Called at 12:50 pm. No Name, No Message.

Discover Card offering a new interest rate for enrollment in an automatic debit program. It is extremely annoying that they call over and over again at ridiculous times (as early as 8am and as late as 9pm -- I never pick up the phone if I don't know who it is or why. I don't understand why they can't leave a message!?). I asked them to put me on their don't call list.

Unknown number calls me while I'm at work everyday but never leaves a msg. They always call 3 times in a row between 0800 and 0830. The last time they called me at 0812, 0813, 0814. Always back to back.

I only found out after looking here that it was DIscover. They called many times a day for a few days and never left any messages.

I have only had my home phone number for 2 wks so I am sure Discover was not meaning to contact ME, I am also not a customer, however I am getting sick of them calling everyday. I am in the military and on night shift so I cannot afford to turn my phone ringer off in case I am needed at work, so I get constantly woken up by these a holes calling me everyday.

Called Monday at 8:33AM, 1:25PM. Called Tuesday at 8:20AM, 2:15PM, 3:19PM. Called Wednesday at 10:12AM, 1:51PM. Called today (Thursday) at 8:02AM.

Never leaves a message.

Called at 8AM on a Friday without leaving a message. Caller ID said the number was from Ohio.

annoying b*tch. told her if she is trying to add on another card, she could not talk to a family member. insisted it was not the case, and of course it was. again, a really annoying b*tch, as most telemarketers are.

I have received hundreds of calls on my cell phone from this number. They left no answer. Today I called them and was told that I had a suspicious charge on my account. I was transferred to another department, who proceeded to harrass me into agreeing to automatic bill payment. I ended up hanging up on the aggressive lady after she failed to understand I didn't want their service. She asked me all kinds of potentially risky questions about my email address, ss #, etc., all of which I thought they should have on file already. I told her not to call me again and hung up. Very annoying!!

2-5-07 phone rang, I answered it, no person there, just recording to call Discover Finanical Services and gave me # which I can't remember all of or find on any Discover site

Why are you calling?

they call me NON STOP and leave messages on my voice mail that either make no sense or are saying they want to talk to me about some special offer.

I thought this was from the CC company but it is a collections agency. They are looking for someone and they keep calling my house and I keep telling them that I do not know that person. They have told me that my number has been taken off and they will not call again. This was 01/24/2007. They have called me Friday and I am on hold right now waiting to talk with someone since they have called my house again today on a Sunday.

When I returned the call, the system said "Discover Card." I hung up and called the 800 number (1-800-DISCOVER). They said no one had tried to contact me that they knew of, but that there was a Discover Card division in Ohio. I can't speak to the validity of this number. But they did call me at 830am on a Saturday, waking me up! Now I'm cranky!

I didn't pick up but they left a VM looking for a random person. Said they were from Discover, but I'm not calling back.

They call four to five times a day, even though I've told them not to anymore. They are trying to sell their 'card protection program' (I answered once when I was sick of the calls, to no avail!) My account is fine, so there is no problem. They just keep calling, and it shows 'unknown' on the caller i.d., as well as 'Ohio' as the state from which they are calling.

I have received multiple calls from this number. My account is in good standing with Discover. Could it be fraud alerts or solicitation?

over past month or 2 keep getting calls from 614-283-2204 multiple times a day but no message is ever left.

doesn't anyone believe in voicemail anymore?? wtf. if was really that important that they need to blow up my phone they should leave a message.

called on a sat. 9 am. left message "Dan" from Discover Card, asking me to call back. No Card problems, so I am not calling back. Sounded like a solicitation call anyway...

received several calls starting from Tues. I just got a call at 8:59 11/22/06

I don't know why they are calling.

Has called multiple times a day over the past 30 days. Most recently on 11-8-06 at 8:49 p.m.

Called me but I called a Toll Free Number lookup and it said AT&T, but the call said it was Discover Card. Are they owned by the same company?
