Red Flag right there; to good to be true. I became suspicious of her professionalism and Googled Lena Lewis + magazines thus finding this helpful site.Her cell is Lena Lewis 937-550-9610. The company name is now American Magazine something or other. No wonder she's single. Character, integrity, professionalism does not apply to SCAMMERS, Lena Lewis.

I'm pretty sure this is a junk phone call. You may have filled something out that included your phone number and they sold all your info. This is a company that ensures that you gave the correct phone number. If you give bogus phone numbers, people who sell your info don't get paid. So, this company calls all these phone numbers to confirm that you gave a legit number so they can sell your info.

I have received atleast 3 calls per day from this number - I never pick up since I don't know who it is, now reading this I know I won't, this is ridiculous.

Recieved a call but the caller hung up after getting my ringback tone, tried calling them back but the line was busy. Checked on here and read who they were, it's a magazine calling to see if you're interested in a trial subscription because you (yes you) entered some information online and inadvertantly agreed to recieve these calls (you may not think you did, but you did). Call their office number at (513) 727-8588 and request to be removed from their dialer.

But you might want to watch out because people who are trying to scam or defraud someone call the number to make sure it is still in use before they try to use it on a appilcation or something of that sort. I just started getting calls from this number three days ago. I live in Chicago, but it's a southwest Ohio area code. I don't answer because I don't recognize the number. A message is never left, and when I try calling them back all I get is a busy cignal. Glad I'm not the only one.

I've been getting calls from this number for 2 weeks, at least 4 calls a day. I've never answered and even changed my voicemail to "If I don't know your number and you don't leave a message I will not answer your call" and they never leave a message. It is SOOOO annoying. I have received a call for this 513-217-6631 number,but as we all now know no one answer, so I googled the the nubmer and found this web site "who called us" and read a few of the complaints. After a few hours later I received another call from that same number, I answered the phone but did not say anything and just waited for about 3 minutes and then someone finally come on, WOW I had gotten some one. Come to find out it was a company from middletown Ohio. Telemarketers of course, The GOOD news is I told the young girl about this web site, how there was thousands of people complaining about that number that she should report it to her supervisor. This call was computer generated called indicating that I won a sweepstakes. After hearing that, I hung up the phone. This call has made an attempt to connect with me yesterday and not knowing the number, I did not answer the phone. This number has called me 4 times in the last 3 days. 3 of those calls were while I was at work, the other woke me up at 9:00 this morning on my day off. That pisses me off! I haven't answered any of them. After reading all this crap, I'm glad. I have put my number on the National Do Not Call list, if it doesn't work, I will be filing a complaint with Cincinnati Bell, and possible the FCC. I suggest you do the same. For about the last three days I have been receiving calls from (513) 217-6631 on my cell. The first couple of times I didn't answer because it was before 7:00 PM, and since I didn't recognize the number (I didn't want to use my prime air time. I tries calling it back, but it is always busy. It's obviously an outgoing number from a call center. When I have answered to tell them to stop calling me, they immediately hang up. I personally wouldn't recommend contacting them with your number to say "stop calling." They're evil and would use the info against you. Instead, if you ever need to fill out a form again on the net and don't want to give your number... well...now you have a great number to give, eh?

If you'd like to confirm any of this information or find out more about this "business" (which, by the way, reports owning two to nine computers, hmmm)... feel free to contact your local librarian. The only way this organization is going to get higher on the FTC's watch-list is if people report it to the gov't. Then they can get Shut Down.

I was just called by this number and was wondering from who it could be since I NEVER receive long distance calls and when I type it into google, I got this website.

Definitely a fishing expedition for personal information. The number 213-217-6631 called my daughters cell phone number and asked for her. (The phone is not listed in her name, therefore they must have gotten it and her name some other way) When I spoke with them they stated I had been registered in a sweepstakes for 1 million dollars and 33 other cash prizes. They then asked my date of birth ( I refused to provide personal information), she then became flustered and somewhat confused and asked if I was married. I feel this information is relatively harmless as my name is different from my husbands and told her yes. She then became confused again, stammered and wished me luck in the 'sweepstakes' and hung up. I am of the opinion this organization is a bunch of identity thieves, particularly after reading others comments(the different pitches given to callers and the fact they have no particular credit card company they are representing i.e. Bank of america, Chase, etc). Beware~!!!!!!!

I called the 513-272-8588 and asked to be removed from the call list. I also went to this link tips.fbi.gov and filed an official complaint with the FBI just to make sure its not a scam, I hope this helps at least some of us. If you keep getting the calls please Tell the FBI, if enough people complain they will stop Premier Publications from calling people, even if they are not breaking the law. I sure know that I am getting tired of reciving 6 to 9 calls a day. You also can call the National Do Not Call List @ 1-888-382-1222 They will take your name away from other telemarketers. They called my cell # today and I answered via my blue tooth while I was driving. The same deal as others have had, do I carry a credit card, entered to win a million dollar drawing, what type of card do I use the most etc. I gave phony answers to all of this just to see where they were going with it all. Then the "sales" pitch about magazine offers which they say "most people" accept. I told them no. I don't think they are phishing for identify theft info, but it is annoying. Just call 513-727-8588 and tell them to put you on their DNC list. The woman who put me on the list was very polite.

Don't you just find it amzing that this is still going on? We started recieving these calls this week. Our story the same as everyone else. Imagine how many people did not google this number or report it.

I receive calls from this number at least 4 times a day. The last one I received was just about 10 minutes ago. It is after 10:00 pm where I reside and I want to know which company this is so I can call there president, CEO and reps all hours of the night. Don't agree to anything. I recieved a call on 5/23/07 stating that I had won an opportunity for a chance to have my name listed in a 2 million dollar drawing fro Visa and Mastercard. They stated that I would be put into the drawing and would recieve free magazine subscriptions for some name brand magazines. They requested that I give them my credit card number and expiration date etc. I let this conversation go on trying to find out how this company got my information. I discovered that they were calling me by my married name clueing me that this may be a scam because all my cards are listed under my maiden name. When I told them that this conversation was over the person that I was speaking to was very persisitent and tried to get the information. She also stated that the credit card numbers would be encrypted and that they would not know my credit card number. They must think that I am stupid. Caller was very irritated when I persistently told them that the conversation was over. Where else can I file a report about these tactics?

They will proceed to ensure that the information they have is correct. Then they will ask for your assisstance - you have to buy 2 weekly magazines for 60 months. They will offer promises of hotel stays and cash prizes, but they are asking for $1400+. Don't fall for it.

This number called today and when I answered the said "Hey you got my money?" I said umm what? Then he asked if I was still at my current address I told him no and he hung up. Creepy, when I tried to call it back it was busy, I can handle being hung up on, but harassing me is another thing.

I know joining the DNC list is only valid for so long until it expires and companies can call you. I wonder if it makes it worse if you only get a call from one place, join the DNC, and then expire.. You'll probably feel like meat being dropped into a pool of Piranhas on your expiration date...(something tells me you probably get posted up on a list for everyone to see)

For the past week this number has called randomly. I can tell it is a business because they only call from between about 8-5. When I answer they have never stayed on the line more than 8 seconds. I have never heard any background noise and they never speak. When I call them back or call during the day and it is busy 90% of the time. When I call back after a normal business day there isn't an answer for a VERY long time. Sometimes after it rings about 15-20 times my phone will suddenly get a busy signal and then say, "Your call can not go through as dialed" does anyone know if this is a company or something? I recieved 7 calls from this number today, which woke me an about every hour & 20mins. Hooray for a lack of sleep with a cold!

This number has been calling me for several days- several times a day! I did some research through Cincinnati Bell which is who this number is assigned from. They emailed me and said that they cannot stop telemarketing to cell phones but that the name of the company is Premiere Publications 513-727-8588. I called it I think after hours but was able to leave a message to stop the harrasing calls. Maybe we should all call them 20 times a day!

BTW, If a telemarketer calls and hangs up, that usually means they are doing research on the validity of the number and what the best time to reach you is. They sell that info to marketing companies.

Ik just got call from this number and it was an older lady saying my name and saying about honey bunches of oats and about pigs but having a complete converstaion to some other ladies that she called Marcy and Tina. Not sure who these people are but hoping they stop calling my house since they do it several times a day. This was all left on my answering machine. They were all having a converstion as if they forgot they were on the phone kind of creepy actually.

This is Jessica again who made a comment on Feb 8th. They called me Feb 9th at 8:07PM EST. I answered and someone told me that I was put in a million dollar drawing and I would receive all these free magazines and have 3 free vacations. It was funny because I was just sitting on the phone silent and the guy was like "Aren't you excited?" Then I said "Okay, how much do I have to pay?" LOL! Hey guys i have read some of these posts that all you have left. I also was getting the calls. I emailed Publishers Clearing House (thats who number it is)..And told them to stop calling me. They emailed me back saying that they do not call people if they are a winner, they either mail them a letter or they go there in person. They also told me that this was a fraud person calling me. you CAN put your cell phone on the DNC registry! These people are scam artists...DO NOT ANSWER the calls...they can hook into your line and make phone calls that get charged to your phone!! if you register your number at donotcall.gov, you can file a complaint. you can register cell phones and home phones. trust me it works! i got non-stop phone calls from this number, i filed so many complaints they stopped calling me.

I continue to get these calls 5-6 times a day for this past week no one answers. I seen a web site called scam busters based on e-mails I have been getting. I will try to submit the actual Premier publications number to them and see if we can get enough people to call and keep their lines tied up.

Well I just received the call at 7:56pm CST. Third time today they have called the house and hung up. To take care of the problem, or as they put it their dialer is still having problems, call (513)727-8588 and asked to be removed from their system. According to the FCC they are only allowed to call one time every 30 days or it qualifies as harrassment. When I pointed this out to them they happily volunteered to remove my number. I keep getting calls from this number. I picked up once. It was "supposed" to be Priemer Publications saying I won in some sweepstakes for using my credit card. I haven't used my c.c in months! If someone hangs up when you answer, they are calling from a call center to confirm that your phone number is a valid number that actually belongs to someone. From the verifier, your number goes to the telemarketer who is going to give you the "you qualify for blah, blah, blah" line. So, If you do not answer the call when you see their number on your caller ID, they cannot verify your number. My wife used to work for Verizon and is familiar with most of the phone scams. There is no DNC list for cell phones, and as annoying as the calls are, just ignore them.

I did preform a reverse lookup and superpages says that its a number from Middletown, OH, and the carrier is Cincinnati Bell Extended Territories Llc. I have done the bit with credit and ID theft, with successful prosecution, and I make no bones about adding this company to the list.

Just like everyone else I to have been getting these non-stop calls on my cell as well as home phone. They usually ask for my wife and we I inform them that she is at work they either hang up without leaving a message or become irate with me. Keep getting calls from this number despite being on the 'do not call registry'. They hit my cell phone all times of day and night. It's obviously a scam. Most cell phone companies can block a specific number for you if you want. Reporting stuff like this (or any stuff like this) to the FBI's appropriate department for wire-fraud will come to nought. In fact, unless you are filty, stinking rich, the FBI will just humor you and ignore you. In fact, if telemarketers keep insisting on calling your 'do not call list' nothing will be done to them for violating the law. IOW, the "do not call list" is meaningless.

This is a program pre-dialling numbers to see if anyone is going to answer, when you do it hangs up and records the time of day that it was answered, this is then passed to the marketing company that wants to buy the information and they know it's a good time to call you at around that time AND that the number actually goes somewhere.

This number has called my cell phone 3 times tonight and everytime I answered the asshole just hung up. DONT TRUST THIS NUMBER!!! I am pissed this person needs to quit calling and get a real FUCKING job!!!!

hey i just recived a phone call from 513-217-6631 and i must say when i put the phone number in my cpu i was shocked to see this page i hope you find whoever is doing this because me and my wife have been aruging over this number...

I received 2 calls today from 513-217-6631 when I picked up no one said anything. When I call the phone number back the phone is a fast busy.

Im on the other end of this deal... When people *69 this number it forwards to MY phone. How nice it is to be woken out of a dead sleep by someone yelling in your ear about pranking them. If you get me on the line... please be nice. :?)

I actually happen to be on the other end of this whole deal. People are getting called and hung up from this number... When they call it back it forwards to my phone (602-513-****). It's worse when people call you YELLING about pranking them when you've just been woken out of a dead slumber.
Happened before. The number people were dialing then was 513-217-6252. If you *69 and get me... please be nice.

These are all the dates and times that I have received calls from this number. The ONE time I answered after ignoring it for a few days, they told me I had won some drawing and that it showed that I had a debit card/VISA.....well I dont. So it definitly IS a scam because I do not even own any form of credit card. If I get them on the phone again I am telling them that I am reporting them to the police, and I have no problem with that. ITS CALLED HARASSMENT. I may go ahead and report them anyway, something needs to be done. These people bother the hell out of me and I am sick of their games. And when I try to call back there is no answer and it rings and rings or its busy......They have something comin to them.

I have been receiving calls from this company for the last two days. When we answer, they hang up. When we call back, either it is busy or there is no answer. They call early in the am and late in the pm= very rude!

I called the 513-727-8588 number, spoke with a very nice woman who removed my daughter's cell phone number from their list and checked to make sure nothing was ordered. My daughter was afraid she had been scammed, she unfortuanately gave out her Visa card number and called me crying from college. We cancelled her card within 8 hours and put a block on purchases. Teresa Jones was person who pressured my daughter.

i started getting calls yesterday at 10 am i hung up on the guy when he started to ask if i still had my credit card because i figured that they were probably going to ask for the number, sounded fishy, now i'm geting calls and theyre just hanging up, i received another just now, but i could hear like some hard rock in the back ground, any one how to stop this junk, it's getting annoying

I recieve many calls from this number too, some times I here "hello" some time just they hang up. last ime was october 5th, 2006 at 7:26 pm, before that was october 5th 2006 at 6:34pm, and many others days ago

I've received two calls from this number as well and when I try to call back, the call is "ended" immediately. One time I called and it rang for 2 minutes and still no answer.

called the 3rd of oct(yesterday), saying that i qualified for a $25,000 drawing and that I would recieve $1,000 for just letting the dude finish the call. I didn't and they called back twice that day, and 5 times today.

Call the Ohio Attorney General's office and make a complaint--they will check into it. That number is 800-282-0515. I have so many calls that I can't count. Complaints to the Attorney General will help stop this.

This is unbelievable. They call every other hour and when I pick up they hang up. The other thing is the time they call. I am very upset.

THIS IS A SCAM!!! This # has called me 10 times in 3 days. Finally I decided to play along for fun and see what this "Dream Sweepstakes" B.S. is all about. After a few simple questions and smalltalk, they will start asking personal info (bday, etc.) I am sure this is some kind of scam, I hope someone from the FBI, etc. sees all these posts and figures out who these people are.

I've received 3 calls on friday during the day. One time I answered and there was no one there. I also received 5 calls between 2am and 7:30am friday night saturday morning. I've recieved one call so far today at around 9:30am. This is nuts.

I have received several calls from this number and when I answer, they hang up. I found this website and called the number that was mentioned by a few people that have done some research,(513)727-8588. I called it and a woman answered stating they have had problems with their dialer and they apologized and offered to take me off their call list, which I accepted. I urge everyone who has had this issue to call the above number to get off their call list. I advised them there are several people with the same issues and advised them of this website, which I explained how I got the phone number to call them. They thanked me and said they are working on the problem. Here's hoping!

I changed my phone number!!! They called and called...hung up, left no messages..when i called back it was busy or just kept ringing.

I've received more than I can count from this number. I called the number that Heather listed on 8-26 (513-727-8588) and was told that my number would be promptly removed from the dialer. Let's hope so. Worth a try!
