I called verizon CS at 611 from my phone TWICE: each time I was told this is NOT a verizon number

Then don't you think it should come up Verizon Wireless CS, so that people don't think they're getting a prank call... it's like they're trying to hide behind a number. Since I was young, I was taught never to answer the phone unless you know who is on the other end, old fashioned, Yes, but it keeps things safe, especially now a days

Resolved my Disputes with Overzealous Subordinate Associates who Cannot Count Higher than 3, Or Tie Their Shoelaces.
unless a Commission is involved for the Associates Benefit.

This phone # is Verizon Wireless Customer Service. This was a follow up call after I had called about the wrong phone being delivered. I believe it to be excellent customer service to make sure that I had all the information for the replacement shipment including the tracking number & when it would be delivered.

I didn't pick up and they didn't leave a message - but they called at 10:00 on a Sunday night! It could have been Verizon as I reported a problem with them 2 days earlier. They really need a time zone clock, though.

Received call stating this was a representative from Verizon Wireless, checking on the status of my Air Card, and could I give him the last 4 digits of the account number. I didn't know the #s so he asking if I could verify addressess, and he couldn't do that either. Seems to be a BIG SCAMMMMMMMM

They called my cell phone. This was about three hours after I got a call from soneone else on this list. THis crap is increasing and it sucks.

How do I stop them from calling?

  1. Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
  2. If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.
  3. Block them with a call blocker:
