Who Called Us

I've been getting calls on and off from these buttwads for a year or two now. I've answered before and told them this is a rental and I am not responsible for the A/C service. Each time they apologize for bothering me, and the calls stop for a while. It doesn't take long for them to start up again, and the calls come in at least weekly. Not a very professional company, and even if I did own my residence they are the last people I would hire to service my A/C.

I simply DO NOT ANSWER calls from people or numbers I don't know. I let it go to the answering machine. 99.9% of the time they DO NOT leave a message, so I just think it's some type of scam, and NEVER, NEVER, NEVER call them back.

These jerks called me 6 times within an hour, 2-3 days each week. No one responds if/when I answer- they just hang up and call back several minutes later. I don't know what the laws are, but I believe this is nothing short of harrassment. I've filed complaints several times with donotcall.gov, but it doesn't seem to do much good.

I've had this number on my caller ID several times in the past few months and have answered the call twice. First time, I told them not to call back. Second time, the guy said his name was Ralph, and he was calling from Desert Valley Air Conditioning. Caller hung up (both times) as soon as I asked to remove my number from their call list. Will report to donotcall.gov.

I was home for the 3rd call from this number. After a lengthy pause, the caller picked up and started a spiel about A/C. He (a real jerk) wouldn't tell me who he was trying to reach or how he got my number (which is unlisted). He would just start his spiel after each question from me. When I asked why he was calling a number on the DNC he said that he was allowed to call numbers on the DNC as long as he wasn't expecting payment at the time of the call, and rattled off a long list of codes. As far as I know, this is not true. DexKnows indicates that this number is an unpublished number in Casa Grande AZ. What legitimate company calls from an unlisted phone number? I filed a complaint at donotcall.gov

get numerous calls from this number, no message ever on voicemail, am reporting to National DNC Registry. Very frustrating to get called almost daily.

Called my provider and added the block call feature - it will be worth the $2.87 fee!!!!!!!

Sales call from Desert Valley Air-conditioning to my do not call number

Sales call to my DO NOT CALL number.

I receive calls from this number multiple times a day. Caller ID says "Casa Grande, AZ" I have never answered as I work from home and screen all of my calls; they have NEVER left a message.

They were selling heating and cooling maintenance. When I asked her why she was calling me I was asked if I was on the "do not call list" and I answered yes. Then I asked her why she was calling people that are on that list and how she got my number. She said she was calling homeowners in the area and that since she was not taking money over the phone it was allowed. I told her that I was going to report the call and she told me to go ahead and report it, she's just doing her job.

I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize, so I let the machine pick up. No message was left. Just a disconnected signal when the machine was ready to record any imcoming message.

I got a call from 520-494-3126 this morning, Dec 15, 2009. No message was left and just the number showed up on my caller ID.

I did talk to them and it sounds like a legit business cold-calling trying to
drum up work with a winter special to shut down the A/C & start up the Heater.
When I told them I have a swamp cooler, they responded that they only do A/C.

Calls several times a day and never leaves a message

I picked up the phone,no one was on the other end, and then I got a busy signal. I think it is phishing, as I've been getting a lot of wrong number calls, and they ask for someone different every time (never me).

They've called twice in the last hour. The second time, I answered with "Who's calling, please?" A woman, slightly flustered, stammered, "This is ******* with Desert Heating and Cooling, how are you?" Maybe I should have asked why?

4 RINGS TO Answer, then it was a blank phone. No one there, it was as if they were there just listening. Said "Hello" 6 times and listened, but no response.

Unrelenting! Calls at least daily, usually at suppertime, but never leaves a message on answering machine. My guess would be a bogus charity.

CALLER LEAVES NO MESSAGE ON ANSWER MACHINE, THEREFORE IS NOT A FRIEND OR ACQUAINTANCE.

To End the problem, Request From your provider Call Rejection and Block The Call.

They have called a few times a day for the past week and never left a message. Caller ID says "Arizona".

No clue who this is-- they're a landline in Casa Grande, & I suspect either a political call or a phisher.
