Called office - answered bc I have to. Man goes "yes, hello" then all is quiet. I said HELLO really loudly in a nasty voice (they annoy me, I annoy them) and he hung up. Won't be answered again, just hung up on.
if you have sprint you can use your call block online. Also I have a palm pre cell & I add the numbers to a contact labeled Do Not Answer . Works great!
These people are calling my job. You tell them to stop and they call back a week later. If anyone wants their address, here it is:

I have been getting calls from these people for several weeks.... I get an automated message indicating that I am being subpoenaed to appear in court and to please hold... at that point I hang up. I have also been getting email messages with my name and address indicating possible money owed me... I am wary of any such offers knowing that it is a common phishing technique but I wonder why I have become such an inviting target.

that the original creditor knew Nothing about it.
its a SCAM.
and sending letters to scam people out of money is MAIL FRAUD.
They are still calling us. They leave messages for my husband using his middle name not his first. So annoying.
they keep calling for someone else with same last name. I have to call them and they are rude.I have to tell them quit calling. they say they will and then in a month or so they show up again. jerks. they wont give out thier address either.
Is this a legit company or should I be concerned about possible identity theft? What is their motive?
