I am on the Do Not Call list. I realize that companies with whom you have a business relationship are exempt from this. HOWEVER, I did not agree to allow a third party, outsourced to by Wells Fargo, to enter this relationship. Any thoughts from lawyers?

several calls a day, no messages left, i don't pick up since i don't know who it is....i'm sure a solicitor

How do I stop them from calling?

  1. Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
  2. If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.
  3. Block them with a call blocker:
