They need to stop calling because it is very annoying. I had just put my kids to bed one nite they called and just assure as the phone rang and i didnt answer, it woke my kids up...STOP CALLING! NO ONE CARES ABOUT YOUR SURVEY...IF YOU CALL A HOUSE AND NO ONE ANSWERS THEN GIVE UP...USE SOME COMMON SENSE!!!!

I ANSWERED THE PHONE ONLY TO GET A FEMALE RESPONSE OF "I'M SORRY I HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER" THIS NUMBER HAD BEEN CALLING MY HOUSE PHONE FOR THE PAST FOUR DAYS GETTING MY ANSWERING MACHINE EACH OF THE OTHER TIMES, YET THEY HAD TO WAIT UNTIL I ANSWERED THE PHONE TO REALIZE THEY HAD GOTTEN A "WRONG NUMBER". UNSURE HOW THEY GOT MY NUMBER TO BEGIN WITH.
Getting calls from 6136883615 repeatedly to my cell phone - I foolishly gave that number to FedEx when they left a package of mine sit on a truck with "No Delivery Attempt" for three days while I was out-of-town. Within days of the package problem, this number began calling repeatedly to my cell phone. They are in Canada, so they do _not_ need to abide by the restrictions placed on even surveytakers in the US.
I contacted FedEx, letting them know I am _seriously_ unhappy about this...not only do they screw up the package, they manage to make me furious with the telemarketing. Really idiotic way to lose customers, that's for sure.
I don't answer calls from area codes where I don't know anyone. I don't answer calls from "unknown callers. I figure if they never get an answers at my number they will give up. I hope I'm right. Glad to se others feel the same way.
Name on caller ID shows Gatineau QC (Quebec). Didn't answer. I don't know anyone in Canada. I don't make it a habit of answering calls from unfamiliar numbers. No message left.
This "survey company" was calling on behalf of the Texas Lottery Commission...and they have called several times. Each time I tell them I don't gamble and tell them not to call again.

I understand people are busy and are not interested in taking part in surveys. However, we don't sell anything and alot of the surveys we do are political or in regards to important issues that effect all Canadians and/or Americans. For example: We did one (focusing heavily on New Brunswick) in regards to a Nuclear Waste Facility. Alot of people didn't want to do it. BUT, I guarentee that these clowns will whine when a nuclear Waste Facility opens in there community. They are the people that whine "the government didnt even give us an option to give an opinion". Well, they did, but you were to busy watching tv.

I got called from these guys today and I blocked them from ever calling me again. Telemarketers and survey companies will NEVER stop calling you even if you ask to be put on a do not call list. I have a CALL BLOCKER and I NEVER receive calls from any of these clowns anymore. Check out this call blocker interceptorid.com. It will block individual numbers or whole area codes or you can use wildcards to block any matching numbers in the phone number.
I am not associated with the company but I am a VERY satisfied user of this product. It will make all these clowns go away FOREVER!!!

I called the number back after receiving the call. IPSOS N AM is a research company. You are able to remove your number from their list. They are not subject to the No Call List.
Keeps calling. When answering machine picks up they hang up. We do not answer callers we do not know.
They are persistent and keep calling. Can't something be done about this number? They need to be stopped.
Calls come in sometimes after 9 PM.
I GOT 3 SIMALAR CALLS FROM: IPSOS N AM. THIS NUMBER SHOWS UP 613-688-3625. I TURN ON MY OTHER ANSWER MACHINE & WHEN IT ANSWERS BACK ITS WITH A SMART NASTY OUTGOING MESSAGE. I DO NOT ANSWER UNKOWNS OR CRAP LIKE THIS.
The resolve I have had regarding this issue is to use an email blaster that will send up to 2.5 million emails, yes, 2.5 MILLION EMAILS. This device is used by all the companies that send you the annoying spam mails and as it is not a virus, there is no law against using it and using their same logic as they are out of Country, SPAM THE HELL OUT OF THEM.

BUT HEADS UP TO ANYONE GETTING PHONE CALLS FROM IPSOS :
if you hang up, they will call back. Again and again and again.
If you don't want to be bothered you must said "please take me off your list" - If the staff does not hear the word "list" they WILL NOT REMOVE YOU.
And if there is no answer when they call, they will call back.
If they ask for someone, and you say they are not there, or don't wan't to talk, they will call back.
They only way to escape them is to do the survey (IPSOS NEVER SELLS ANYTHING - ALL I EVER DID THERE WAS DO STUPID SURVEYS!) or you have to tell them to take you off the LIST!

The number 613-688-3625 has called several times within the last month.. They leave no message and caller ID says Ipsos N Am I am tired of getting these calls. Why don't they leave a message??
They have called twice today. After the first, I found this site and got a number to contact and ask them to put me on their 'Do not call' list: They pleasantly agreed. One hour later, another call: so I asked that person to put me on the 'Do not call' list. They pleasantly agreed.

They just called me again, this time they introduced themselves calling "on behalf" of FedEX.
They said to me they are FedEX survey. They even knew what day I called FedEx concerning my package.
I didn't do the survey, got online and found this website.
Now I called FedEX thinking they sold my information, but they said it's FedEX's "SURVEY DEPARTMENT" and FedEX do not give out the customer information.
If FedEX is telling me the truth, why other people on this page don't know this survey company is FedEx??
They call everyday, usually everyday after 5:00. Don't they ever give up?
Have received multiple calls from 613-688-3615 over the last month or so at our business. Caller never leaves a message. We finally called them back and pretended to be calling for someone else. When they said they thought we had the wrong #, we asked, "Is this PowerDeck Inc.?" That is when we were told, "No. This is Absis Direct, a market research firm." Don't know accurate spelling for Absis. Service rep was very congenial, though, and readily confirmed their info. Area code ids a Canadian #, too, as others have said below.
This number is in Ottawa, Ontario and is some sort of public opinion agency. It was a long name and I didn't catch more than "public opinion" when I said NO THANK YOU!! This number started showing up on my call display last week. But tonight I was home. It was 5:30 on a freaking SUNDAY evening!!!! I don't recall ever getting this type of call or any kind of telemarketing call on a SUNDAY NIGHT!!!! Piss off!!!! GRRRRRRR as if. What a sorry ass job..

looked up info on another complaint board on the net. They say the number belongs to IPSOS-Angus Reid in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. They are a political and marketing polling/survey company. According to their website their contact number is 1.888.210.7425
You can try calling that number and ask to be removed from their list.

This number has called repeatedly over the past few todays. Today alone I've counted 7 calls since I got home at 4:30. I've picked up twice and hung up and they keep calling back. Very annoying.

Received call ~12:40pm Saturday. Said they were calling on behalf of the Texas Lottery Commission to get public's ideas on lottery. When I asked if they realized we were on the Do Not Call List, very polite lady said "You're not on ours, but I can add you." When I pointed out that this was a National Do Not Call List that entailed federal prosecution for violating, she said, "Oh, but I'm calling from Canada." (!!) paid for by a Texas State pseudo-agency, yet!
