How do I stop them from calling?

This seems to be an international call from Mexico City (they are country code 52). Sounds like phone phishing to me! When my son answered, no one spoke to him.

Credit card service
The call started with an automated recording about my credit card with their company, however, the name of the company was not identified. When the recording ended, it said to "Press 9 to speak to a representative" (or something like that). After I pressed 9, the call transferred to a woman that said, "Card Services" at which point I questioned her by saying, "I'm sorry, what is the name of your company?" The woman went silent and then disconnected our call after a few seconds of me repeating, "Hello? Hello???"
My answering machine was full so they couldn't leave a message!!
