Who Called Us

We came across another phone number on these tax payer bailed out thugs and crooks after they started terrorizing our family and refused to stop, even after showing we DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM! This number was listed on another web site dealing with Domestic War against America Citizens.

This takes you directly to one of their little Legal Pukes where you can return the harassment they are perpetrating toward your family. We started calling this little puke right after each harassing call was made to us. It said to stop calling because we were harassing it. The nerve of these bastards. We said fine! Sue us and take us to court because we would love to discuss what is going on in open court. It hung up on us. After this continued for 5 days, the 8 month long WaMu attack on this American Family stopped, or has for now.

Don’t count on the law or politicians to stop the war on your family by the filth at WaMu because they are all in bed together (remember the $Billions$ of your money the Gov freely gave them!). They are all in bed together, laughing at you and me each night when they all get together for fine wine and steaks on your bill or Business Jet trips to Las Vegas for Gambling and Wholes also on your bill. You have to take their War back to them and take matters into your own hands. Turn the war waged on your family by WaMu back on them and call the above WaMu puke each time they call you.

I despise Wamu, its no wonder they went under and were usurped by an even more ruthless group; Chase. Now they can continue harassing and humiliating their clients uninterrupted. I am cancelling my card paying it off and never doing business with them again and I would advise others to do the same if they haven't already.

They call me several times at my cell phone and they don't leave a message. It's killing me. isn't illegal for telemarketing to call at your cell phone?

Been getting calls from WaMu, I guess. No one on the other end - no messages. Calls from AZ, WA and CA. Have a couple of cards - both up to date with small amounts on both. No late payments due. What the heck? Today received first "unavailable" number; I believe also from them. Paying off cards this month and canceling accounts.

Wamu, as always. They call several times a day from various numbers around the country, sometimes with caller ID blocking, and usually with no message.

I recieved many calls from this number. And there is never anyone there. Apparently it's WaMu. I don't have an account with them!!??

Wamu credit card wanting payment. these people are so heartless. They called, I told them I would sent in payment in about 2 weeks because my mother just passed away and to please stop calling during this difficult time. They agreed, then 2 hours later called back.

I as many have lost their job. Prior they never received late payments but always on time and more if available now all they do is continue to call my phone and as another has stated they leave no msg. Here's some info that I've received that may help us all.
Who is a debt Collector? Any person other than the original creditor who regularly collects debts owed to others. This also includes attorneys who collect debts on a regular basis.



How may a debt collector contact you? By person, by mail, telephone, telegram, fax or email; however, a debt collector may not contact you before 8:00AM or after 9 PM, unless you agree to it. A debt collector may not contact you at work if they know your employer disapproves.



How to stop them from contacting you: Under the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA), a debt collector must cease and desist from calling you if you request so in writing. Simply send them a certified letter telling them not to contact you, your family or your employer anymore. They are only allowed to contact you one more time by phone to either tell you (a.) They are not collecting the debt anymore, or (b.) They intend on filing a lawsuit. If they violate these rules you can sue them for $1000 per occurrence plus attorney’s fees.

This is crazy...they call everyday and on the ID it will fluctuate between "Texas", "Arizona", "Washington", "Pennsylvania" and so on. They call on my business line, and if it is WAMU they are calling the wrong person because I don't even have an account with them!

They call us daily. Asking for someone who had our number before. We told them. Have they fixed it? No.

They want me to pay. If I had the money right now, I would pay off the credit card and shred it.

they are hounding me too from this number! they want me to open an account with them and also keep sending flyers in the mail that if i go to a WAMU office to do it, they'll give me $50. They also said in the letter that i could open the account online. That to me was a bit iffy so i tried it - i put in the details and BAM! would not let me do it but they kept the details and then hounded me on my cell phone. This is a rubbish marketing ploy

When I answer the call it immediately hangs up.

THE BEST PART OF THIS WHOLE MATTER IS THAT THEY'RE GOING DOWN HILL AND WASTING THE MONEY ON COLLECTION CALLS...

Another day, another new number for these creeps despite the fact I have no dealings with Washington Mutual and never have. This is probably at least the eighth different number (including different area codes) they've used in the past 10 days. Only once did they leave a message confirming it was then (I'd figured it out from what other people had reported.)

they call about 20 times a day, even on Sundays.. I just told them our bill was due on the 1st.. give the snail mail a chance.. but I don't think they understood english..

Yup, Washington Mutual Collections calling.. They won't leave a message either..

These people are just plain dumb and stupid. They are hounding me like there is no tomorrow. I especially when they call on the weekends or nights from INDIA. I just say I want to speak with someone in the UNITED STATES and I hang up!
