I have been receiving a call about every other day from Cardholder services or Card member services offering to lower my interest rate. I tried ignoring them for months then press 2 to be removed from call list but niether option worked. When I press 9 and ask a question or 2 they hang up on me. I have I have reported this number and others to the fcc and notified my credit card company asking for assistance to stop the company. I have seen reports of calls from these companies back to 2007. I am not holding my breath that the company will be stopped.
