i went a little further finding out where # was since it's not "really listed" digital-design.com, in nashville, tn. they do the voip for this company, since we can't get the assholes who keep on calling us, maybe we can get the company who sold them the software. just a thought?
I'm really tired of trying to find out who owns the number, I'm going for the phone company and lodge the complaints. they have to confront them with the complaint within 48 hours. this is from FCC and ICC

Same complaint as everyone else. The Federal government has to do something about this. The US attorney general should be looking into these matters closely (as well as the states). Things like this have run amuck over the past several years. If you can have wiretaps w/o warrants, the gov't will hardly care about this. We, the public need to scream about these violations to our privacy, harrasement, deception and violations of the do not call list.

Number: (773) 922-5409 City: Chicago State: IL
Number: (231) 732-2866 City: Morley State: MI
Number: (616) 980-2085 City: Grand Rapids State: MI
Number: (231) 732-2865 City: Morley State: MI
Number: (617) 245-9613 City: Cambridge State: MA
Number: (917) 210-4603 City: New York State: NY
Number: (202) 747-7309 City: Washington State: DC

Shows up as HSBC Card Srvs. Credit card company says that this is not them. They also use 231-732-2866, 616-980-2085, 231-732-2865, 617-245-9613, 917-210-4603, 202-747-7309. Obviously it is not against the law to make false claims about who you are. Household bank card is not represented by any of these numbers. When will the legal system step in and stop this kind of harrassment. I block a number and BANG they are right back with a new one.

they call at least twice a day and refuse to leave a message. Obviously they don't abide by the no call list. something needs to be done about these people.

2008-05-30 23:03:39 UTCBBB

The keep calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling............every day multiple times a day. Where are these people at so that I might smite them with my .44 magnum.....

2008-05-29 18:06:32 UTCBBB

They call many times a week not always from the same number. Do not call list is not working!

2008-05-09 20:53:26 UTCDrew

They call several times a week for a specific person who is rarely here. When asked who is calling, they always say "No message. We'll call another time. Onviously either a bill collector or an unsolocited telemarketer. Apparently they do not abide by the national Do Not Call list.

Do not answer this number.

2008-04-03 01:53:07 UTCSF

Some robot spouting B.S. about credit services in an automated call. I can't figure out what the point of it is, it's just a nuisance and thousands of people are complaining about it. Some exec in HSBC's marketing department should lose their job over this.

2008-03-20 03:45:13 UTCST

they will call two to four times on the same day -- unsolicited sales call

How do I stop them from calling?

  1. Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
  2. If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.
  3. Block them with a call blocker:
