How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the
FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

Lady actually sounded nice.... I love it when they leave messages. She must of been new, said her name an the whole " I have a urgent matter.. Bla bla bla" lmao Jeanie, I think it was...? Even stated she was callin for ARS. I love how they jus pass it around everyones desk. And when u get the toughguy who sounds SO SERIOUS, like if you don't call back the world will jus stopping spinning... LMAO. good luck to u people.... Anybody kno how much they get paid? I'm sure some kind a percentage, but what a unfulfilling job, or maybe it's fun to some of them? They get to put there lil act on an piss people off all day. That has to be a intern job to do all the calling an message leavin untill someone answers an then they probably pass it to the award winning smart a$$, n let him do his job. Man I wish they let those guys do all the message leaving, there the best...lol.
I just called them back today (Thanksgiving) expecting no answer but a man did answer. Can anyone verify? Maybe it's not the real number of the "collection agency."
Who are these people! They call my cell phone daily and when I try to call back the call does not go through.
Caller called not indenting who they are, demand to speak to someone we never heard of and very rude,we hung up, someone called back a 2nd time, we asked to speak to a supervisor they hung up. then again they called back a thrid time screaming at us. this all happen with in 10 minutes of all calls. Comenting they even know my son name..
Called our house nearly every day asking for someone that we've never heard of. They've been told they have the wrong number about 20 times. Last time I told them wrong number, and I was tired of telling them that. They immediately called back Five times in a row. Only now they were using my name.
The woman they are trying to contact does not have this phone number anymore. I think it is really a collection agency.
Called me just now. I answered the phone "hello" the woman on the other end said "well does he have a spouse who could take the call?" I said "uhh hello?" She said "I can't understand the person on the phone" and hung up
Called regarding a past "charged off" debt that had already been paid a year ago.
Harassing calls everyday, different person, when asked they said that was one of their tactics, trying to collect on a charged off account, not gonin happin
Calls 3-5 times daily..doesn't leave message. Found out cell number from ARS collection agency. Can't return phone call. Sttes number is not in service.
They called today to talk to my husband about a "past debt" that has been forwarded to their agency.... the minute my husband said the account had been "stolen" and was fraudulant the person on the phone hung up.

Called my cell phone. I missed the call, but I tried calling back and it says my call cannot be completed. You can't call this number back, you just get an error message. Ridiculous. I would really like to know who this is.
seem to call almost daily, but we dont answer. No idea who they are....
Harass the hell out of you.. but dont leave messages either...
I didn't recognize the number so I didn't pick up. No message. They call 3 times a day, an hour apart each call.
