I have the "Does not accept solicitations" option on my phone. They still rang through but did not leave a message.

Marketing Fraud...a scammer who calls it like it is!

2013-03-03 16:47:35 UTCNorm A

Got to appreciate the honesty of a "Marketing Fraud" caller ID. Did not answer the call as I do not answer BS calls.

My # is listed on DNC...so why are they calling???

2013-01-08 15:29:54 UTCsan

These are the people (if you answer) that tell you there has been a robbery in your neighborhood. It is a recording at first and then the sales pitch starts. I do have them blocked so it only rings once.

unknown scammer puke.

SHOWS:( LTMARKETING )

Rang 16 times & we didn't answer.

2013-01-03 15:59:01 UTCsan

Call starts out with "Don't hang up, there has been a burglary in your neighborhood." Then sales pitch starts.

2013-01-03 15:21:39 UTCLinda

"Do not hang up! This is not a sales call!"

Oh yeah? Then why does the caller ID say LTMARKETING?

Asshole.

It'll be nice to find out their street address and have them sent a TON of useless catalogs and other junk mail. Cram their mailbox full of crap everyday.

2012-12-06 00:22:49 UTCc.s

dont call again

2012-12-06 00:04:32 UTCJoe

Nothing when I answered, I pressed ########, and some one came on the line. I hung up at this time...

2012-12-04 17:54:05 UTCradio station

called and hung up (no "sorry" --rude) upon hearing radio station name in the greeting. called back but got the deet-deet-deet-deet tone.

2012-12-03 23:38:44 UTCJackie

It showed a CA cell phone and when I answered, I get a recording screaming at me "DO NOT HANG UP! This is NOT a sales call! There has been a burglary in your neighborhood ..." click!

Get calls from these card service companies daily. This time I pressed 9 to speak to a representative. When he answered, I said, Stop calling me.....and he said NO and hung up.

Taking care of a very sick child and I have to answer the phone to hear this ridiculous message? I can't tell you how angry this made me. Businesses like this should be shut down completely.

2012-11-21 16:01:34 UTCLinda

"Do NOT hang up! This is NOT a sales call! There's been a burglary in your neighborhood and you have been selected or referred by a friend to receive a free GE home security...(blah, blah, blah)."

God I wish live people made these calls.

There's SO much I'd like to say!

2012-11-12 17:03:46 UTCLinda

Robocall. "If you have an interest in having a GE security system installed at no cost to you..."

Not today. Not tomorrow either.

How do I stop them from calling?

  1. Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
  2. If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.
  3. Block them with a call blocker:
