How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the
FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

said I did not pay for music lessons (taylor Robinson). Verified payment cleared with bank... Spoke to Taylor Robinson and they confirmed they were paid, and not in collections....

Collection calls about bum checks, often fabricated, are a favorite game of Frontier Financial Group and Marauder Corporation. I see this United CompuCred also likes to join in the fun.

When they left a msg they didn't specify who they wanted, so I called the 800# back and found out it is a collection agency. I asked who they were looking for as neither my husband or I have any bad debt. He asked for my phone number and said they had the wrong number. Let's see if they call again...

I think my experience is the same as others...they called me twice today, and I tried to call back. I found the 1-800 number of CompuCred, and called them to find out why I was being called from the 513 number. They told me that they did not have my number or name in their records. I'll update this if I get any more calls from them (or, I may just block the number altogether).
They call constently and I dont even know what they want because EVERY time I answer they disconect. I can always hear them talking about something in the back ground. Today the girl said " I dont know why they just dont send the big girl home" Oh my lord, I think I am going to see how much this company pays... I'm thinking sitting on my butt visiting and hitting the disconect button making $10 an hr wouldnt be to shabby??

Didn't answer the phone. Answering machine message was the voice of a woman who said she had a personal message for us, then left an 800 number to call. Right....I'm going to call some unidentified "person" at an unidentified company that didn't even have the courtesy to have a real person call me in the first place. Must be real important.
I've been getting calls daily from this number for a while now, but they never leave a message. Couldn't find any info on anywho.com about them but when I googled them I found htis page. Sounds like I'm not the only one getting calls from them...
They call here 5-10 times daily. I never answer the phone and they NEVER leave a message. I guess they don't want to talk to anyone here, or they'd at least leave something on my answer machine.
They've called me twice now. Today alone. I tried calling back and it sent me to a recording, telling me to leave my name and reason for calling, so I hung up. Sounds kind of like a scam. There's a lot of lawsuits against them if you look it up online.
Nancy Burney called me regarding a check. She is nasssssty. When people act nasty to me on the phone I personally do not give them what they call for, because they were nasty. He will burn n hell if she does not change her ways.

Dunning for payment 3-4 times daily for over two weeks inspite of us having arranged a date for payment.
They call my phone like 5 times a day talking about a casino from River Belle or something, not very clear when leaving a message. i simply ignore them.
