I picked up the phone after seeing this number and did speak to them and yes, it is Chase.
Go to helpwithmybank.gov and expose their very greedy and criminal ways. Time to put them out of business allready!!!
4 to 7 calls per day with no message.
They call and say nothing then call back later and they don't leave a message. A mortgage holder is allowed once a year to move one monthly payment to the end if your mortgage. You must fill out a request form. I've requested this form emmm, about 7 times and still, nothing in the mail!!!
I received several calls from this number. There were hang ups or a computer voice would say "please hold for an important message from chase bank" over and over but no one came on line. The last time I answered a live person came on the line to grill me about my payment for my credit line which was not late. She informed me that Chase expected me to make my payments on or before the due date and the grace period was only a courtesy. She should review Federal law about that one.
We will look into your personal checking account without your permission to see if you got some money so we can demand any past due payment.

Calls on both home and cell phone. Picked up once and was some foreigner who I can barely understand who said something about a Chase Home Equity loan, which I do not need...
I just got a call from this number. Caller ID says it is JP Morgan Chase. A recording just says, "Please hold for an important message from Chase." over and over again. I do a little bit of business with a division of JP Morgan so I held (thinking that this recording is very unprofessional) and the fella gets on the phone and asks for someone that isn't me. I told him that he has the wrong number and he asks me if I just got this number. I told him to update his records. We'll see if he does.
This number calls numerous times each day but when we answer the phone, we get a hang up. When we dial this number, we get a message to call the 1-800 number on our statement. This is a school district superintendent's office and no one in this office banks with Chase. How do we stop these annoying calls?

They call multiple times a day on my cell. Once I answered and said place me on your do not call list - I have now reported them to donotcall.gov about five times - don't know if it does any good.
I continue to get these calls, I reported it to Chase today and I was told they don't have a record of the number.

My wife says they have called 4-6 times during the day and do not leave a message. Caller ID says "Arizona"
Register phone numbers with donotcall.gov, then after 1 month you can file a complaint. get these calls every 3 months, half the time there is no answer, when i do get someone, they are not looking for me. My guess is it is an auto dialer that is routing once you pick up to an agent.

I got this call on a Sunday morning at 845am. The office is closed. They called me on my cell phone which is not a number that is on my loan. I am very leary about this. Could it be an attempt at identity theft???

Chase Bank. They keep calling, but I have no idea why. I don't have an account or loan with them.
