How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).

Same. No longer leave a message. I have an account w/ youmail.com. l forward my land line calls to screen calls like this because verizon service sucks at this and charges. . Once id then i can block using my phone app to set any more calls like this to be ditched

Caller (Joe) claimed he had spoken with me in Jan 2010 (today's date = 9/19/2012) about 'work on my home.' I cannot recall speaking with anyone from this unnamed company, and have no relationship with them. They are scum scum scum.
Jerk keeps calling. Called 5 times within the last month and a half. Already filed complaints with do not call.gov next step police dept for harassment.

Callers claim to be John from Home Improvement or other lies. If you contact them in any way, such as ''Take us off your list'' opt-out online or by dialing 1, 2 or 9 then you are instead validating that a human ear is responding to the Turing Test and placed permanently ON their SUCKERS LIST.

caller identified himself as "Junior"; called asking for parents by name (me) but son told them unavailable. Junior continued to ask if parents weren't home, son stuck to story, then Junior asked my son if he had friends over. My son hung up and did reverse look-up but would have had to pay money for exact identity of caller. Only information it gave was from West Covina area.
