These are driving us crazy. We have received a total of 11 calls today from this company to our various phone numbers on our company switchboard and when I press '1' and ask that these calls stop, I am disconnected. HELP

I keep receiving this same annoying call from Mortgage Solutions. I pressed 1 and asked how they got my unlisted home number and was hung up on. Dorothy also called my cell number!! I am also on the NSNC list!! Just like Kit. I don't know the phone number from this telemarketer because it does not display nor can you *69 the number!!

Got fourth call within 3 weeks. They used
-4812, -4822, -4914 numbers, one time even my own phone number, clearly it's spoofed.
They are not simply telemarketings, I believe they have criminal intentions.

Got four calls, same area code, one of them five minutes apart. Use caller ID. I did not answer...all family knows to leave phone alone if you don't know the number.

Got third call, this time listened all the way through. Hit 1 to get the assistant. A woman answered "loan department." I asked to be removed from this list only to hear silence and then a ring tone. Called back and was given the option to enter my number into their "do not call" registry. Did that, then realized I just confirmed they have a live, working number for me... Hoping that they really do remove me, and don't increase the number of calls. Ridiculous.

Most interesting question - it seems they primarily target cell phones; who gave/sold them all the numbers?

I just got one of these calls on my cell phone. My cell phone is NOT for telemarketers or the GOV so when I filled out the forms for the Az AG & the FCC. I gave them my senators, my govenor and my states AGs numbers. Let them put up with some of this crap.

i see that i am not alone. these guys call my cell phone about once a week at dinner time, telling me that i have been selected to receive a morgage. funny thing is that i don't even owe a home.

If you call the number back, an automated answering service will pick up the phone. It will then give you the option to put your number on their do not call list.

the same people from a different number called me today. I spoke with a live person after pressing 1, but she wouldn't tell me the name of their company, she just said she's the "Home Loan Center." And then hung up on me after I asked repeatedly how they got my cell number.

Two calls from this number on two different dates. I called back, received a msg offering to put me on their do not call list by punching in my phone number...Which I did...Stupidly. Now I'm receiving sexually harrassing phone calls (twice in the past 15 min) by some one I don't know from a Restricted No.

Mortgage loan telemarketing. Last week they called both my work # AND mobile # on the same day, about 4 hours apart. Called number back my from mobile # and got the option to be on some do-not-call list. Then today I received the same call again at my work # and also called back to add that to their do not call list. Nothing on my mobile # yet, but we'll see. What a nuisance.

Dorothy from a mortgage company. For the past four months this company has been calling my office (which is an unlisted phone number) during the first week of the month, without fail. This is the first time I actually got any information...usually there's silence and then they hang up on me. When I called the number back, the recorded message says to hang up because they will try to call again with info about their special offer.

This is a private emergency cell phone used only for my child's school or childcare provider to contact me in case of emergency. How the heck would they get this number and bother me at work on my dime scaring me about my child's health/safety? I'll be reporting this.

They somehow got my cell phone nuber. I called the number back and got a recording instructing you to enter your phone number to be placed on their "do not call list" Who knows if it will work.

I called the number back and it gives you an opportunity to add yourself to their do not call registry.

I also recently moved and had not added myself to the NDNC, so I did that as well.

For anyone who says they are called weekly or any repetitive calling from this source should report this.

Since I risked putting myself on thier DNC register, I will post an update if I get another call. If I do not get any further calls, you won't see me updating .... the more you know (that public service announcement jingle)...ding...ding...ding

Fort Lauderdale here - i received this call and pressed 1 as directed. Got a lady saying this is customer service. when i asked what company this was she hung up.

I didn't answer since I didn't recognize the phone number and area code. A few minutes later I decided to call it back just to see who it was since they didn't leave a message. There was only a busy signal. No one answered.

Called Cingular to see if 'cold calling' was allowed on cell phones given that the receiver has a financial stake in each call. They looked up this number and indicated it was registered to North County Communications Corp. I will follow Bob's advice and complain to the Arizona Attorney General's Office.

Automated telemarketing to my cell phone.

They called my cellphone today, I got it through Sprint over a year ago. They left the message, last chance to get mortgage etc.... Maybe they're demon-dialing, I don't get much telemarketing on this phone.

on caller id I see the number and the word "calling".
This is a land line they are calling. When you call the line back, the automated answering system gives you the option to enter your 10 digit number to be added to the "do not call" list. Lets see if it works.

Have recieved several calls from this number, I never answer, they never leave a message. I have caller ID but it only gave the #, they have called 1/29/07 @ 7:20pm and 1/31/07 at 1:30pm. They are calling on my cell phone, my cell phone is based out of Florida.

I have been called twice now, once on my home number (a unlisted VOIP service) and once on my cell.

I did a little research, and the number is listed as a land line. The provider is North County Communications Corp (website is nccom.com).

I tracked down the Texas Public Utilities Commission CLEC information for this company:

However, that phone number just dumps into voicemail.

Missed a call ON MY CELL PHONE from this number. Called back and as reported got a message saying they would call me back or enter my number to be on Do Not Call. No way did I enter my number. I figure it is like responding to spam...they will then give my Cell number to more companies.

Unfortunately, there are lots of lenders that don't care and are way behind on their BMW payments. Also unfortunate, it's a numbers game and some poor fool will try and work with them and get taken to the cleaners in the process. A 1% loan as is described in the recording is a "teaser" rate to get you to call and only lasts one to three months, then adjusts to Lord knows what. Options programs are good for people that know what they are doing with their equity and are in control. Not for people that just want to take equity out to spend it on junk. We are our own retirement system. If anything, we need to fund our retirement plans and not some vacation to Maui.

If you play along they try to get your SSN. Could be a scam. The next day you'll get a call from NewWorld Mortgage who have multiple judgements against them for fax spamming. Big time bad guys here. Be aware.

Suggest you report any calls from this firm to the Arizona Attorney General's Office (look up web site online).

AUTOMATED telemarketing calls are almost always ILLEGAL (with very few exceptions) even to numbers that are not on the do-not-call list.

So be sure to make a complaint!
