How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the
FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

They take care of credit business for Ann Taylor, Lane Bryant, Bealls, Maurice's and Avenue, to name a few. You probably owe one of those companies money. There are rules, however, for WHEN they can call. ONLY between 8AM and 9PM each day, and if you've had dealings with them, they CAN call you on Sunday.
Be sure to send letters and l/m on v/m for their President & EVP. Write to FTC to revoke their license to operate as a bank. Also file a report with the consumer protection of your state & the State of Ohio. And complain to the Attorney General of your state as well as the State of Ohio.

This the number they call from after they have called from 913-563-5507. What a pain these callers are.
They have been calling me from several numbers, no messages left. Sometimes calling at at nighttime, midnight, 1am, 2am, 3am. Who ever they are the area code is in Columbus Ohio. Other numbers called from 614-729-6080 and 614-729-6077. They have been calling about 6-7 times a day. Sounds like an auto-dialer for a creditor. Calling at 3am is unacceptable. I think its a scam artist using account information for department stores. Businesses dont contact clients at 3am.
These people are bill collectors for Ann Taylor and some other stores

They are just harrassing people
