They never leave message or speak when I answer phone.
When I called the # back..it was Comcast...a recording.
I notified my known Comcast people to report this as bothersome.
Hope they check the people at the office of this # or the cell of this person.
They said they'd look into it, but....

I called back to see if I had any outstanding charges, and they said I didn't then why do I still get this call?

Never leave a message. If they would leave a message and state purpose of calling I would return call.Otherwise, I will never answer.

I have cable and internet with Comcast. If there is a question they have regarding that service, they should leave a message. When they call and hang up on the answering machine I assume it's selling something. I want my name removed, PLEASE!

Even after telling them we weren't interested in their phone service, they've now called twice again this week trying to sell us on it. Why can't they take no for an answer?

2007-08-26 06:54:59 UTCZ Antolak

We already have Comcast cable TV and internet. They've called us over a dozen times now trying to sell us their phone service, which we do not intend to buy, especially in light of these obnoxious telemarketing calls which have woken me on several occasions. Most recently, they called during a period when service was out in our whole area. If we did subscribe to their phone service, they wouldn't have even been able to reach us!

Call twice a day, no message.

I seem to get calls from this number about twice a day. it is always recorded and I really hate it. Comcast needs to stop stalking people.

Very annoying recorded(I think) message. Used my first name and then said put my wife on the line. I hung up after that. very unprofessional

I have been a Comcast subscriber (cable and internet) for as long as they've been in Chicago. But now, on top of their junk mail promotions that arrive 2 or 3 times/week and what seems to be at least half of all TV commercials, now they feel the need to call my cell once every week or so -- I am so sick of the company. Hey, Comcast: ENOUGH ALREADY. GO AWAY!

2007-04-07 03:58:31 UTCr sosner

You already have my business. Don't call & hang up without a message. Don't give me any more of the business!!!!

illinios call

How do I stop them from calling?

  1. Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
  2. If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.
  3. Block them with a call blocker:
