Has anybody ever bought anything from this idiot?

This guy has harased us and threatened us for years I think we should all get together and sue the hell out of this guy. I have reported him on numerous occasions to the do not call registry to no avail. There are laws against the sort of things he has done. and we should be able to sue him. Document your calls from this punk time date and what was said. He has threatened me and recently he has threatened my wife I want his ass taken down.

These calls keep coming in. sometimes they come up unavailable same story as all below. rude telemarketer asking for owner, when you ask what its in reference to or just who's calling, they hang up. sometimes they are even more rude b/c you won't transfer them to who they ask for. I'm over it.

Called today about 10:00am. Caller acted like there was a bad connection, knew my name but would not give his name. He finally hung up saying something like "we'll give the job to someone else" This number also comes up from a TBS Blade

PLEASE PUT ME ON A DO NOT CALL LIST. I DON'T WANT ANY TELEMARKETING.

Next time they call and ask for steve, I;m going to say that I'm sorry, he's deceased. Died last week of a massive heart attack, so please put us on your do not call list. Thank you.

I work for a small construction company and I get the same calls as everyone else. The gentleman on the other end ask for my boss by his first name, like I am going to just put him on the phone... then when I ask what it's in reference to, he hangs up. This goes on and on for days, then it stops for a while but, eventually starts over again like it did this week.

After searching the web I've had no luck locating the company by name (other than what's here already). The next time they call I will have some fun with him by putting him on hold for Lee and keep going back and asking him to continue to hold...

After some searching via the internet, I've discovered that apparently the tbs/ics phone number is from a "call center" type set up. 1) the name of the company that is behind all this harrassing telemarketing appears to be: Cuttersblades.com Same general location as ics industries or tbs industries. Their website has an erroneous zip code. Their website does not list who or how to get ahold of them other than a phone and fax number ~ probably to take your sawblade orders, phone: 602-788-0060, fax 602-765-4356, person who answered this phone said his name was Dwayne, and said he was in charge of customer service, he verified his fax number. Do with, what you will with above information. We are very tired of getting calls trying to sell us products that we have never used in our entire company histroy ~ 35+ years.

This company has been harassing us for years now. Same people calling, refuse to quit calling. We have no interest in doing business with them even if we had a need for what ever product they're trying to sell. Very rude telemarketers. Am reporting them to the National Do Not Call Registry.

a guy called asking for the owner's name - by his first name alone like he actually knew him (yea right)

when I said he wasn't in - because he's never in!! He said in a fast breath "Okay I'll call him on his cell" (once again, yea right)and hung up before we could even say anything else

Guess what buddy, I'm on to you...so call all you like - you're now going straight to voicemail! If it becomes to consistant we have call block, hint hint!!!

They hung up on me when I asked what I could do to help them. Not good for business. He will call back tonight to speak with my husband...

Lord I am SICK of these calls. They went away for awhile. They're back!! This number shows on our caller ID at work 3 times a day. Call back & I get that stupid XO Voice Portal recording. I cannot wait to actually get hold of these asses.

I do not know who these people are. Al of my numbers are listed on the national DO NOT CALL list. If these are the same loosers that want me to buy sawblades from them, I want them all to go to hell. They are wasting my time. What do they talk about during Thanksgiving Dinner? "Hey Mom, I pissed off 35 people today, took advantage of 5, and was able to buy you this present from the 2 people I totally screwed over. Thanks for raising me to be a total looser like yourself Mom."
I'll bet it goes something like that!!

Keeps showing in caller ID, no messgaes left and when I call the number back it's an 'XO voice portal' & it asks me 'to enter my extension now'. I've screwed with it trying to jam the system by entering all sorts of numbers. This is some BS business & when I finally do get to talk to someone again I will get aenough information on them to be able to launch an official comlaint with the FTC about the way they do business.

They have called many dozens of time. Never any one at the other end. This is a calling system run amuck or looking for a FAX machine and not finding it.

how do I stop them from calling, the call is coming in everyday

call asking for my boss, we go round & round with me trying to get to the heart of the call. He finally says "is Bob in or not, I'll just call later?" I tell him unless I know what the call is about we'll go through this all over again. He says "not today" and hangs up. All I got out of him was they have something to do with industrial construction (if that's even the truth)so maybe they sell some type of machinery blades, we're in construction. I'll figure out who they are & I hope this guy gets his ass chewed.
If you call the number back you get "XO voice portal, please enter your extension now, I entered some numbers & locked it up so when whomever is using this phone number tries to get their voicemail, they won't be able to! I guessed the extension to be the last 4 of the phone number (9181) and I guess it was!
