Call came in for a "Robert" (from previous caller, I wonder if there's some pattern). My boss is Robert, but they didn't have the last name right. I told them they must have the wrong number, and they told me they didn't and wanted to talk to Robert. I asked what this was in regards to and maybe I could be of some help. They wouldn't tell me, but said it was a "personal matter". The lady said her name was "Miss Williams" and she wanted my boss to call her back. Called the number she gave and it said the company was "West Asset Management".
