How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the
FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

The number is a Wells Fargo number. It is their bill collecting department.
Called me 8/12/08 ... and hung up immediately
They have called my cell phone 29 times since May 2th. I have received 3 calls from them this morning. They are also using 503-403-2665, 503-403-2670 and 515-327-3019. It is Wells Fargo calling about my credit card account. I don't answer unknown calls but found out from my billing statement that I was $5.00 over my limit. My account is now current and I am still getting calls every day.
they called and did not leave a message. they let my phone ring 2 or 3 times and then hang up. they not doing their jobs right.

has been calling twice a day for 7 days. they leave no message. when we answered they asked for my room mate stating it was confidental and for him to call them back. I stated he would go to the bank and talk to them.
Everytime these people call me it rings once and stops.
These guys called and wanted the last four of a social to talk about our Wells Fargo account.
FWIW, we don't have a Wells Fargo account. I called Wells Fargo's contact number who said they would never ask for that information.
Someone from this number called me today but did not leave a msgg. Like other users, I tried calling them back and got an outgoing greeting saying 'Wells Fargo Card Services'.
Received a call at 8:53 PM 5/21/07. I called the number back and got a recorded greeting saying that they were "Wells Fargo Card Services".
(515) 221-6303 Shows up on caller ID. Called once in afternoon and once in evening. Call ended upon answering both times.
