CID showed "call center, Tx".
A google search on this number reveals that it has been reported on a number of sites similar to whocalled.us, and that it's usually someone trying to cold read the callee into revealing personal or business related info.
Voicemail had a #2 option to remove my "do not call list" number.
We'll see!
