called 8 times. They never left a message so I finally picked up. Could not even speak my name correctly. I guess this is an example of customer no service.
Made a purchase from Dell today. Calls started about an hour later. Repeated calls leave no message. I do not pick up. How lame.

I phoned Dell from a friend's phone to avoid chewing up minutes on my cell. I did not give them the friend's number and certainly didn't authorize them to call it, yet about an hour after I was done completing a purchase with them, they called my friend's number. She was on another call at the time, so she let it go to the machine, and they did not bother to leave a message! They have _my_ number on record, so why did they phone my friend instead? How incredibly irritating!!

This does appear to be from Dell. They have access to order numbers and other info. In my case they were following up on a cancelled order to see why and if I wanted to re-instate the order. They implied they could give me a better price if I would place the order. They will keep calling if you do not answer though.
They call me on a Saturday morning at 7:30 am. I acutally was expecting Dell to call only that was 3 days earlier. I tried to call back but the number would not go through.
This person calls at least 7-10 times a day, often just hangs up, but sometimes leaves a message and they work for Dell and are trying to get us to renew our warranty for one Laptop that is still under warranty and an older (2005) Desktop that the warranty expired at least 2 years ago. Not only are these call harrassment at this point, but the will not take NO or NO I CAN'T talk right now for an answer! ugh!! This has been going on for 2 weeks now, ever since we place an order for some ink and a storage drive. This is enough to make us no longer be customers of Dell, what kind of customer service chases away their customers? So beware of 604-550-7031! lol......
