It's an automated recording for selling car insurance. You are forced to listen to the recording to get to talk to someone, then when you do press #1 to speak to someone, another recording comes on and says if you want to be removed press #2 - then the automated thing hangs up on you. How flipping annoying and brazen are these sales people getting with their calling crap! Grrr
