Asked to speak to supervisor due to repeated calls. Each time they ask for a different person as their database is clearly flawed. The supervisor acknowledged that they are making calls on behalf of Bank of America.

Don't have a clue who they are

Influent it is a 3rd party telemarketing company hired by BofA. They have locations in 3 different countries (can google the name). Calls could be from overseas. Filing on-line complaints if you're on the do not call list helps.

Leave no message. Call constantly, almost everyday.

They have called my parents home several times in the last 3 days and everytime they are told that I'm off at school, the caller hangs up without saying anything else. Very unprofessional.

so, these idiot have to call on different numbers hoping to get thru my WONDERFUL filter. Just add a number and it never rings my phones again.

I receive calls from this number all hours of the day and evening. We are on the "Do Not Call List",and have stated to the other party "do not call our number again." Of course, the calls keep on acoming.

They call me regularly but when I say hello, they don't answer.

Everyday for the past few months I get this call. I'm not home and when I am I don't answer. Tried calling back, no one picks up. I don't know what do about it anymore.

They call two or three times a day a few days in a row and leave no message. Then they stop for a while. This is the third round with them. I have never answered the phone.

We purchased a home last year while looking at papers to file taxes i seen in my Bank Of America (BOA) a number you could call to be taken off solicitation list,this it what the paper said... To have your name taken off preapproved credit solicitation (not just from BOA) you can call credit reporting Industry prescreening opt-out at this mumber (1-888-567-8688)I am hoping these calls will stop if not i will go to donotcall.gov and file a complaint being i am on the do not call list and maybe they will stop. GOOD LUCK to evryone trying to get these calls stopped i hope this info will help.

Usually does not talk or wants to talk to my daughter who does not live here. They call here at least twice a week and it's getting very old. They do not believe me that my daughter who is married, no longer lives here.

....my new strategy for all these type calls is to open the line and sit the phone aside. Seems to stop them...

Got my first call today. Read all the comments from others that have recieved calls from them. When I answered, they asked for me,when I ID myself they hung up! I called the B of A @1-800-432-1000. They took all my info. and said I would be hearing from them with-in the next few days. We'll see! I will probably close my account with them.

I am a Bank of America customer in the Tampa Bay area. BofA probably has an unscrupulous employee who is selling numbers of accountholders.

I had received 3 calls earlier today, which I screened and did not answer. I picked up on this 4th call. Cindy Tripp said she was calling on behalf of, and authorized by, Bank of America. I said she should not be calling, as I am on the No Call list. I said thank you, and hung up.

Does anyone know if we can file a class-action suit against this company with the Columbus DA or the Ohio State Attorney General?

I did some investigation. Some of this duplicates stuff others have posted, but I have e-mail addresses that I didn't see in any other posts... It is a company Called Influent, Inc. in the town of Dublin, OH, just outside of Columbus. "Influent offers a full range of call center outsourcing solutions..."

the number called many times, sometimes several times in one day, left no message. i ansered once, asked them not to call back. got three more calls the next day.

I have a name and a contact phone number for Influent. Everyone call Hayley Savage at 614-280-1600. She's senior vice president for sales and marketing. Tell her that her company is in violation of the Do Not Call Registry Law and demand that she connect you to the person who has the authority to stop the calls. If we flood her phone, she'll have to deal with it.

The corporate headquarters is at 565 Metro Place S, Dublin, OH 43017 for those who want to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Bank of America is selling identity theft protection package. I listened to the whole presentation to find out if this is for real. She gave me a number to call 888-665-9900 for questions. Haven't yet called but intend to.

These people call all the time. I once ansrd the phone and found out it was a boiler room of people from Bank of America trying to sell insurance. I have repeatedly asked them to take my name off their list with no satisfaction Their website shows an "opt out" page with a form to fill out. This number is on my ID a lot lately. Silence on the other end if I answer. I guess it's time to report them to the Do Not Call people. Let's all make the report and this will stop.

Number is registered to Influent in Dublin, OH. They advertise themselves as a call center, which normally means being able to accept calls, not call out. Calling out is a Boiler Room.

If they persist, I will program my computer to dial their number incessantly, and not leave a message. Maybe that will make them stop.

I keep getting the call from 614-652-2637, i was never home. i tried to call the number back but it didnt seem to go anywhere. tonight they called and asked for me, but since i didnt know who they were i said "she's not here right now" they slammed the phone down before i could say anything else. i have been recieving these calls since june 2007

This Number is from a group of numbers which is not the Main access number just log and note it "Do Not Answer"

I just got one phoen call so far and for some reason I was compelled to look it up and I found this website. VERY INTERSTING. Isn't there a per-call monetary fine to keep calling people on the National Do Not Call Registry??? Come to think of it this also started for me as an 800 or 888 number, I was never home so I never paid attention to it. Saw it on the caller id... filed a complaint with do not call list.

First calls came from 866 315-8139 for weeks, then from 866 313-8139. No one is ever there when I answer. Called back last number and reached a company in Canada which stated they were affiliated with BOA. Calls finally stopped from those numbers and now are coming from 614 652-2637, identified as Influent. This has been going on from these three numbers everyday since Dec. I have called BOA and asked them to quit calling, told they would and the calls keep coming. I know I don't need to answer the phone, but I still need to get up and see who's calling. I am so tired of this several times of day.

They're a call center contracted by Bank of America. They wanted to sign me up for insurance.
They asked to confirm my address and tell them my date of birth.
I thought they were phishing for ID theft, but I guess they're legit.
I just wasn't at all comfortable giving some giggly girl my DOB for no appearent reason.

Saw "INFLUENT" on Caller ID, so did not answer. They did not leave voicemail.

They call me every single day around 11.30a.m and 8.30p.m.;They didn't leave a message and they do not respond.

apparently they've been calling for a couple of months...don't leave a message...but they always ask for me and i'm never home.

these call 1-2 times a day and are affiliated with BofA in which I bank with. Regardless of my "not interested, then hang up" attempts.. they continue to call. I have my number on the Do Not Call Registar and I am pissed this still occurs!

This person calls and asks for my son. Does not want to leave a message. When I call the number back to see who it is, he will not answer. I have a unlisted phone number.

They call everyday. No message. Through an internet search I found out they are affiliated w/B of A. I went to B of A website and filled out a form for companies not to contact me.

They call me every single day. It's Bank of America with some sort of life insurance offer. Every day I tell them 1) I'm not interested, 2) I'm on the do not call list and 3) to not call again. Every day they call again. I don't know what I can do about it, but they're really pissing me off.
