Who Called Us

"Ameritech Somac" called me and asked if I was ready to have Stanley Steamer come and clean my carpets. I am on the do not call list. I don't understand. Is this really Stanley Steamer?

It's Stanley Steemer calling to try to set an appt. to come out. They literally call me 3x's a week for the past year.

I picked up the phone, silly me, and it was Stanley Steemer.

They keep calling??? They must need the business really bad BUT since they are so unprofessional and make these calls daily, in the evening, I will NEVER use their services because of this!!!!!

I had Stanley Steamer about 18 months ago. I get these calls about every three months and they call everyday for at least a week if not more.

Never a message, just the name and number that shows up on caller ID

The caller ID read: Ameritech Somac. Didn't answer.

Apparently, if you have ever used Stanley Steemer within the past year, they're calling to come back out and service your carpets.

Stanley thinks we'll pick up if it isn't them calling.

We haven't used them in YEARS and yet they call over and over and over....

they have call twice since i got my cell phone last week. i am so mad i want them to stop calling..how do u get on the no call list thing?? i picked up cause i didnt have time to look at the number and there was just static on the other line...this is making me mad

Many calls from this number but I don't answer and they never leave a message.

Who is American Somac? If this number really is Stanley Steemer, why don't they say so on Caller ID? They left no message.

I used them back in July and they still keep calling me!!!! I WISH THEY WOULD STOP!!!! THEY CALL ALL THE TIME I NEVER ANSWER THEM.

It is a carpet cleaning commercial. Only on this place I know it is stanley steemer. I will never use themat all.

Have received multiple calls from this number at various times of the day, a message is never left.

Kept calling my home, never left a message to someone else in the house either. Asking for me "by my name".Finally googled and found out it was Stanley Steemer.It appears as Stanley S. (Steemer) I guess.

Have used them in the past year, but don't appreciate the number of calls made to my cell. I just ignore them now.

Did not leave a msg. Former customer, although did not answer because not a local calll and was made to look like a personal caller; name of which I did not recognize.

Also did business with Stanley Steamer 5 mos ago; it's irritating because they call so late at night on my cell.

I didn't know the number and did not take the call. Caller did not leave a message on voicemail.

How can you guys be pissed about receiving a call from a company that is so tough on dirt, yet so gentle on carpet?

I didn't recognize the number so I clicked it off. Googled it, found it was Stanley Steemer. If they call again I'll tell them I no longer have my own place that needs cleaning.

called and removed my # from list. told them it was a cel. she asked if there was a home phone they could CALL INSTEAD?!?
i said no. gads.

I called them back and Stanley Steemer answered. I told them to stop calling me, and she asked me if I wanted someone to give me a call back in about six months or so. No, I said, I don't want to ever receive a call from them again. They said they would take my number off the list. We'll see.

They call everyday. I answered and said 'Hello' and all I heard was 'Hello?' then they hung up. Very weird.

Left them a message back telling them I'm not wanting calls made to my cell phone and that I'm reporting that on this web site

Had some work done by "Good Ole Stan" a year or so ago. That's prob how they got my cell #.
