PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND I WOULD CERTAINLY NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. THIS MAKES ME WONDER ABOUT THE CREDIBILITY OF THEIR PRODUCT. I HOPE THEIR CLIENTS READ THESE NOTES.....IT IS QUITE POSSIBLE THAT PEOPLE WOULD GIVE BOGUS INFO JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE SO ANNOYING. I AM DISABLED AND IT IS NOT EASY FOR ME TO ANSWER THE PHONE ON THE FIRST RING....not to mention something that is THIS ......THIS....THIS STUPID ! I HOPE THEY NEVER CALL ME AGAIN...IF THEY DO, I JUST MIGHT JOIN IN ON THE CALL THEM BACK CAMPAIGN!
Just have fun with them. If they keep calling, I answer with my best 98-year-old-non-English-speaker voice (hellooooo? nooooo...noooooo...nooooo....) no matter what they say.
get call from kantor ops caller id#630-505-3008 then half a dozen from 630=595=3008 name unavaliable
Kantar Operations is a survey research company. They do consumer surveys regarding products, services, politics, etc. I found out that they usually don't leave messages because they are looking for people "at home now" and since they call several times (various days, varying times), they'd be leaving multiple messages. As mentioned by another poster, if you request your number removed from their call list, they comply right away.
I get a lot of hang up calls they dont like to talk to voice mail/too bad!!!
left no messg.
Kantar Operations (based in UK) Manager gave me an address in London ON however calls appear to coming from Illinois. Anyway please complain to Kantar Operations, 535 East Diehl Road,4th Floor, Naperville, IL 60563-1355. Their phone number is 630-505-0066. Fax is 630-505-0077.
no message left. calls several times per week
Did not answer the call - they did not leave a message.
don!t call my number again or I will turn you in
I had my voice mail on when they called July 8th, 2010 at 8:30 pm. No message. Too bad we can't forward all these complaints to Kantar Ops. Maybe they would do us a favor by sending out the surveys by postal service. We would have the pleasure of throwing the survey letter away, the postal service would gain monies for the postage, and they would go broke.
I've received a call from Kantar Ops on Juy 8th, at 8:30 pm. Voice mail picked up. No message. Too bad we can't forward all these complaints to Kantar Ops. Calling them wouldn't help. Just put my name on the Natl' Do Not Call registry, again for the third time in three years. No help here.
This is the second day in a row they have called. I never answer and they leave no message.
need to stop calling my house
What's the point of being on the DNC list if we're going to get these calls regardless?? Just one more inefficiancy by a gov't program. Guess they didn't think this one through either or there wouldn't be 1587+ calls reported from this number.
Listen up you dumbasses...
This number is a marketing research company doing phone surveys.
Marketing research companies are EXEMPT from the Do Not Call regulations, so reporting them or filing a complaint does nothing.
If you answer and tell them to remove your number from their system, they will.
If you're too paranoid to answer, block their number using your phone.
If you're too paranoid to answer and can't or don't know how to block their number, deal with it or get rid of your phone.
Never leaves message. Often calls after 7pm. Caller ID always reads "Illinois"
This number called my home phone and wanted to talk to a male in the household, when they were told one was not available, the man on the phone wanted to know if he just wasn't avalilable or was there no male in the household. Needless to say, I hung up on him. He never stated what he wanted.
Don't believe the shills posting here from collection companies that are telling you this is a survey company..It is not...the number is one of many that working out of their home collectors use to try and get somebody to answer the phone so they can validate who lives there...these scum of the earth buy 20 year old or older debts for pennies on the dollar and harrass people to death...I hired an attorney and have a huge suit going against them for breaking every collection federal rule and regulation in the book.
The shills post on all these 800 message boards trying to trick you into believing these are innocent survey companies calling so you will answer...they are in reality calls from 3rd party buying old debt collection creeps..
BEWARE
"research"
This is Millward Brown Company. The call is from Kantar Ops at 1-630-505-3008. Just call 1-310-309-3400 and ask for Jennifer. Tell her you want your number removed from the list. Very cooperative. Said she would take care of it immediately.
These SOB's won't leave us alone even on Sundays! I have received many calls and am sick of it! I don't answer but did research the number and they seem to be a group of survey takers which may be exempt from the DO NO CALL RULES "Even if your number is registered, charities, political organizations, and telephone surveyors may continue to call you". I have a feeling if you answer their call with a fake business name and make them think they have reached a business they may stop calling but I am not sure. I will be trying this the next time they call which will be any time now.
These people call continuously and start very very early in the morning and call continuously throughout the day and even up to and including 12:30 AM 1:30 AM etc. I am on the DO NOT CALL REGISTER. These call are unsolicited by me and I consider them harrasing and annoying at the very least. If they do not STOP IMMEDIATELY and I MEAN STOP I will find out and sue their ass off. I have had enough of this and I mean enough!!!!!!!!!!
marketing company
The SOB's called and I did not answer. I never answer calls if I do not know them and this number with held it's name and was out of the State so I would not have answered anyway.
Caller ID says "Millward Brown." I've gotten several calls. No one answers when I pick up.
Answer MF A hole and hang up everytime they call or use a whistle. Put it back on the idiots.
How do I make this stop?
Started calling my house everyday a few days ago. When I told them I was on the Do Not Call List, they said they were an opinion company and the Do Not Call List does not apply to them!
They were conducting some survey/research and when I asked for them to remove my number from their list, she said that "the numbers we call are randomly generated and do not come from a list". Bastards.
They called more than the times I reported, I just deleted it from my caller ID. But now they are calling more often. Who are they? I don't know them or the ph.# so I don't answer. How do I get them to stop other than reporting them to the do not call list?
It was a survey taking company that asked about car insurance and what you thought.
They wanted us to answer survey questions about our health. That's it.
This is a blatant disregard for the DO NOT CALL registry. To be sure, I will report this to the federal agency.
PLEase please please stop calling my house. I work hard and I am constantly bothered by these phone calls.
I have requested to be removed from your call list but I have not been satisfied that this was done.
Can't be legitiment, if no message was left. Need to stop this harrassment.
I am on the no call list as you have called more than once I will be reporting you! Thanks for the money!!!!!!!!
Called company. Asked for director, said not in today (which was true). Asked if anyone else made decisions about our phone or internet. Said "not interested" and hung up on her. Hopefully that will be the only call. Since 603 is a NH area code, they certainly wouldn't have anything to do with this locality's phone OR internet!
I am on the no call list--call again and I will turn you over to my attorney--I can always use the money--so be my guest!!!
Stop calling!!!!!!!Kantar Ops.
Kantar Ops calls daily, nothing is said and they leave no message!!! Please stop calling...
Kantar Operations (aka Millward Brown) is a market research subsidiary of WPP Inc, a british
multi-national conglomerate that has well over a hundred smaller companies under their umbrella,
including various other market research firms such as DR Added Value, TNS, Research International, etc.
Oh, and they're also scum, I know because I (briefly) was employed by Kantar in their coding
department, working on programming the CATI surveys they utilize and coding the resulting data
they collect from "respondents" (i.e. anyone sorry enough to spend 5-15 mins on the phone with them)
If you think my job was sucky, you have no idea how truly blissful it was compared with the poor
suckers who actually have to work the phones, my word, first off.. no respect.. no respect
from their management, no job security, very modest pay, no benefits, frequent daily verbal
abuse from "respondents" (though I can understand why, no one likes to be bothered
when trying to eat dinner or sleep) and forced to keep up with quotas (although Kantar
won't call them that, they give everything a nice anagram or innocent name), and every
detail of their slaves performance is measured using metrics. Metrics.. the bane of
corporate existence. The main one CPH (completes per hour) measures how
many victims (err, respondents) a phone jockey (interviewer) can get to complete
a survey in the space of an hour, two is roughly average, they start getting complained
to by managers in little sit-down bitch sessions (referred to as "feedback") when they
consistantly fall below expected CPH. Most surveys have a 5-15 min duration,
the last couple minutes is "classification" where they ask stuff like household size
and other unimportant things, however, the survey only "counts" towards CPH if
they get you to the classification, if you hang up or refuse to continue during
the survey anytime after about one minute it its a "term" (termination) and counts
against them (as terms are measures as well, so they have to constantly
balance their CPH vs. terms, etc). So if you really want to screw them,
start a survey, then decline to continue after about 2-3 mins, thats a term.
If you just hang-up as soon as you get the call, they don't care, everything
is computer-dialed, they don't actually press a single button, just sit there
with a headset on waiting on a machine to feed a live respondent to them.
In fact, from what I've seen, they prefer hangups because most of the
interviewers don't enjoy reading the survey scripts anymore than you do
listening to them. Its common for there to be 100-200 hangups per hour,
but again, its a computer dialing thousands of calls an hour from giant
master lists purchased from your local phone companies (oh, bet you didn't
realize they did that, that your phone company -sells- your information for
profit, well, they do)
Lastly, its true that they won't try to sell you anything, theres no sales
department, it is "legitimate" market research if you can call it that,
in other words they don't try to get anyone's money, just their opinions,
but its a massive waste of time for respondents, a massive pain in the
rear for their poor employees, and in many cases pointless anyhow as
many of the surveys are programmed in such a way that they lead or
influence the response to get a desired/predictable result, somewhat like
political polling does. Anyhow, all this information aside, its a negative
work environment, so I bailed.
UPDATE:
Beth Teehan, C.E.O. of Kantar Operations/North America: extension 8642 at 800-937-0033 !!!
Get your fingers dialing, my minions!
Call their toll-free number: 1-800-937-0099. Their Cysco digital phone system prompts you to enter "4" for a company directory. However, after entering "4", you'll get a response that the number is not valid. Try entering "4" again, & you'll get their alphabetical directory. Spell out a common last name, & you'll be sure to get one of these jackasses. For example, at extension 4075, you'll get one Peter Brown. Feel free to leave him a message. Try other names, & have fun!
Didn't answer. They left no message. Looks like they're a market research company. Calls of this nature are not covered by the Do Not Call lists as they are not selling anything. No big deal.
Calls everyday!
My cell phone (which is the number they call) allows me to put them on a "rejct" list. I don't know what will happen when they call next time. From my phone log, they call every seven days at nearly the same time (6:05, 6:01, and 6:18). It must be an auto-dialler or just some really disciplined phone troops.
ID said Kantar Ops. Did not answer. Looks like I made the right decision based on the comments here.
When I answered the phone he started talking, only said a few words (which I couldn't hear) and then he hung up. Don't know who or what he wanted....
How do I get removed from their list of numbers 630-505-3008? I'm on the no call list
After receiving numerous calls with no one on the other end when I said "Hello", I finally answered and someone was actually there. They were doing some survey of young people and job seeking. There was no one at my number that fell into the age range they needed so they said "thank you" and the calls have finally stopped!!!!!
Call 1800-937-0099 for Kantor ops/Millward Brown let them pay for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
why do these fools keep calling if they hang up what is the purpose of that????!!!!!
Caller hung up when the phone was answered.
Unknown called unlisted number
THERE ARE TOO MANY DESPARATE PEOPLE AND ORGANIZATIONS DOING CROOKED THINGS OVER THE PHONE TO GET PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM PEOPLE THEY ARE TRYING TO CONNECT TO AND I SUPPRISE CIA, FBI AND ANY OTHER AFILLIATED ORGANIZATION WITH THESE SECURITY FEDERAL ORGANIZATION IS NOT TYRYING TO STOP IT.
They call at all hours of the day. No msg ever left. Very irritating!
My first time receiving from this dude. I did not answer. From the looks of it, this number is very popular
No one on other end when I answered
I think the best idea I've read here is to have those calls forwarded - but not to your local police station!
Forward the calls to your local congressman's office which you can find online.
If enough people did this on a regular basis then I'm sure tougher laws would follow!
Kantar OPS, Bunch of Rude telemarketers that call at 8 pm. I have been forwarding all telemarketers to the Santa Clara County Sheriff...thank god for one touch call forwarding. Bunch of idiots! The Do not call list does not stop these jerkoffs! 630-505-3008
didn't answer
Was unavailable to answer the phone
calls come in every day and no message left
So I called the toll free # as KIMWSSMITH suggested ..... then I got several different automated answering voices! It tells you you can dial an extension at anytime, however after each # you push, it says "sorry, not a valid...." Then it gives you the main menu again. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat, ad nauseum...... Until I pushed "0" and it says "sorry, not a valid #" again and hangs up on me!!!!
I finished my 100 hang up calls to those morons at Kantar ops.
I discovered they automatically disconnect the call at 7 minutes and 30 seconds. Approximately 6 minutes of that time is recorded as a "general message" heh heh!
this is going to be fun ROFL ROFL. it would only take 24 people doing this to disrupt their phone service. The cool thing is you have 6 minutes to record what's on your mind or screw with their stupid heads! LOL
I'll be in a "recording session" up to about 11:00PM CST. Any body else game? Remember THEY are paying for the call. The incoming calls to this number 1(800) 937-0099 are metered, meaning they pay for every connection made which is about $1.00 + something per minute for everything over 1 minute. Let's screw with them for a while!
Those dimwits are calling my house 3 to 6 times a day. Most of the time when I pick they hang up. This is what I'm going to do now that I have their 800 number: I will call them and inform them I will be making 100 calls and hanging up on them! because the 800 number is free for us; it means THEY PAY a CONNECTION FEE, usually about $1.00. I will also inform them if they call me again: I will set up MY AUTO DIALER and make 1000 hang up calls.
Also: I find it frustrating when calling a computerized system that offers no option to speak with a real live person. This is what I did one night. I kept calling that 800 number over and over and over, on the 300th call a real live person came on the line! I passed this on to the guys I work with and they tried it on other outfits. Usually some one will answer on or about the 200th call. If you have a push button phone (who doesn't these days?)the redial button is your best friend.
I've got my redial finger all warmed up. This is going to cost Kantar ops about $100 for their pesky calls.
I have gotten serveral calls a day for the last few days. No message when it goes to voicemail and the line goes dead when I answer it. This is really annoying!!!
Called twice on a Saturday morning - no message left. I hate guys like this!
Have no idea who these numbnuts are, but they call, and never leave a message. 9:07am on 4/18
This number consistently comes up, whenever the phone rings...never leave a message...very annoying. I am on the Do Not Call List,
so this must be a charitable org.
did not answer - Caller ID said Millward Brown - reverse search of the number said Ameritech Illinois
Who is this? Why do they keep calling?
This is my business phone--stop calling it.
Who or what is this? Whomever or whatever doesn't leave any message.
Who/what is this Kantar Ops. They have called me twice in the last weeekand I have not been home eother time. I AM on the do not call list of they are telemarketers.
Did not Answer, no message left, they call all the time.
Well called the number, Marketing Research Company got a recording, couldn't get my number removed ,AIR HORN time!!!!...DAMN I don't have time for their JUNK was conducting serious business and beeping in!!!Now who is going to PAY ME FOR MY VALUABLE TIME!!!
Ignore any calls from this number. They are probably doing a survey and most people have more important things to do with their life. My phone number is on do not call list but I am sure this is travel related and will not do business with the international travel company I used.
My caller id says Millward Brown. Who???

Subject: DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER AGAIN!
XXX-XXX-XXXX DO NOT CALL ME !!!!!
Dear E Kent,
I am writing to apologize for any inconvenience our call might have created. We understand and respect your decision not to participate in our survey.
While Kantar Operations maintains a file for "do not call" requests, we also submit such requests to our sample suppliers who maintain "do not call" databases. Rest assured we will add your telephone number, (315-733-5536), to our file and submit to our telephone sample providers to place you on their "do not call" database.
Kantar Operations is an opinion research organization and abides by all federal and state regulations including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act's "do not call" legislation. Although survey research companies are not the intended target of most federal and state legislation, we absolutely respect the privacy of our respondents and do everything possible to respect their wishes with regards to future contact.
Again, please accept our apologies and thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

When this call came through, I was thinking it might be someone I know from Illinois. So, just in case, I picked it up, even though I wasn't feeling well. As soon as I said hello, the phone hung up. These people should be punished, because I know they are doing something illegal, but I don't know what. Some other website said that people identified this number as belonging to some shady company: millwardbrown.com, but I don't know.
none. no one on line. they call 4-5 x weekly. very annoying. were on DNC LIST. what happened to the 10,000 fine for breaking fed rules here. leave the dispensaries alone and go after real criminals.
this was about a survey about travel
I had called the number back from my cell-phone blocked my number and called after 9p.m. 9:30p.m. approxmiatly some recording about there company doing a survey about clients whatever anyway there was a prompt to have my number taken off there list all I had to say was date. time, and my number which was my home number they have been calling me on several times lets see if this works hopefully so annoying especially when they call so darn late and scare the heck out of you especially when you are trying to sleep!! p.s. well whoever is getting these calls I would recommend you try to call also!! good-luck everybody
calls every night about 7:40 to about 8:10. No message. If you answer, they hang up
Called at 7:20 PM. Left no message.
The guy calling said he was with a Marketing Research company.
When I politely declined to take the survey and asked to be removed from the mailing list he said there is no list #s are just generated.
I asked how they complyed with "DO NOT CALL" and he claimed they were exempt from that because they were doing Market Research & not selling anything.
They stated they wanted me to do a survey (sorry forgot to add that info below
I am registered on the DNC lists. They are obviously not abiding by the federal and state laws.
Same as all the calls from (303) area code this week - no one picks up when I say hello and then they hang up on ME!
After calling & harrassing me. The other numbers traced back to a collection agency (I don't owe ANYONE any money!)
As usual, made a report at DONOTCALL.GOV. T-MOBILE claims they "can't" block calls from a certain #.
Have tried contacting the Att'y General for the states these people call from.
Second call in two nights. When answer, phone hangs up.
Kantar Operations called several times on Sunday, and did not leave a message, so I blocked their number. They are a global market for survey research. kantaroperations.com The CEO of the world wide group is Sharon Potter. If you want to talk to a live person, call 630-505-0066, they will id themselves as Milard Brown which is an affiliate of Kantar (at the same location) and are all part of the corporate umbrella of Research International headquartered out of Connecticutt here in the US and eventually out of the UK. Other Call Center numbers where you can reach a live person are as follows: Phoenix, AZ Tel: (602) 735-3200 Rock Island, IL Tel: (309) 788-6600 Corpus Christi, TX Tel: (361) 225-8220 Toronto, ON, Canada Tel: (416) 413-1202 London, ON, Canada Tel: (519) 645-3320 Maybe give them a call and let them know what you think of the way they do things!
Kantar Ops calls each day. Their website is kantaroperations.com Be sure to file a complaint at donotcall.gov as others have suggested. The complaint goes into a central database for law enforcement to use in prosecuting violators. I figure if enough people file complaints, it will get someones attention. I like the idea GMH had about having an air horn handy the next time they call.
survey for nissan dealership, just a few questions , turn out to be more and more questions, never ending on and on. finally told young lady don't want to continue.she continued with survey on and on ,i was frustrated with her persistance and hung up. next call same number hung up again. next call same number and i answered
this time, same lady insisting on continuing survey , i lost my temper telling her never to call back. my feeling now are so negative toward nissan and my dealer for all the unprofessional staff that man these centers. i am sure nissan would fire them if they are harrassing their customers with their approach.
Calls repeatedly and hangs up before voicemail picks up, despite having received this recorded message from my Caller ID's Call Reject button - once played directly to a person who eventually said "Hello" (I picked up and held on that long): "We don't accept calls of this nature. Please remove our number from your calling list. Thank you." I have reported every call to the National Do Not Call Registry.
If you have registered your phone number with the National Do Not Call Registry, try to register a complaint every time you receive an unwanted call from businesses like Kantar Ops. Here's the URL for complaints (be sure to provide as much info as possible):

called ll-26-08. Caller id said Kantor Ops. Foreign speaking man on other line.Couldn't understand half of what he said, it was either a survey type deal or marketing thing. I just told him we were in the middle of supper and couldn't talk right now and hung up the phone.
Called and left no message on the answering machine. Looks like the critics were right. Never been contacted by these folks UNTIL I put my number on the new Canadian no-call list. Unfortuantely research firms are exempt from it. You have to tell them directly not to call you. In Canada, they must place you on an internal do-not-call list if you request it.
I got a call last night at 8:30pm from 630-505-3008 and I have an unlisted number, when I told them to put me on their "Do Not Call List", they said they don't have such a list and that I cannot stop them from calling me. Can someone ARREST these jerks ? I dialed *66 call return [I have to PAY about 25 cents for this since I don't have caller ID] just to find out who keeps calling me, there has to be a way to stop these people ! ! ! !
Unknown/hang up
The individual left a message on my voice mail. I believe the language was Spanish, but I am not certain because I did not listen for any length of time.
Called the number back 10 times in the last 2 months!!! You get to a point where it says press 1 if you want your number removed then it hangs up on you!! Jerks, how long does it take to take a number off your computer??? Maybe they have millions of requests!!! They call between 10:00 and 10:30 at night also, I work all night and the calls are getting on my nerves. They are rude people on the other end. Trying to shove down your throat their surveys when you tell them to stop calling.
Left no message on answering machine
I found the name Kantar Ops and looked them up online. They do market research. I found an email address and requested to be removed from their calling list and I got a very pollite email back that said they were very sorry and that they would remove me from their calls as well as others who work in conjunction with their company. Hey, it was worth a shot and lets just see if it works. :-)

You people are funny. You voted for Bush, didn't you?
Received a call tonight, asked to be placed in the companies do not call list, and the guy on the phone told me that they do not have one. I told him again to take me off their list and when he refused I asked to speak to his supervisor. He then promptly hung up.
Calls when no one is home.

They have a dot com and i went there and found a email address for someone in the company i just got an auto reply that he was on jury duty. if i get a reply back i will let you all know. here is the email address nile.rowan@us.millwardbrown.com
STOP IT!!
To all you Einstein's out there---Kantar Operations is a market research company, not a telemarketer so the Do Not Call lists do not apply to them.
.
Caller said they were conducting a survey, but would not reveal what the survey was regarding. Hung up on me when I refused to answer the first question, that was to confirm my phone number. And by confirm, they wanted me to tell them what it was.
The calls are from a survey research company, and do not call lists do not apply to survey research firms. The company is Kantar Operations (Kantar Ops), doing survey calls for The Addded Value Group (added-value.com). Both are affiliated with Kantar (kantargroup.com).
they keep calling @ calling but i dont answer. if they were legitament they wouldnt call at 9:30 at night.im going to call the police and file a complaint.
I keep getting calls from Kantar OPS but they will not say anything. This is being to get aggravating
called after 8pm how rude. hello it's way too late
I blocked this one too. 5x this past week, and the last time I answered, it was a hangup.
My husband told them last night that we are on the do not call list and he had to say it 3 times. Tonight they called and I told them I would look them up on the internet. They hung up quickly after that.
Survey company, asked questions for 22 minutes about telecommunication providers........yes, how stupid of me to answer 22 minutes of questions without being paid for my answers. LOL
This is a legitimate phone survey company, not covered by the Do Not Call List because survey firms are exempt. There wasn't a representative available when I picked up their call. I called them back and got a recording giving me the option to remove my number from their current survey phone list. I did so, and expect them to follow through on it.
Being on the Do Not Call list does NOT exempt you from all calls you consider annoying, people! You'll still receive calls from polling/survey firms, political campaigns, charitable groups (and fraudulent firms claiming to be fundraisers), and/or companies with which you've done business in the past. Simply don't answer the calls, or pick them up and say, "Take me off of your call list," to the representative when there's one on the other end of the line. It's a lot more effective than hanging up or being rude.
Because they are a research/survey company MIllward Brown/Kantera Operations are exempt from the Do Not Call List. Thanks to our politicians the following are EXEMPT from the Do Not Call List: Non Profit organizations(includes professional fundraisers working for non-profits), research/survey companies and of course- political calls.
Called multiple time with no message...always a hang up or shows missed call. Caller ID says "Kantar OPS" whoever this is needs to stop. We are on the National Do Not Call list. Like they really care...
In MY opinion, callers seeking opinions and/or conducting surveys intrude on MY privacy. As such those calls are akin to telemarketer who also use random dialing to meet their performance quotas.
They are aggressive, intrusive and provide NO benefit to the number called.
Their effigy should be burned at a stake in front of their operations building...if they have one.
I've gotten 3 calls from this number in the last 3 days & have let the answering machine pick up. Each time the caller hangs up when the machine comes on. I'm on the DNC list and am an unpub.number. What gives? Who are these people?
We are on the so called "No Cal List" that's a farce...I get call's from every f'ing company and I NEVER answer the phone. Nice way to live isn't it? In our own home, and we can't relax.
I was called a few times, and at very odd hours. Perhaps they have a random dialer to see which numbers are good and which are bad... that way they can call at a later time? In any sense, I figured I would call the number and this is what I found out.
Kantar Operations (Ops) is a researching company that works with Added Value, Millward Brown, and Research International to gain insight how you use certain products. They are based in UK and US, and you can reach them at 630-505-3008 or you can visit them on their website...
kantaroperations.com
I called their phone number and basically get a recorded message on who Kantar Ops is, what their purpose is, and they have a feature to remove your number from their calling database so you won't receive anymore calls. Hope this helps!
Picked up out of curiosity. They identified as a market research company. I said, "Put me on your do not call list" and hung up. I hate this type of call -- I am on the national Do Not Call list AND have an unlisted, unpublished number.
Here is the contact # for Kanco / Millward Brown head office in London Canada. Call many times and ask for Nikki Best (Lead Trainer) Catherine (Floor Supervisor) Or Marlyn (Head of the Recruiting Department. Call many times every day. When their receptionist is swamped with calls from Irate people mabey they will stop.

If you were better protecting your personal data and not doing stupid things like giving put your phone number/address/email address to third party service providers it would not be such an issue. BTW last year CONED and First National Bank HIRED Millward brown to conduct customer satisfaction studies. Before Bush was re-elected for his second term the Republican Party hired them to do an opinion poll. They are also hired by your HMO's to help find better ways to fcuk the american people. And FEMA hired them after Katrina to see what the people of New Orleans thought of the clean up efforts.
If you want it to stop you need to find out what companies hire these firms to conduct reasearch for them and then let those companies know that if they do not do something to stop this type of thing you will no longer purchase/rent/use/comsume thier products.
THEY ARE HIRED BY COMPANIES TO DO MARKET RESEARCH TO "IMPROVE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES" HOW THE HELL DO YOU THINK COKE CAME UP WITH THE IDEA FOR CHERRY COKE OR COKE ZERO???? OR WHAT ABOUT THOSE CUTE COKE CHRISTMAS COMERCIALS WITH THE BEARS... HOW THE HELL DO YOU THINK COKE GOT THE DATA ON HOW WELL THE COMMERCIAL WAS BRAIN WASHING THE STUPID AMERICANS???
Just a small piece of advice - dont bother being rude to these people as it will just generate more calls. If you piss them off they will simply input your number back into the computer and set you up for multiple call backs minutes apart. Then you will find your self getting these calls 3-4 times a week 5-6 times a day. They are getting you phone number from your phone company, credit card company, the guest cards you fill out when you stay at a Howard Johnsons, from your voter registration ect. BASICALLY THE NUMBERS ARE PROVIDED TO THEM BY COMPANIES YOU TRUST.
They are a company based in Canada. US do not call list does not appy. When they call you have to tell them "TAKE ME OFF YOUR LIST" if you do not say those exact words then by law they have the ability to keep calling. When they call immediatly ask for a supervisor and get the address of coperate head office. Write them a letter advising you do not wish to be contacted.
They are a market research company based in London Ontario Canada. Not telemarketers just a bunch of high school kids and welfare moms trying to make some extra money. Annoying but not a threat.
called me twice from Naperville, IL. Person by the name of Nadine Waters tried to get past my call screening, but I sent it to voicemail both times, however she didnt leave a voicemail.
Some guy started to spew his script. I turned him off immediately..said take my name off your list. Said good-bye.
They have been calling me every morning and night. I went out and came back and they were on my caller id. Tonight they were very aggressive. They called several times every fifteen minutes. Why can't they get the hint I won't pick up.
They called but did not leave a message. Who are they?
I think Esteban is the complete moron here by taking these calls and answering their questions. Has Esteban ever had proof that it helps........I don't think so. I would quess that when you do answer their call, they are thinking, this MORON actually answered the phone....................
We are on the DNC list. We are really sick of these calls. They don't say anything so what are they getting out of it?
Have called up to 20x in the last week. We are on he DNC list. ANNOYING
I get a call from Kantar Ops at least once a day. I refuse to answer. I am on the Do Not Call list. If they are indeed an survey company, they are not entitled to information about my personal life. If they want my opinion on anything, they must pay for it - $10.00 per question.
Telemarketer marketing "added Value Communications"????
I did not answer, as I did not recognize the company name. I figured that it was a solicitation. Apparently it was.
Got a call from 603-505-3008 at 8:57 p.m. on July 7, 2008. I answered, they hung up. I find that really annoying. Caller ID showed the call was from Kantar Ops. I don't know who they are or why they would call me. I am on the national "Do No Call" list, but that doesn't seem to matter to anyone anymore.
CALLED TWICE...NEVER LEAVES MESSAGE
always nobody there very annoying
Wanted to conduct survey on woman who does shopping. I told them I did the shopping (a male). They said, well, this concludes our survey, thank you.
We are on the do not call list as are many others on the comment list. These people are really worthless individuals. They are paid to call up and aggrivate everyone out there it seems. They like to call late in the evening or on Sunday, just about noon or a little after. My answering machine answers the phone and then there is the ever so popular "click". No message or any thing. just silence... Everyone should start calling 1-630-505-3008
every 5 minutes for a week or so. Want to- Let's do it.....
I appreciate this site. Whenever I need to look up who called me, I usually find the answer here.
But honestly, 98% of you who leave comments are complete morons. I mean really--a lot of you are leaving comments here telling the company to leave you alone, as if the company checks this website and somehow magically knows who you are.
Others of you are raging that you are on the "Do Not Call" list-, as though that somehow makes it illegal for anyone anywhere to phone you about anything ever again. Get this straight-- it's for companies that telemarket--i.e. sell things by telephone. It doesn't affect political parties, survey takers, or charities. It doesn't even effect for-profit companies you are currently doing business with.
As for this particular company: If you don't want to participate in a survey, just tell them so nicely, but firmly. Do you think any of them would be doing the job if they could find some better way to pay their bills? It's called empathy, people. Try it once in a while.
And, no, I don't work for this company; I just have a brain, which puts me one up on most of you. Oh, and I also chose to participate in the survey. You might try it. Judging by the quality of the comments here, I doubt many of you will be doing anything more important any time soon.
I can't believe we received a call from this number at 10:00PM. I thought there was a law against solicitors calling after 9:00, how do they get by doing this? As many of the others we
these idiots called at 830 in the evening. We are on the DNC list...much good that is doing. Next time i'm putting my 2 year old on the line let them ask him questions.
Call couple times a week. Never leave message.

I called 630-505-3008 back. At the end of the recording you get, you can press 1 to opt out of their calls. When they called me, I asked to be removed from their list and they told me since its for a survey they didn't have to remove me. They say "Do not call" doesn't apply to them.
NO MORE OF THESE CALL, I THOUGHT THIS WAS OVER?
Didn't recognize caller so I didn't answer. No message.
They said they were an opinion poll and wanted to ask me some drug related questions. I said I was on the do not call list and they were disturbing me and to delete my number from your list. He became defensive and said there was no list and it was computer generated and no way to delete it. I finally had to hang up on him. I wasn't smart enough to ask for the manager but I will next time.
millardbrown.com A survey company.. THEY have the US reps numbers lisited area code 630
Shall we all call and enlist them "NOT TO CALL US??"
HERE are the numbers from the Millwardbrown.com WEB PAGE..SURVEY COMPANY>>We monitor and analyze below the line communications, such as online news, word of mouth and consumer generated media.

Kantor Ops - have not answered their phone call when they call nor do they leave a message if they get the answering machine. And I have no intention of answering the phone if they keep calling me, as I am on the list for them not to call, so just stop calling me.
Its downright annoying, they should not call people if they are on the do not call list, which I am and don't like to be disturbed by people, who aren't supposed to call. Its just downright annoying, they have called me twice and left no message and I refuse to answer the phone if the number is not known or whatever. I'm just not going to answer and stop calling me, its annoying and I am on the do not call list, so stop calling me. Thank you.
unknown, did not answer
Caller wanted to speak to whoever was in charge of computer department.
They hung up when we answered. I guess they will be calling us over the next several days. I am on the do not call list, but I guess that doesn't matter to this company.
They called every night for a week. When they hit me up on Saturday, I had my fill. I asked them to remove my number from their database and not to call again. The "B" started to explain that they were only doing a survey and not selling anything. I responded "What words just came out of my mouth to you? Your company or representatives are not to call this number again. I am reporting you as soon as I hang up." Then...just to show them I am a "B" myself...I hit a couple of number buttons to give them a nice long loud tone in their ear to annoy her as much as she annoyed me. I will be reporting their happy butts if they call again.
wasn't home like to know who this is
It's someone wanting you to take a survey. I've done it 3 times and everyime I do it, they send me a $20 gift certificate for cooperating. It's fun and easy money.
They called and said nothing and kept their line open on my answering machine, almost like they were listening to my office. Wouldn't hang up until I turned off machine. I called Bob Rivera at 630-955-8984...bob.rivera@kantaroperations.com and left voice mail message. Asked him what time he eats dinner. What time he eats breakfast. Asked him what he eats for dinner and to call all of the people he has been calling and hanging up on to let them know every detail of what he ate for lunch. Told him we'll be calling him at midnight for the results.
Phone rang while tornado sirens was blowing, I did not look at caller id I thought it was one of my kids, hung up when it wasn't and hid in closet, found out a little later it was Kantar ops 630-505-3008, what a time to call.
Hung up after I answered.
didn't answer because i didn't recognize #...they have called quite a few times.
Their call list is not in sync with the "DO NOT CALL" list.
They call at least one a day. Never leave a message, just call. Have no idea who they are or what they want.
Survey company has called twice in the last week and no message is left on the machine! No survey given at this place!!!
I am listed on the "DO NOT CALL - TELEMARKETING -- Registry!!! I am unlisted. WHERE DID THEY GET MY NUMBER??? wHO ARE THEY???
Had this number call a bunch of times, and called to report them. Was told that if they are doing non-profit surveys (which I doubt they are) then they do not have to follow the do not call list rules. What kind of "stuff" is that. I signed up for that list for tele-marketers and stupid surveys too...
called twice, 12:14pm and 5:24pm and has called in the past. Seem as if they call just after I have made a call or received a valid call. Do they know when we dial our phones and are home. We check caller id everytime and have our numbers on the do not call lists for US and state.
called 3/28 at 5:27pm
They call from this number, leave no messages or hang up before second ring is complete.
They are calling every day at least once if not twice. I am on the do not call list and this needs to be stopped.
They have called several times on one of my phone lines. I have told them many times to take me off of their calling list. Now they are calling on my other phone line.
On March 26, 2008 at 6:33 PM, my caller ID recorded a call from Kantar OPS at 630-505-3008. An internet search found the following information. Kantar Operations was founded in April, 2004 in the UK. The parent company is WPP Group, PLC. There are many call centers located in the US and the UK. It is a market research company, etc. Go to KantarOperations.com On their web page click "Company Overview" and "Where to Find Us"(USA) for more information. You can file your complaints with the Council of American Survey Research Organizations (CASRO). They have a code of standards and ethics for survey research companies. Call 631-928-6954, e-mail: casro@casro.org, web site is casro.org Tell them you are on the federal do not call list. Also, if any of their locations calls you tell them you will file a complaint with the FCC and your state Attorney General's office.
They just called me and I think I made sure they'd never call me again. Told them I was in the middle of masturbating but if they would sit by and let me finish I'd be happy to talk to them. They hung up.
Wasn't home
Called twice in the last 4 days. today was at 656pm.
Caller was reading very quickly from a script so I didn't get the full name. Looking for occupant between the aeges of 25 - 54. I explained we don't give out information over the phone to people we are not familar with and asked that they not call anymore. The caller was very polite and said thank you. I'm sure they will call again tomorrow but with a different hook.
Kantor Ops showed on the ID....but when we tried to answer nobody said anything. If it is a telemarketer, they won't sell much
if they don't take the call.
These people have called me for the last 3 days. Sometimes they call every 30 minutes. When I answer, they hang up. I called the FCC but they couldn't help me. How do you get rid of these pest? I would love to have some of their personal phone numbers and an automatic dialer!
Just got my 13th phone call in two weeks from Kantor OPS, and caller ID readout gives phone number of 630-505-3008. Today I answered the phone and no one said anything to me, but for five minutes I could hear some woman in their call center talking with some man about how Hilary ...dam Clinton is going to make a much better president than we have now, and these are the reasons, blah, blah, blah. No one ever spoke to me, but I listened as she pitched this to someone else. When I hung up I tried calling the 630 number a couple of times, and each time the operator said this was not a working number. So who are these people? I am on the national do not call list, yet Kantor OPS continues to call day and night. They leave no messages on voice mail. I have yet to figure out why they are calling, what they are pitching, and why they have disregarded my wish not to be called. Made a report to the do not call registry.
Who are these people? I get calls day and night from them
Unknown caller, did not answer, left no message. Appears to be from Kantar Ops.
I'M on the DO Not Call List, and nobody wants to speak with you. Fold your stupid business.
Called me twice in one evening once at 7:20pm and again at 7:40 pm and I told the woman to remove me from their list and she answered, "there is no list"
I then said, " I don't care just do not call this number again!!!!!!!!!!!!"
It sounded like the woman was from India.
they will NOT stop calling...called 6x in one week and have told them to stop......told the lady on the phone again today and she kept going with her talk.......
did not answer, no message
Additional info: It's pretty bleak, folks. MILLWARD Brown doesn't have US contact info on their web-site and Research International doesn't answer their phones. Wonder why? You can fax them. I DID at 312/787-4156. I received sudden enlightenment as to HOW they can get away with this. If you begin with Wikipedia (always just a START in web-research) you will find that they are one of those monster corporations who do everything, everywhere and apparently, anyway they want. Definitely go to donotcall.gov and file a complaint. Definitely call Kantar and press 'one'. Definitely make sure your listing on the do not call list is current (there IS an expiration date). Oh, and definitely buy that air horn. God Bless us all.
I am just about done with this too. Here is some more information. I mean, hey, these people are getting paid to talk on the phone all day, so what do you say WE CALL THEM? Kantar Ops message says that if you dial 'one' they will remove your number FROM THAT SURVEY but that they 'may call you back'. When I pressed 'one' the system disconnected me. Kantar Ops represents three companies. Added Value, Miller Brown and Research Internationl. I will add more information later but to contact Added Value please call Tracy Williams at 310-396-2400. Her e-mail is twilliams@cswpr.com and, according to her, her company believes they should "honor" the Do Not Call List. Unless of course they are honoring the loopholes. Back soon with more calling info!!!
Calls my business cell phone 3-4 times a week.
I never pick up non-client numbers, and the number is on the DNC list.
So they always hang up, never leave a message.
Today I will call the number and demand they stop.
Also today I will file DNC complaint, and with Verizon.
Call everyday. We never answer, they never stop, never leave a msg
Asked questions about all different types of gasoline grades, stations, quality, where I heard of them, what I use....took a 'survey' and I finaly cut it short after 15 long minutes. She said that the survey would be no good if I hung up....and when I hung up, my caller ID came back with the same number within a minute. I am on the 'no call' list. Don't they understand what that means? I mentioned it...'tank u berry much'..
They call 7 days a week, we don't answer.
They call every night around 9 PM...actually 8:59 PM, because they're not supposed to call after 9. Niiiice. Googles as a survey co.
I am on the "do not call list" but they STILL call!
UNKNOWN-I AM ON THE 'DO NOT CALL LIST'!!
They call everyother day now for the past week..How do I get them to stop?
I've received lots of calls from this company and others just like it. When I explain that I am on the National Do Not Call Registry and that I want my number removed from their lists, they just argue and say they don't have to abide by the Do Not Call Registry because they are not selling anything, and that they don't have lists. They say their computers randomly generate numbers. I did a little research and found an accrediting body that may provide help in banning these types of calls, but they won't stop if you don't report. Here is the info I pulled from CASRO's website which is what this Kanter Ops is a part of:
We are here to help you and answer any questions you may have. You can review the CASRO Code of Standards for Survey Research here. If you feel that you've been subjected to a questionable survey technique or one whose honesty you aren't sure of, let us know.

Perhaps if we all complain to this CASRO site, they will get the point. It is alos pointed out on this sight that you should complain to the FTC and BBB.
Good luck all, and keep fighting the good fight against these a**holes!
Did not answer. CID shows Kantar Ops. 2008-02-16
I reeive at least 2 calls a day from this number. No message is ever left.
I keep getting calls from this number but I dont ever answer a call unless I know who it is. Last night they called 3 times, latest time was 8:45 pm!! Already this morning they have called. I thought I had put my number on the do not call list :shrugs:
they have called me 4 times in the last week. i never answer, they never leave a message
Unknown caller did not answer. They call every couple of days
I received a similar call. After checking this site, I googled Millwood Brown. Found this:
Millward Brown Group Company Profile
Millward Brown provides market research services, specializing in brand performance, from more than 70 offices in some 40 countries. Its Millward Brown Precis unit focuses on public relations efficacy, and its Kantar Media Research (KMR) segment provides services to help clients maximize their advertising and marketing investments. The company's Greenfield Consulting Group conducts online focus groups and qualitative interviews. Millward Brown is part of The Kantar Group, the market research division of UK-based media services conglomerate WPP Group. Millward Brown traces its market research roots back to 1973.
My number is unlisted and still recieving phone calls.
1. Call this phone # back and you will get a recorded message telling you who the comapny is, their website address, the purpose of their phone calls, and finally, instructions how to get your phone number off their list. I have done this with other companies and it has worked.
2. More importantly, those of you on the government Do Not Call Registry need to fully understand the types of "telemarketers" that are exempt from this restriction--i.e. calls from or on behalf of political organizations, charities, and telephone surveyors (such as Kantar Ops!) would still be permitted, as would calls from companies with which you have an existing business relationship. Use this link for more specific info.
ftc.gov
Wanted to talk to the person in charge of telecommunication, I said they are not here HE SAID THIS IS NOT A SALES CALL Yea OK!
You can call 630-505-3008 and listen to the message and press 1 to remove your number from their list.
Caller was extrememly rude. Asked if I was the male or female head of the household. When I asked what it was regarding he said "an opinion survey." When I asked for the content of the survey he told me if I couldn't identify myself as the male or female head of household he would call back and then he hung up.
Ericb-please advise your boss or supervisor that I no longer want this number calling me or appearing on my caller ID. Thanks in advance.
Roy the douchebag
Research company - hung up
Isn't there anything we can do about these people? What are the local and national Do Not Call Lists for!?
I hate this caller
phone id registered as kantar OPS. i would have answered if i knew what the abbreviations were. i would like to have answered the questions posed, but alas, i was too slow on the uptake as to who these people were!
STOP COMPLAINING AND READ THIS!!! IF THERE'S ONE COMMENT TO READ, READ THIS!!! STOP COMPLAINING AND READ THIS!!! IF THERE'S ONE COMMENT TO READ, READ THIS!!! STOP COMPLAINING AND READ THIS!!! IF THERE'S ONE COMMENT TO READ, READ THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
For the love of God people, go to the freakin donotcall.gov site and read! Better yet, don't waste your time and read this as quoted from their site.
"Exempt Organizations include charities or certain non-profit organizations, organizations engaged in political solicitations or surveys, or Sellers or Telemarketers that call ONLY consumers with whom they have an established business relationship or from whom they have obtained the express written agreement to call."
SO PLEASE STOP WASTING YOUR TIME AND JUST CALL THE F#@&ING BUSINESS AND POLITELY ASK THEM TO TAKE YOUR NUMBER OFF THE LIST. BEING A DOUCHE BAG TO THEM IS NOT GOING TO DO ANY GOOD. CALL THEM DIRECTLY. I KNOW IT'S ANNOYING, BUT SO IS THE TOTALLY LAZY ATTITUDE YOU ALL HAVE. DO A LITTLE RESEARCH.

HERE IS AN IDEA WE HAVE LIKE 300 or so people with complaints here right to what do we do coordinate all 300 people call their corporate number and keep sapmming them likle they do us that would be teaching them play their game
DO NOT CALL MY NUMBER ANYMORE!!
i let machine answer, when the call screen started they were already mid-sentence through the automated pitch for some sort of warranty service, they started talking before the machine even started recording.
I am on the do not call list and have been receiving calls from this phone #.
I called the number back. If you wait long enough it gives you the option to remove your number, doubt it works in the long run but it's worth a shot to get them to stop calling everyday. My mortgage company doesn't call this much.
Kantor Ops strikes again, at least once every other day, no message, no good-bye, I guess it's over.
you guys are all stupid its a reserch company they dont go by the do not call list. because the do not call list is only for telemarketers and they are not selling anything so it doesnt apply to it. So you guys are wasting your time when you say dont call back cause they can and will do it anyway. you should just do the survey and get it over with unless your to dumb to understand wut there saying.
They call and never leave a message. Ialso work on wwek-ends since they called Saturday night.
DNA, No Message Left.
keeps calling and not leaving a message
I got a call from this number today and when I expressed that I didn't want to answer their questions and that I would like them to stop calling me the guy on the phone started arguing with me about how it is their right to call and blah blah blah... I looked them up and they are the Kantar group. Their CEO's name is Eric Salama. They are out of fairfield, CT their phone number is listed as 203-330-5200. I have called them and left a nasty message on their voicemail... I'm sure it will not do any good. I am planning on calling them several times a day just for the hell of it... maybe I can aggravate them a little...
Called at 5:09 PM est
Did not answer; hung up on answering machine
This is what 'donotcall.gov' does for us......lets a, so called, valid company download a list of phone numbers on the do not call list. Unbelievable! So who is going to go after them? They obviously got the list by filling out a form to do so. Easy way to get a bunch of numbers without buying it from someone else. I just can't believe this. Read below or go to the web site of 'donotcall.gov'
Starting January 1, 2005, telemarketers and sellers will be required to search the registry at least once every 31 days and drop from their call lists the phone numbers of consumers who have registered. Through December 31, 2004, telemarketers will have to update their lists every three months. The dedicated, fully automated and secure Web site at telemarketing.donotcall.gov will provide this information to telemarketers and sellers.
File a complaint with the National Do Not Call List at this link: donotcall.gov
I get this number on my Caller ID. I did not ask them to call and did not call them. If I answer the call they might get a rude answer to their survey. If the caller is female she might turn red faced.
They have called me for the last 3 days in a row. I also am on the do not call list.
did not recognize the number.
second time in 5 days that they have called my home - phone rings 4 times and they hang up before answering machine picks up. First call came at 8:50PM on 1/11/08, second call cale at 12:48PM on 1/13/08.
I would appreciate if they would remove my number from their off shore calling list. I looked them up and they claim to be a 'survey' company which is another label to avoid buying and respecting the do not call list.
Got tired of them calling. Called them back and send email. You can contact them also at:
info@kantaroperations.com
nicdom@netbenefit.co.uk
These folks must REALLY want to get ahold of me. They have called me no less than 6 times within the 4 days. I don't pick-up when I see their caller ID. Anyone know who they are or what they do?
unknown, did not answer
I googled Kantar Ops and found that it is a reasearch company out of the UK and North America. They are conducting surveys. Millward Brown is part of their company. We are also on the do not call list and they have called us. Gotta love it!!!
The number must be a hub that telemarketers call through I think it is a voip. The number has shown up for several different callers and the latest one was a company calling to confirm an order I had placed. I serched the number just out of the blue and found this entire list of different people with diferent calls.
My teenager answered the phone but hung up as soon as they asked her what our area code was (first question). Thought it very strange that someone that had just called our home would have to ask for the area code.
I was having sex when this call came in. Some sort of survey company, kandaroperations.com It doesn't seem that they are going to stop calling as they please.
Hung up on me after I blasted them with a fax machine handshake audio file (at full volume).
I answered the phone. It was a very long survey about cholesterol after she asked me questions about if we had diabetes or high cholesterol and I responded yes to high cholesterol. I was on for about 10 minutes and asked how much longer it would take and she said another five. That's when I said I didn't have time for this, said goodbye and hung up. She called back but I didn't answer. Since I used to live in the 630 area code I thought it was someone I knew and that's why I answered.
They called yesterday at about 8:30 pm and again today at about 4:30 pm I know they are a survey group and the fact that my number is on the do not call list makes do difference but i also have an unpublished number so i am wondering how they found me.........so ANNOYING!
Called and asked to speak to my mother or father. I am 36 years old and they called at 8:30 at night. I asked to be removed from the list and they said there is no list and the do not call list does not apply since they are not for profit.
Don't want any calls from Kanter Oops
Kantar Ops with the number (603-505-3008) came up on the caller ID ... my husband answered the phone and it was some survey about cholesterol ... when my husband asked how they got our number since we are on the "do not call" list, he was told that the "do not call" list only pertained to sales and game him a shpeel about it not pertaining to surveys .... so he kept on with the survey ... "just a couple of minutes" turned into 22 minutes ... guess I'm checkin' out the donotcall.gov site to see if she was right or not ... I really don't think she was ... if she wasn't, she'll be reported ... have a GREAT day!!!
I called them back and was given the option to remove my number from their call list. We'll see if that works...
Did not answer call, unknown to me, voicemail picked up the call and they hung up. I am on the Do Not Call register.
They requested my participation in a survey. I agreed. The foreign-accented young woman asked my age, OK. When she asked my income & I refused, she politely said: "Thank-you, that is all of the questions we have for you today." I doubt the authenticity of this so-called survey company. Surely, if they were a 'real' market research company, they would not immediately end the call if you refused the income question. In fact, having been in market research myself, I know that most people do refuse that question. That's why REAL survey companies wait till right near the very end of their survey to ask that question. These are probably scammers, plotting to somehow steal your $$$!
Received a call from the listed number but did not answer the same the id showed missed call and an unknown in the name section. I won't return the call.
Caller ID says Illinois. A reverse phone lookup says it is in Napierville, Illinois and is residential. Somehow I doubt that.
This company called looking for information about our phone system. They have been asked not to call our company on numerous occasions because we do not participate in surveys.
Now, if they have been asked NUMEROUS times not to call, why does that make ME the bad guy, PeopleAmazeMe?
Anyway, they are a survey company, and it seems they refuse to stop calling when asked. I think that puts THEM in the wrong, not those of us that have asked NOT to be called.
I realize ppl have to make a living, but when I answer my phone, and I tell a company that I do not participate and ask them nicely NOT to call me any longer, I don't see where they have the right to be totally rude to me, bite my head off, call me names, and "demand" that I give them information. Thats a bit unacceptable.
I am not the enemy.
My phone was ringing when I returned home from work. Checked display on my phone - didn't answer. This number just started calling last week - now I am receiving calls every day - mostly in the evenings. I am on the National DO NOT CALL list - doesn't seem to bother these invaders.
They have just started calling. The first being Sat Morning at 9:02am. Pu-leeze! Since then they have called 3 times and have not left a message.
Acxiom
This number is calling because we all have somthing in common.
Do not answer, they are another company like Acxiom. They claim
to make information intelligent, your information, and they have
made a strong wealthy company of selling this info.
Do not participate.
Found the company's website in a search. I'm contacting them to insist they stop calling me kantaroperations.com
I'VE GOTTEN CALLS FROM THEM BEFORE AND DIDN'T PAY ANY MIND. I USE CALLER ID AND DON'T PICK UP FROM UNKNOWN CALLERS OR TELEMARKETERS. THEY EVENTUALLY STOP. I GOT CURIOUS, HOWEVER, AND DID A REVERSE PHONE NUMBER SEARCH. THE NAME OF THE COMPANY CAME BACK AS AMERITECH ILLINOIS IN NAPERVILLE ILLINOIS. I THIS MAY BE OF HELP TO ANYONE TRYING TO TRACK THESE CULPRITS DOWN, THEN GOOD. BY THE LOOKS OF THE OTHER MESSAGES, THIS COULD BE SOME KIND OF SHAM GOING ON.
Who is Kantar ops and why are they calling
they have started to call on my cell phone. i think we should file a class action law suit or just have some war dial them. every time they call they never answer but they hang up.
This is a company that offers businesses credit card machines and services for finainal transactions for your business.
From the FTC website:
If the call is really for the sole purpose of conducting a survey, it is not covered. Only telemarketing calls are covered — that is, calls that solicit sales of goods or services. Callers purporting to take a survey, but also offering to sell goods or services, must comply with the National Do Not Call Registry.
these guys have been calling once/day for the last few days. First time they called, I wasn't home. Looked up the number and found this entry for them. I tend not to answer my landline anyway if I don't recognize who's calling and I'm certainly not picking up the phone for these guys.
Wasn't home to get the call
thanks for the heads up guys regarding this number. they called tonight at kantar ops and i didn't answer it. i checked it out on this website and thanks to all of you for a little less frustration.
I am unlisted and on the "Attorney General's Do Not Call List." The party hung up when I answered. I will report this suspicious activity to my phone company and the California Attorney Genral's Office.
Hello Everyone,
I see a lot of questions being asked on this forum for which the answers are too few or are not seen by the one asking. I realize that most of the participants here are mostly just letting off steam, but for those of you that really would like basic questions answered about the legality and processes of law-abiding market research companies I will be more than happy to answer them. Just include my handle, "The Interviewer", or whatever name you'd like to refer me as :) as the header for your question so I know it's being directed at me. I'll check back here on a weekly basis. I can even give you helpful hints on reducing the amount of calls you get significantly.
no message when we pick up the phone they hang up.
Hmmm... Let me try those addresses again.
"Callcenterjobs.CorpusChristi@KantarOperations.com", "Callcenterjobs.London@KantarOperations.com", "Callcenterjobs.Phoenix@KantarOperations.com", "Callcenterjobs.RockIsland@KantarOperations.com" "Callcenterjobs.Toronto@KantarOperations.com"
These are the email addresses of the folks who hire the callers that are blowing up our phones on nights and weekends: ,, , , . I suggest that you email them as often as they ring your phone. They're immune to the No Call rules, and need an incentive to take your number off of their list. Write one email and just resend when you get another call. As often as they call, it's too much trouble to write a new one. The more annoying you are, the more likely your number will get removed.
I did not answer the call, but the call is recorded on the phone as from Kantor OPS 630-505-3008
I was home when the call came in, answered it... and no one was there, though heard noises in teh background. hung up.
Whomever is generating these calls - STOP
They have called me twice and hung up.
I've been receiving phone calls from this number for a few months. They don't give up. Answered this morning (8:51 am) and was subjected to the usual "This is just a survey and I assure you we are not trying to sell you anything." When I told the caller (female with a slight accent) to take my number off the list she said that they don't have a list and call randomly generated numbers. I then asked if they were randonly generated, how they would call my number numerous times in the past few months. She paused for a second and then started her spiel over again.

Called to participate in survey about Financial Institutions. They are a consumer research company. I was happy to participate in the study since companies do use the information we provide to offer better services. I hope more people will be willing to take a few minutes of their time too.
I received a call from this same number and all I heard was breathing. I kept saying "Hello, Hello is someone there" but of course no one responded so I did a *69 to get the number and then I googled it just now. I am on the "DO Not Call" registry. So much for that.
(630) 505-3008 is blocked. Can NEVER call my phone again!!!!
Hey PeopleAmazeMe, I won't come out and play. The door bell doesn't ring.
Dear PeopleAmazeMe!
You sound like a spammer/scammer. Just the words you say tell me you are a telemarketer/spammer/scammer. You get a real job and then tell us you are NOT worthless of life. Until then, you call, I report. Just as simple as that.
How full of themselves they seem to be. Don't you people have anything better to do with your selves than complain about every single phone call you get. You know you don't answer every call that comes in or go over to the phone everytime it rings. Simply don't answer it and then go on with your lives. If the ringing bothers you that much turn off the ringer and only return calls from phone numbers you know or to people who leave you a message.
Grow up people and let this go. These people who call you are simply trying to conduct business and find out your opinions which are used to provide you better services and products. YOu want to complain about a stranger who was a little rude to you or didn't leave you an answering machine message. If they did you would probably complain about that. You are probably just as rude to people you know personally sometimes and you want to complain about a perfect stranger who is just trying to earn a living. Sure they could go out and work at McDonald's but then where would your teenager or grandparents work after retirement. You probably are on some blog or message board that complains about how you were treated at the teenager in the drive up window. GET OVER YOURSELF and leave these poeple alone all they did was call you to do a survey... It's not illegal, just annoying so get over it.
Left no message.
Survey about contact lenses.
Been calling for a few days now. Just called again on Sunday afternoon. Hangs up on the machine. Today I answered but didnt say anything and neither did they but I could hear sounds in the background. I hung up and they haven't called back as yet. After reading all of this next time they do I will answer & "Just Say NO!"
"Sorry Wrong Number" was said when I answered with our business name
I live in Chicago (312)and they keep calling. I am never home when they call and they do not leave a message
Rec'd a call from Kantar OPS tonight and when I answered the phone, the line went to a dial tone. We are on the 'do not call' list nationally and in indiana.
The FTC sounded very interesting in pursuing this. They have a US office in Napierville IL
This company is Millward Brown, they are a huge survey marketing company out of the UK. They will call continuely. It doesn't matter how many complaints you file with the do not call list. I have filed several and they continue to call. I will answer the phone and hang up and they call back 2 seconds later, so annoying. But as I am informed if they keep you on the line for at least 7 or 8 seconds then they are paid for the call, so my advice if you want them to stop calling is do not answer EVER. I do think there has go to be a way to block them, maybe contact your phone company.

Called today for the first time...did not leave mesage. Will enter this number in the Caller ID Manager database.
Kantar Ops VP Beth Teehan lives at 519 Bighorn Drive in Napierville, Ill. You should send her all your junk mail and see how she likes it. Better yet if someone can provide her phone number, we could call her at all hours of the day and ask her questions. Give the little lady a piece of her own medicine. AV
ATTACHED IS KANTAR OPERATIONS RESPONSE TO MY ORIGINAL MESSAGE
--------
Mr. Bob
I'm writing to apologize for any inconvenience our calls have created. We understand and respect your decision not to participate in our survey. It's not our standard practice to attempt a household more than 4 times unless a household member asked us to call back at another time. I will investigate this matter further.
Although Kantar Operations does not have an internal database for "do not call" requests, we submit such requests to our sample suppliers who maintain "do not call" databases. Your telephone number has been moved from our project and rest assured we will submit your telephone number, 415 XXX-XXXX, to our telephone sample providers to place you on their "do not call" database.
Kantar Operations is an opinion research organization and abides by all federal and state regulations including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act's "do not call" legislation. Although survey research companies are not the intended target of most federal and state legislation, we absolutely respect the privacy of our respondents and do everything possible to respect their wishes with regard to future contact.
Again, please accept our apologies and thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
Sincerely,
Bob Rivera

Subject: VIOLATION: National Do Not Call Registry
Beth,
It would be to your firms benefit to take what I have to say very seriously.
I have been receiving phone calls from your company for the last two weeks. I have continuously advised your callers (Laura, etc) that I DEMAND my number be removed from their listings. They have repeatedly called and every time when I verbally advise them, they hang up on me.
My number has been registered with the National Do Not Call Registry for some time now.
Your company, Kantar Operations is in VIOLATION of the registry.
If I receive ONE MORE CALL from your firm - to my number - I will file a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT as well as a CLAIM with the Federal Trade Commission.
Additionally, I will spread the word on my radio show and blog to others about the true ethical nature of your company.

rude, would not take NO for an answer. i hung up . reported to the do not call list.as a hole...
This person has been calling me sometimes as much as twice a day. I have caller ID and I am on the do not call list too. They never leave a message on my answering machine.
You can send a complaint about this company on the national "do not call" website. There is a form you can fill out or you can email them.
Even if you are on the do not call list your legal rights are continuing to be violated by these phone calls. Take action and file a complaint with the FCC. It takes a few minutes but it is worth the time and you can do it online. Keep a record of the calls, the times and dates and enter the information on the online form that you fill out. If everyone bans together and has all of the documentation in order, then we can file a class action suit for harrassment.
These people keep calling and don't leave a message. I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST. I filed a complaint with the DO NOT CALL registry
I actually pay Qwest for a "solicitor" notification that clearly states that I do not accept solicitations, marketing surveys, etc. I am also on the Do Not Call reg. and yet, these bozo's called through my notification and ARGUED with me! Talk about super stupid and a lack of responsibility these creeps take the cake.
A survey company.. yeah right, I do not want them to call me.

Didn't know the number of the name so I didn't answer it. Answering machine picked up and they hung up.
Called my home number and my number is registered under DoNOtCall registry for FTC.
9 AM... on a Saturday!
I keep getting calls from this number. Here are the last two I got:
2007-11-08 16:26:23 6305053008 0 0 KANTAR OPS
2007-11-09 20:32:42 6305053008 0.05 0.002 KANTAR OPS
How do we get these people to stop calling? I am on the no call list but these people call all times of the night it is really annoying! How do we report them. I don't care to be apart of any survey or what ever they are trying to sell this has gotten out of hand.
2nd time this guys called, so I messed with em.. started in with thier little survey and told me some real bugus stuff.. was fun! Then the dude cought on to me.. told him not to call agn.. for I will waste twice as much if his time next time! He hung up.
Got our first call tonight - we're on the do not call list, but that doesn't apply to survey companies, so it doesn't matter - they can keep calling and calling...
saw as missed call on caller id, naturally i googled the number and came to this site to report. Company did not leave a voicemail. I'm going to block this number as I am on the state and Fed DNC list
Wanted me to take a survey. I hung up.
Everyone needs to email: bobrivera@kantarops.com & demand to be removed from call lists.
You can't rely on Do Not Call, or in lodging a complaint- you have to contact the companies directly & get a manager on the phone. Take ACTION, people!!!
They called at 9:00 PM on a Sunday evening. Phone rang 3x, then they hung up. We're on DO NOT CALL list.
Like all these that are not required to follow the DNC list...but I don't have to be harassed by them either... so I click manual fax receive on about the 3rd ring. They apparently don't like fax tones in their ears and usually won't call back, thinking they have reached a dedicated fax line. Works for me since talking to them will do no good, and why should I have to listen to the phone ring repeatedly night after night to a call that I do not want to answer. Fax option works faster for me, I don't have hours to spend daily lodging complaints about each one of these survey groups or otherwise.
Also, called here on Sunday as well, about 8 pm.
We're on the do not call list, and we got this call at 6:30 on a Sunday evening. Ridiculous.
I have received a phone call from this company, and usualaly from this number at least once a day for the past week. I tell them I'm not interested, do not call me again and hang up. Today I told them that if they called me again, I would consider it harrassment and contact a lawyer.
Got 2 Calls 45 min apart, it is all part of the Concord III Llc. scam, out of Wash. State, Court action against them has been started but the guy moves around ,so it is hard to nail him down. You can delete the files and delete the the registry entries ,but they already have your phone # so it's hard to stop. I got hit when I downloaded a Fax program from Electrasoft.
This number has been called to my house at least 3 times a day for the past month, maybe more. They never leave a message which to me is very unprofessional, and it is getting on my nerves. Identify yourselves when you call by leaving a message not just calling expecting me to pick up. If it's that important that you call me, it needs to be important enough for me to call you back.
This company has called me on the very first day that I had the phone turned on!! They have called everyday, sometimes more than once a day, for the past 2 months that I've had this number!! This is considered borderline harrassment, is it not??!!??
I'm also on the do not call list and my number is supposed to be unpublished!!!
I'm going to start keeping track of the amount of times they call and contact my lawyer to see what can be done about this!!
Despite being on the do-not-call list.
copy and paste the following link and it will take you to all contact information on Millward Brown a division of the Kantar Group and the calling location out of IL.

I AM DISABLED. DON'T NEED THEIR USELESS CALLS.
I have been inundated with calls from "630-505-3008". I've requested to be put on their DO NOT CALL list, but so far no luck. I am disabled, so to me, there is nothing worse than scrambling for the phone only to find these people on the line.
I found out that these kind of places are never investigated and never punished no matter how many times you report them to the do not call list. I learned from the texas state attorny that what you have to do is get an attorney and file harassment charges against them.
DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER.................I WILL FOLLOW THRU WITH THE DO NOT CALL OPTION
You people truly are the lowest common denominator. Your country is going down the tubes, yet a fucking phone call is enough to push you over the edge and use your puny, infantile knowledge of the "interweb," to whine like a little bitch. Grow up, you babies. Get out and vote for something that matters. You make me sick. This is all your fault. Own up to it.
630-505-3008 Kantar Ops was on caller ID, no message left. I do not answer numbers I'm not familiar with.
How can I have them stop calling my house and asking for my deceased father. I am truly upset they continue to call when I have nicely asked them to stop.
Have called numerous times, never leave a message - I will not answer it, as I am sure it is a survey
I have been called 3 times in the past 2 days from this phonenumber, my phonenumber is registered on the do not call registry, the telemarketer argued that they generate their numbers at random so they can't comply with the "Do not call registry". this phonenumber 630-505-3008 is for Kantar Operations, a marketing survey firm, I looked them up on the web, here are the phone numbers and emails for their team, maybe someone can come up with some interesting survey questions for them - how blue is the sky? if you are weightless on the moon, does that mean there are no waiting lines? etc

They are now calling every 2 days...no message
Same here, I get the same name and number of this company and they never leave a message either. So, therefore, anyone sigend up with the Do Not Call Registry should put these people on their list in hopes of never seeing this number again.
This call comes in several time each week. My answering machine picks up the call, but we get the usual click and then dial tone. I looked the number up and see that I am not the only one receiving these annoying calls. I am on the do not call list, but that has not prevented these calls from coning in.
Piss-ant company that calls, leaves no message and hangs-up when answering machine comes on...
I am now getting calls with the Kantar Ops on my caller ID, and also caller unknown numbers with the actual number for these idiots... UGGGGgggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
You know what's really annoying? People that repeatedly push elevator and crosswalk buttons. Drives me nuts. And how about those black people? I don't think they should be sitting at the front of the bus. And dang it, on CNN they keep interrupting that show about Tom Cruise's baby and Britney Spears' vagina with the news. I sure does hate that!
called while i was out, no msg. I screen calls anyway.
***UPDATE***
~~Thanks Radio DJ!~~
I called 602-735-3200 (Call was answered: "Kantar Operations." I then asked to be removed from their calling list. I was told it would be taken off their calling list. We will see if this does the trick.
Late is subjective. Stop being a pussy and turn the ringer down.
We have received at least three calls from this number. I don't care if "research and polling are NOT included in the DNC legislation" or not. There is something called "harrassment and annoying calls". They call around 9PM every night. This is considered late for calls in this home.
There's also no need to be "strict." If someone is calling you to do a survey and you don't want to do one why in the hell would they call you back? You don't want to do one....and they want to find someone to answer questions. They aren't sales people, maybe they call you back 10 minutes or 2 days later because you acted as though Target were handing out lobotomies for free over the weekend. They're people just like you that are in school or disabled or supplementing their income. They're only asking you to answer some questions, not for permission to have sex with your 3 year old child. Get over yourselves, you self important weasels.
You people are fucking retarded. Research and polling is NOT included in the DNC legislation. You spend the time to bitch and moan here while slurping milk shakes and pork rinds, yet not be bothered to look up the actual laws. You should have considered the fact that people may call you when you purchased a telecommunication device. Shitheads.
An update:
YES, CALL 602-735-3200

They will do it.

I just called and asked if they want to do a survey they said no thank I said why not you bug us all the time she hung up on me
HA HA HA HA I think I will call her again
They are a research/market research company...
you CANNOT say "please remove our number from your list." they will NOT remove it. You must be firm, and direct: "Remove our number from your listings." And then hangup.
Many of these firms will call back every 2-3 days if you A.) just hang up when they start yapping or B.) you politely ask them to be removed.
Be strict, bitches! lol
but no, seriously, it works.
Phone rang while we were putting down the kids. Told my wife do not answer as I was not familiar w/phone #. No message left on answering service. Internet brought me to this website. Wish USA could prevent nuisance callers like this.
They call my house about once a day. I never pick up.
I have received a call from them. The last time they called, I was ready. I had a paper bag blown up.. when I answered the phone they started talking and then I said" "Oh no, no, no, then I popped the bag. I then yelled I think you shot em.. Then I hung up *lol* I have never received a call back..
I've gotten a couple calls from Kantar OPS too. I don't answer and they don't leave a message. I'll take the advise from one commenter and block the phone number from my phone.
Calling all the time from this number and it hangs up if I don't pick up and even if I do pick up.
i did not answer and they did not leave a message. i am wondering how or why they have my phone number when i am on a do not call list for solitors?
They called, we did not pick up. They did not leave message.
I have am on the NO Call
list. I am handicapped, so is my husband. We are retired and it is hard to run to the phone.
this company is calling day and night I even had a ring from them at 6:45am. What part of no do they Not undetstand
I received this annoying call and they didn't leave a message. Next time they call this number, I will give this a ear fill of DO NO CALL THIS NUMBER AGAIN. I don't want to be bothered with these people!!!!!
Kantar Operations is a telemarketer posing as a survey company so they are 'exempt' from the donotcall.gov lists (of which I'm a member and you should be too). Try calling 602-735-3200 and tell them to take you off of all their lists. They were calling my house nearly every day (my teenagers complained, of course :))
I DO NOT LIKE CALLS FROM UNKNOWN NUMBERS, ESPECIALLY SUNDAYS.
these people always call and it's always at the time when you want to relax and not be disturbed. of course, i let the answering machine pick up and they hang up! so annoying and i want it to stop!!
I don't appericate your company calling me to particiate in a survery and when they ask if I'm of hispanic origin they say ok that concludes the survery. I'm so sick and tired of everyone pandering to the illegal aliens. They are nothing but a burden to the tax payers. I'm going to find out what products you sale. I will not be purchasing to anyone who fogets the American and leagal citizens of this country, I will make sure I will tell everyohe I know about what you are doing. kimyc727@yahoo.com
Kantor ops, They keep calling leaving no message, I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST. They are a survey co, how did they get my number? They have become a pain.
Call - left no message.
Called at 8:04PM !!!
It should be someone I know caling at this hour!
they've called 4 times since 3:oo this afternoon!
i am on the no-call list and recived a call from this company.
7PM Didn't recognize name so let the FAX Machine pick up. They haven't called back. Raleigh, NC
¡ THEY KEEP CALLING US AND DRIVING US CRAZY DAY AND NIGHT.
¿ WHAT CAN WE DO ?
THANK A LOT FOR YOUR HELP
Got two calls today. One early this afternoon, didn't answer, second just a little bit ago. Survey place. The rep was very nice and professional. She explained that they call random numbers and don't follow the Do Not Call rule because they are a opinion research company, so I did the survey. It was a little repetitious, but I could do it while fixing dinner. By the time she was done, I was ready to put dinner in the oven.
called and left no message
349 calls from this number!! Good grief!!
Asked if this was a business, when I said no, the man at the other end said "I'm sorry; I got a wrong number". (Call was on a Saturday).
Called, left no message. According to internet, they are a survey company.
they called then hung dumb bastidez
630-505-3008 was on caller ID, no message left. I do not answer numbers I'm not familiar with.
I am also on the do not call list, when i mentioned that to the girl she became irate, i asked to speak to her supervisor. He got on the line and asked what she had said, he apoligized and said he would talk to her, yeah, that will happen.
They called my general office number and specifically asked for me to our receptionist (I have a foreign name so it is easy to identify). When I picked up, a woman immediately said that she got a wrong number and hanged up. What was this???
Polls, Charities, and political calls are allowed under the do not call list.
try reading the FAQ from the do not list.
ftc.gov
number 31.
HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT FOR EACH CALL RECEIVED FROM THEM WITH NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY. THEY CALL EVERY FEW DAYS
They've been calling a lot lately, possibly 3 times on the same day, and at least once every day. I screen calls and they never leave a message. It's extremely annoying, particularly since I will never take place in their surveys anyway. There should be a way to get them stop, but as others have said, the Do Not Call Registry does not (as yet) apply to surveys. IT SHOULD!
Kantar Ops has been calling steady for three weeks. I look at my caller ID and laugh. Today 9/22/08 @ 1:30 pm guess who calls? I picked up the phone, did not say anything just to hear a female say hello for about a minute. Then I had to LOL at her. I'm on the DNC list, some people just don't give up do they?
im like wtferk is dis number? who is calling me from 630?
some happy-voiced chick was talking i said noone here is over 21 lol
What good is the do not call list ? Report calls often , apparently nothing is ever done about them.
They call two to three times a week. I do not answer and let it go into my answering machine. When it goes into answering machine, they hang up.
I am in NY I got a call at the office 6:00 pm. No message. Who the heck are these people? I really don't understand the impact of the Don't Call Registry (I'm on it) if they don't enforce it!!! Very annoying!
they called 5 times in the past hour...first we were eating dinner and they called twice, then they called 3 times while i did the dishes.grrrr
they called left no message, i called back and asked who this is and got nothing. just a no service number.

They called and I was outside. I am on the do not call list also. They did not leave a message on my answering machine either.
Got a call fromKantar Ops. Filed a complaint with DoNotCall.gov.
Do not know who the caller is. They never leave a message. It's a mystery to me.
They stopped for awhile now I got one again--and I emailed them a month ago and told them to take my name off their list. Therefore, my email to them today said, per this documented email AND my save Caller ID info I'm proceeding with a lawsuit in Small Claims if I get one more call. AND I MEAN IT. I can really use the money.
Survey group out of UK, do not follow no-call listing.
They call over and over. Never a message. I just don't answer. Maddening.
When they call, pick up the phone and just blow a whistle into the mouthpiece.
I am on the do not call list and would no longer like to be called. They call past 8pm sometimes and I have an infant and that is the time she is actually starting to settle down. So yeah I would love it if they would stop calling me!
this is very annoying i will report this to scams and the bbb. to busy for this bs
go here, find the closest rep and complain.
millwardbrown.com
they called me on a sunday afternoon,i work nights,so they woke me from a sound sleep, caller id said kantar ops, thought it was someone from the middle east calling LOL,they hung up when I answered.
they have been calling everyday this past week.
last one 10 minutes ago.
pls let them answer when i pick up the phone. i have a few questions to ask them.
9/9/07 – 3:10pm
I read many of your comments here and you are so right. This guy has the intelligence of dirt. I answered the phone, saying, “Hello” and he jumps into his speech, “ I’m calling from “OPS Consumer Research Company with Kantor”. I said, “You’re calling from where?” He briefly repeated some of what he said, then ask, “Is there a man of the house I can talk with”. I said, “ Yes there is, NO you cannot and do you realize it is Sunday –the Lord’s Day. I am on the do not call register” and before I could finish, he said “I am not a telemarketer and do not fall under their rules”. I said, “You can call yourself whatever you want, but you are not suppose to call and it is Sunday”. He said, “This is the only day I can call”. I asked, “You’re not allowed to call other days”? At this time, it got crazy when ‘he asks’ – “do you have time to answer questions?” I was astonished. I said, “Are you truly that asinine and idiotic that you would ask that question now. I told you “not to call me, take me off your list and I’m on the registrar”. “You’re a pitiful excuse to call on Sunday and I will not argue this nonsense. You are a sad pitiful person surely, GOD will take mercy and you will not burn in hell.” I hung up on him. Even at one point, he was actually reading his “phone call communiqué”, while I was talking. To my surprise, I googled “Kantor OPS” and found all of you. I cannot believe anyone is this obtuse and insensitive to others.
have called 3 times, all times of the day and night
they are just plain stupid, and want to survey, and you tell them not to call and they do it anyway. Even if you are on do not call list
I'll Tell you! I looked this up today, 9/8/09, on Intellius People Search by Telephone # and name, and for FREE (but you can pay $$ FOR REPORT), it gave me info that this person has a criminal record, quite detailed, in Illinois (I previously had ascertained the city of Naperiville(sp); Intelius gave the county, etc. to contact for the court clerk for the records, but I was not going to pay to talk to this scum. This is a scam. I would report this to your phone company now that you know it is a hoax, there is criminal, either past or present involved, etc. DO NOT give these (or this) person any information involved. I imagine we have had at least 20 calls these past several weeks, the latest being yesterday. Sincerely, D.S.
if they can't leave amessage in regard to what they are calling about. Then they need to be blocked on the DNC List
They called twice in the last two hours and most evenings for the last couple of weeks. I told them I'm on the Do Not Call list and they said they don't have to follow it. I registered a complaint at the Do Not Call website and urge everyone else to do the same. Website is donotcall.gov They are persistent and very irritating and apprently think they can ignore the Do Not Call list as they do 'surveys' not solicitations.
Kantar Ops, 630 area code is in Illinois, attempted to call them: Call failed, number busy - No message on my voicemail.
They been calling all week.
I am on the do not call list and I want you to know that I will report your company if you call again. Your representive was obnoxious.
I've received several calls from them and they never leave a msg.
i think they are from paidsurveysetc.com.half-price-coupon
fraud.....
They have beeen calling me too. I have a program called "No Sales Calls" on my computer that hangs up on them whenever they cll now. It works great.
They are calling daily, I do not answer as I have called id and am also on national and local level DNC lists..... how would we report them? Thanks - they are more irritating than anything.
I filled out the complaint form tonight at donotcall.gov and found out that I can put a trace on THEM next time through my comcast company then can have file a report to local athorities. We can also BLOCK the number *call your phone company. So I am following all the channels. BUT the next time they call I WILL answer instead of letting the machine get it. I will annoy the heck out of them by constantly saying NO in an annoying voice with a few snorts in between NO's and I will not stop until THEY HANG UP. This will be fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will let you know how the next RING RING goes. LOL!!!!!!!!!!
God bless America. Here's a tip: Pick up the phone and ask them to stop calling you. It's a shame that so many people are on the Do Not Call list and have no idea what it covers. Please follow this link and scroll down to items 29 through 32:
ftc.gov
Many calls; no answer
I have been receiving calls from this number over the last several weeks.
I have been home sometimes when they called and never asked, and other times saw this number on caller ID.
I'm also on DNC list.
Companies like these should be fined and shut down for not obeying the laws.
If it was me or anyone else harassing the the they would use the law to have us stop.
Now it is time for the laws to work for a private ctizen.
It's a Sunday for Pete's sake. This is the Lord's day.
I answered this time and a woman with a THICK Indian accent said I was one of 1000 Hispanic familes picked to take a survey on household good. WTF, I'm not Hispanic, nor does my last name sound Hispanic.
They called two days in a row on Labor day weekend- so Annoying!
They never leave a message.
Wish they stop soon! :-(
Am on donotcall list. They said they were calling from Toronto Canada and not subject to the donotcall list I googled
6305053008 - its not Canada. What a bunch of freakin liars. They be in the toilet soon I predict.
The keep calling my cell. No msg. Whatever.
been calling me for a week now!!
CORRECTION!!!! they just called again and it was a woman blabbing on about the company name and that it's a survey and i interrupted RUDELY, if i may add, and told her that i was reading a web page about their company and all the complaints from it and that i didn't want to take the survey and hung up.
I just got a call from this company noy more than maybe 5min ago and i looked up the company online. i had answer the phone and no reply from the other end. Rather odd that someone would call and not say a word.
they have continually called me too. if anyone of you is on the "do not call" list, you can report them from that website. i already have.
Called at 9:06 pm, past the allowable time, also on the do not call list, but they don't care.
This place has called several times. They leave no message. I am on the no call list. I will not answer the phone when I don't know who is calling, so if they want me to pick up they need to leave a message.
kantar ops continually calls despite my being on no call list. they do not leave message if call goes to voice mail.. please get them to stop
Interestingly, I set my computer to answer this number as soon as it recognized the caller ID. This only happened one time (after weeks of calling). Of course, that was the same day that I reported them to the DO NOT CALL site. Coindence -maybe - but I've not received any more phone calls from them.
If you want to file a complaint about this company go to donotcall.gov
got a phone call from this # at 2:35 am on my cell AND my home phone..who are these people ?
Kantar OPS did not answer no message left
called and did not leave a message, i am on the do not call list
Just called, then hung up when my answering machine picked up. I searched the number and found this site. I am on the "Do Not Call" list, but I guess that list doesn't apply to survey companies?
According to my caller ID unit they tried several times when I wasn't home, but never left a recording. Today when I said "Hello?" the voice said "Have I reached a business?"
I replied, "No, you've reached a residence; how may I help you?"
The caller hung up abruptly.
My number is on the Do Not Call list. I filed a complaint.
This company does not come up on Caller I.D., and when it goes to the answer machine, it sometimes leave a message to call back at the 630-505-3008 number or other times the callers hang up when it hears the message prompt on our phone. They even call after 9pm week days and week-ends.
Bob Rivera, that responded from Kantar Operations" "Although Kantar Operations does not have an internal database for "do not call" requests, ..." is BS'ing you all! They're just trying to get away with it. I emailed them today and told them to **** OFF.
And please file a complaint with DNC every time they call. This is out of control and I'm tired of it.
This company seems to ignore the Do Not Call List.
I've been receiving phont calls from this number for several weeks and they are increasing. I don't answer calls from people/businesses I don't know and this one is getting EXTREMELY annoying. I've been on the do not call list since it's inception. I'm glad to have found this website. Now I need to figure out how to report them to the authorities and the Do Not Call people.
just don't answer this one. some incoming calls now bill your account and this may be one.
Keep getting repeated calls fro Kantar Ops, 630-505-3008. I never answer, and they keep calling...
Called at 6.20pm to our office. Answered phone with standard business greeting. Lady at other end said 'Is this a business number' and I responded 'yes m'am' and she said ' I must have the wrong number.' So I guess they don't want to talk to businesses.
go to kantaroperations.com
this will explain who these people are

What's up with all these calls? Why are they allowed to continue the harrassment?
tell them to stop calling me i'm on the do not call list thank you
This # keeps showing up on caller ID, but when I return the call, it's always busy, and they never leave a message.
It is for the likes of folks
like this that answering-machines are in such wide usage & Caller ID.
i tell ya once i tell ya twice...they called my house today at 10 after 12 i said to myself im gonna look them up on this here internet.... and i find this sight right here.I tyell ya sombodys got alot of time on there hands .nah mean!
no messgaes as i wouldn't pickup but they call every hour onn the hour the last three days
They have called our house several times. We have not been able to answer so far, but if they call back I will answer and yell at them (not that it will do any good). We are also on the do not call list.
No message left
They never leave a message, but they call often.
they called me today (didn't answer)... looked it up on google... found this site... who are these fuckers? they need to be stopped!! fucking goddamn capitalists!!!!!!!!
4 in the afternoon on a sunday,
they asked my opinion, and i said my opinion is that i dont like having my cell phone called.
bastards. these lists are in place for a reason, how can they possibly get away with it?
it seems to be one of those surveys. it is getting really annoying, about 5 times already. they never leave a message.
My mother picked up once when I wasn't home and told her they wanted me to participate in a survey...scary thing is, they actually knew my name. They've been calling since, but I haven't been picking up. How annoying!
caller id didn't show up. answered it anyway, thought t was my neighbor, NOPE! It was these folks wanting to do a survey about hotels. I told her sorry not interested and she kept talking, so I hung up on her. Google says it is "Millward Brown" some kind of survey company.
Another survey group who shouldn't be calling people on the no-call list.
This number keeps calling and tonight they called at 10:30pm! I told them it was much too late to call and to not call again. We are also on the do not call list.
I emailed this company and this is what I got back. Haven't had any call since. Just wanted to share. "I'm writing to apologize for any inconvenience our call might have created. We understand and respect your decision not to participate in our survey.
Although Kantar Operations does not have an internal database for "do not call" requests, we submit such requests to our sample suppliers who maintain "do not call" databases. Rest assured we will submit your telephone number 708-499-**** to our telephone sample providers to place you on their "do not call" database.
Sincerely,
Bob Rivera
Director of Consumer Opinion
630-955-8984bob.rivera@kantaroperations.com"
Called just after 10 p.m. local time. Called Sat mid day. I don't answer if I don't know number and they never leave messages. Only know them from number.
called about a survey... told them wasn't in the family
5 minutes after getting a call from this number I got a call from a similar scam number: 361 992 3060, which comes up as FutureMarket TE (this number comes up as Kantor Ops). When I click on the map showing the US distribution of people getting bothered by both companies, the maps are very similar. Makes me think both scams are the same company (or individual). I'm on the DNC list.
Kantar Ops came up on the caller id twice today. I ignored it both times.
Caller ID left the number and ID Kantar OPS
What is this..Is this for real...
Got two calls from this caller this morning. Answered once and told them I didn't need what they offered. And 10 minutes later the same number called again, which I didn't answer. It's outrageous as my number is on do-not-call list.
Called me twice in an hour. I was unable to get to the phone but saw it on caller ID. Googled the number and found bunch of comments on it. I guess it is a telemarketing or some kind of scam.
Since I do not recognize the phone number I do not pick up. Now that I know its a survey company, I'll ignore it or hang up on them. I'm also on the do not call list.
First time we got a call from this number - no message left - we didn't answer cuz we didn't know who they are. We always check this site when we get any weird calls. It's great to read other comments and find out who these people are. We will file a DNC complaint also.
they call every other week same no message and hangup
I received a call from this # today and I am on the Do Not Call List. Why does this happen. As soon as my answering machine picked up, the person hung up
I've received a couple of dozen calls over the past week at all hours of the day/night. I have taken the advice of some of you and filed a complaint with donotcall.gov. This is just unbelievable.
This number has been calling me several times a day. Usually around evening. Like 4 and 5 times in a row. I called it back and it's some sort of survey place. I'm on a DNC list too. They're just blowin my phone up. Stop them!
How do we stop this calling frenzy ?
They called my house 2 times today between 5:09 PM and 5:33 PM. I too am on the "Do Not Call" list and to the best of my knowledge have never rec'd calls from this "company" before. If it keeps up I will also file a complaint at donotcall.gov
this company has called 12 times in 8 days they never leave a message.and I'm on the do not call list
It looks like I'm getting off easy with this one... only 1-2 calls a week for a couple of months now --- but last night (Sun eve) they called every 5 minutes - I had company and didn't want to answer - afterall just because it rings, doesn't mean I have to answer --- they just kept calling. Finally stopped about 9pm.
I didn't think any business would do calls on Sunday. Called 13 times Sunday afternoon till 9PM. From Chicago area. I turned off the ans machine, they still hung up after 4 rings. Damed intercorsing rectums.
This company called me Sunday starting in the morning and this evening they have called every 20 to 30 minutes starting at 5:00 pm and it is now 9:00 at night.
These people called me 5 times yesterday and 4 times today (sunday) in a 30 minute period. I am on the do not call list.
Per my caller id been calling for several weeks about once a day, now every 10 minutes. I finally answered and told them to put me on their do not call list - now phone rings every 5 minutes with "not enough information" on the caller id. Whoever this company is this is abusive harrassment. I'm filing a FTC complaint.
This number was on my caller id today - No message. I am on the do not call list...
Several x daily, Kantar Ops, I did answer once and they wanted to survey a 16-19 year old boy. Always hang up after 3 rings, of course do not leave message. My Shelties think they have to let us know when the phone is ringing (Sometimes before it rings), and this company is about to make them hoarse or neurotic. Am on DNC list and haven't had much problems except for the US Army or Sheriff's fundraisers, but I'll forgive them.
They have called me Many, Many times. I don't answer because don't know who they are. No message left. I will file complaint with donotcall.gov Lot of good that will probably do.
Did not know who ar what KANTAR OPS is. Gave them the Anti-sales button. Tiem to report them as in violation of the DO NOT CALL law.. another call to the states attorny generals office. I wish we all could get a protion of the fine... Wishing
Did not recognize caller ID or phone number, so did not answer. No message left on machine
how can i get them to stop calling 8 & 9 x a day ????
I have filed a complaint with donotcall.gov
They call severial times a day. I would ask for everyone to please register a complaint.
KKEPS CALLING BUT LEAVES NO MESSAGE ON MACHINE....I TOO AM ON NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST....HMM...MAYBE WE SHOULD ALL GO TO THE WEBSITE (NATNL. DO NOT CALL LIST) AND SUBMIT MASSIVE COMPLAINTS. LET THE IDIOTS TRY TO ARGUE WITH ME WHEN THEY CALL AGAIN...I'LL BE SURE TO LET THEM KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE PISSED AND HAVE REORTED THEM HERE. SEEMS THIS WEBSITE DOES MORE FOR US THAN THE NTNL. DO NOT CALL REGISTRY...
I have filed a complaint against Kantar Ops. They have called about 10 times in the past 3 days.
Kantar Ops. telephone survey service. girl stated that they have a random generating phone number and will be unable to remove my number from the list. called 5 times 2-3 minutes before 9 p.m.
Why can't they just leave you alone when you are in the middle of eating dinner or anything else? This is getting ridiculous in the real world.
Received a call from this number on a Saturday, at 11:30AM. Caller ID said Kantar Ops-did not pick up and the caller left no message on the voice mail (shocking...)
no answer
I say we call them repeatedly during business hours and ask them to participate in a survey. Do you like annoying phone calls? Why not? Do you consider this call a total waste of time? Why?

Stop Calling me, I just told you guys that I didn't want to participate in any surveys
They called last week around 8PM, Sunday around 3PM, and today at 8PM. I do not answer, nor do they leave a message...
I just googled this phone number and was surprised that so many others are having the same problem that I am. I filed a complaint.
I did'nt answer this time they keep calling I don't know where they get the number- does anyone know?
Called - no message left
Annoying people..keep calling, no message.4 times in an hour....6 days straight ..pain in the A--
Millward Brown has shown up on my caller I.D. 3x since April 19, 07. I'm also on the donotcall.org list so I didn't pick it up. Maybe it's not a telemarketer but a bill collector? Anyone out there owe someone $ ?
They called last night and broke out in Spanish.. informed them that I did not speak spanish...they still wanted me to take latino survey...
FYI...if you are on the DO NOT CALL LIST...for more than 31 days let them know that you will file a compliant at donotcall.gov and that they subject to $11,000 fine. That should stop the calls.
Called at 7:30 at night. Left
no message on the answering machine.
I googled the phone number, and found that the caller is Millward Brown. They called several times, including this morning. It must be an automated dialer, as they have hung up before I get to the phone. I'm also on the do-not-call list. But, some phone surveys including those that ask politically affiliated questions are exempt from the DNC list. (I don't know if this company is asking that kind of question).
My computer answers the phone 24/7, no exceptions. The recording after this call was a woman with a slight accent saying "Hello" over and over.
called me more than 9 x last week - considering using an airhorn the next time they call
Called 03/10 @ 11:10am
Sneaky smart rule breakers.. always 3 rings and a hang up before my spam caller answering device locks 'em up. There is a special place for the likes of this ilk.
Called tonight 2/27/07 at 6:59pm and claimed to be representing the Lukemia Society. I hung up on them.
They have called everyday for the last 4 days. Now that I know who they are, the next time they call, I'm answering with the words "No I am not interested in participating in your survey" and then hanging up the phone>
Naperville, IL
Want you do participate in a survey...
Called in today, at 6 pm, too bad I was at work when they called. Oh well.
They called at 6:46 pm here.. arghh.. we had just come through the door.. they didn't leave a message though..

They've called my house several times. I dont answer but they don't leave messages.
They call me at least once a day!! I just don't answer but, it is very annoying. I am on the do not call list but...you know how it is!
This number keeps calling on Sat. in the morning! How do I make them stop?!
Called last night with no message on the machine.
I get calls from these folks too, and I am on the national AND NY no call lists. They never leave a message. I think there has to be a way to report them but duno how.
Just got in the door from work, phone rang answered it without thinking & said the name of the co. I work for. They hung up. This number has been on my caller ID many times, but no messages on my machine.
Beware..This place just keeps calling a few times a day now, told them once to stop calling. They called again, tonight the guy actually argued with me that he just wanted to ask a couple of questions and stated they don't follow a list, they call numbers at random. I had to hang up on him and I just filed a complaint as I'm on the do not call list and they are getting out of control.
This number keeps coming up and they never leave a message. I'm on the do not call list and always have been. They have been told this.
they actually called 2 days ago in the early evening. my answering machine picked up and sure enough the usual click and dial tone came up. i looked them up on the net and they are indeed some survey company.
Appears to be yet another so called survey company. Google search the number, and you will find other comments and info on the net.
