How do I stop them from calling?

THEY NEED TO QUIT CALLING THREE TIMES A DAY!! I TOLD THEM TO QUIT CALLING ME!! WHO CAN WE REPORT THIS TO?
The number is for Phoenix university, they called me 5 times in one day.
They call me at least 4 times a day!! Make it fucking stop!!
I ignore it, and would like to block it from my phone. I am calling my phone service to see it can be done. They are indeed persistent and annoying!!

Everytime this number calls it says Private Name...when the answer machine comes on they say nothing, its silence and then they hang up. Has anyboy else seen this number before? And they also call EVERYDAY at the least 2 times a day and at the most 5 times a day. VERY ANNOYING..
