Based on what I am getting here, this means you (or the previous owner of the number) has contacted HP regarding some HP products for RMA. They were just following up to see how things go.
I've managed to catch it on the phone and had it hang up, but I've also had it connect.
It's HP's robocaller system. It only connects to you SOME of the time, though, so I don't know what is gong on.
I called the number and it said "HP Customer self repair". Someone named Kizzy came to the phone and asked for my case no or audit control number.
I called back (from a different number) and the recording said Hewlett-Packard customer self-repair.
Who ever this is and whatever they want - they never leave a message and its getting annoying.
