How do I stop them from calling?

Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

Since I have an MBNA MasterCard, this constitutes a "prior business relationship", so they can call me with impunity. However, the agents have been friendly when I say that I'm not interested. No hard sell or badgering. So, I don't really mind the calls.
On the flip side, I don't get telemarketing calls from Visa or American Express. I have credit cards from both of them, too, and neither have ever phoned me for telemarketing purposes. Visa and AE do send a lot of paper junk mail, though.
Calles repeatedly...no message...no name......No clue who this is!
Month of july 2009, same story: several calls a day, no message, and when phone is answered, NOBODY speaks. Yes, one night, they called at 20h30 too
Cancel ur MBNA Account if u really want them to stop calling u!
As long as, u have their MBNA mastercard they will kepp calling u and u have to deal with it unfortunately:(
All excuase they can give it to u that ur an existing customer and national do not call list wont work for them:(

I would like these people to stop calling, I am not in the least interested in dealing with them in any way. How
can I get them to remove my phone # from their calling lists?
They called a couple of weeks ago and left no message. They called again today saying they were calling about my credit card. I have no card with them and told the caller that. He said I mailed in a form - to which I asked for a fax of the form that he said I mailed. I was told I was being tranfered to the accounts department to "straighten it out" and was hung-up on.
I contacted MBNA about the call's from 613-907-2515 and they are following up - suggest everyone do the same.
# 613 907 2515 - called on - April 4 at 11:24 am - April 3 at 3:49 pm - April 1 at 2:52 pm - March 31 at 5:28 pm - countless other call's from the same # for the last 6 to 12 months - each time no response when I pick up - they just hang up. also - 2 other 613 #'s called 1 time each with same result. Interestingly enough I am on a no-call/contact list.

This number is on my phone 2 or 3 times by day, When i answer, between 20 to 30 seconds, no person speaks since many months. I close the phone.
Called this number back. "Thank you for calling MBNA - all our Customer Satisfaction Specialists are assisting other customers". Funny what names they give to customer service reps these days. My satisfaction would be not being telespammed at 8:40PM!

Unbelievable - tracked calls in one week - 20x and that was just when we were home to hear the ring. Does this constitute harassment?
