The phone is ringing, and I don't recognize the number,
All Caller ID says is, "NAME UNAVAILABLE".
Please help me figure out who is calling and what they want

Call from this number but whoever it was hung up when I said "Hello". We get alot of these calls with the same area code and it is always asking for money for some police things. . .Highway Patrol collecting money to help stop drunk drivers, Ohio Cops for Kids and they always say they are collecting for our local police departments, well since I know most of the officers in our town it seems odd they they know nothing about these. Other posts on other websites state that is for some Police Athletic fund. Oh did I mention that when you call the number back you get a recording stating that the number is not a working number. . .CAN WE SAY SCAM!!!
