How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the
FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

I sent in my payent of $18.00 for dial up phone tray and I have to click on it every time I sign in to the internet why? Please let met know at my email address which you should have.
I never pick up. The caller id says g s typesetters. They call about 3 or 4 times a day.
GS Typesetters has been calling repeatedly for a debt that is way past the statute of limitations. An ex-husbands debts.

They called me and asked me to verify my personal information including SSN and address before continuing and giving me more information of what the call was all about!!! I refused to answer any questions!
This is a collection agency that goes by the name of FMS (Financial Managment System) not to be confused with FMS (Financial Managment Services) which the collection Branch of the US treasury department. As far as I can tell they use different names on their caller ID to identify why they are calling someone. Everyone who has ever answered the phone has an Indian Accent.
Telemarketer from Texas. If you hate getting telemarketing calls, block them!

It is FMS or SMS (I couldn't tell which). Apparently they are calling from overseas or they only employ Indians. Debt Collectors.
They call & hang up so I called them back, gave the number they are calling & told him it was a business they are calling. He said he removed it from their databse. We'll see.
Didn't answer. No message left.
This is a debt collection agency. They purchase debt information from other debt collectors that you have already told 1000 times they have the wrong number, and you have never heard of the person they are trying to reach. I got a new phone number a year and a half ago, and this is the third company that has started harassing me about a debt belonging to the last person who had my number.
