This caller asked for "who handles the Merchant Account" when I asked "who is this?" he rudely hung up.
Do not do business with them.
Called and asked to talk to the person responsible for credit card processing. I tell them to take me off the call list and next day another person from the same number call and asked for the same thing, and so on, and so on ...
When the call was answered, all I heard was silence. I hung up.
